Secret panel can put Americans on 'kill list'

WASHINGTON — American militants like Anwar al-Awlaki are placed on a kill or capture list by a secretive panel of senior government officials, which then informs the president of its decisions, according to officials.

There is no public record of the operations or decisions of the panel, which is a subset of the White House's National Security Council, several current and former officials said. Neither is there any law establishing its existence or setting out the rules by which it is supposed to operate.
The panel was behind the decision to add Awlaki, a U.S.-born militant preacher with alleged al Qaeda connections, to the target list. He was killed by a CIA drone strike in Yemen late last month.
The role of the president in ordering or ratifying a decision to target a citizen is fuzzy. White House spokesman Tommy Vietor declined to discuss anything about the process.

The Three Coming False Flags

I have been tempted to write about False Flags for sometime, because I feel we are on the verge of seeing another one very soon. False flag operations are covert operations designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. (Wikipedia) False flags do not happen very often, but when they do happen, they change the paradigm we operate in. Now that we supposedly killed bin Laden last month, it seems like the deck is clear for another one.


Historically, false flags are military in nature, but I feel going forward, they will morph into something worse. Every system built on debt needs constant debt to be created, or the system implodes. If the Elite can expand the system through asset bubbles, then all is well. What happens if they can’t get more debt created? They need to either steal other assets to provide capital to the system or they need a reason to create massive debts that the masses will sacrifice for. Wars do both. With war, the Elite can confiscate natural resources of other nations and provide the context to create massive amounts of new debt.


Our system is failing and there is NO fixing it. There is so much inequity built into the system, at every level, the only answer is a complete collapse. This collapse will leave a generational scar, so that humanity never again consider fractional reserve banking and the war machine it enables. Until that collapse, the Elite will do what they have always done, create more debts and wars.

In my opening blog post this year, Doom Is Always Six Months Away, I wrote that the Elite see their power paradigm collapsing on its own cancerous self. A silver default, debt doom, dollar collapse, peak oil or whatever leads to the end of the Anglo-American Petro Dollar financial paradigm. I hypothesized the our Anglo-America Elite might need to pull off three false flags in order to fail forward. This might include the typical military false flag, an economic false flag and an internet false flag. These dramatic measures will seem necessary to the elite and the horrific toll on humanity will be justified in their minds. This upheaval will be the time for the elite to settle all of the threats to their power paradigm

 

The first of the three threats to their power is the death of the dollar. The dollar is the basis of all of the elites’ power, without it or an equivalent of it, they have no means to create the debt that enslaves nations, states, corporations, and citizens of the world. This debt provides the rlite with an unlimited checkbook to fund the most powerful military in the world. It controls the world’s natural resources so that their corporations can harvest them. It also protects the shipping lanes that transports the rest of the world’s trade. This debt also buys the political power for which the elite rig the game to their favor. Finally, the elite use the their money to own all of the major media in order to distract the masses from the real problem in this world, the elite bankers.

It is no secret that the dollar is going to die; it is a mathematical inevitability. Nothing can stop the ultimate collapse of the dollar. Our monetary system is based on debt and in order for it to work, more debt needs to be created every year in excess of the debt and interest accrued the year before. If it does not happen, there would be a massive wave of defaults that would suck the system dry in a few weeks. When you truly understand this debt-based money, you realize that debt cannot ever be repaid because there would not be 1 dollar in existence. In our sick system, money is created when debt is created. When debt is paid off money is destroyed.

The elite don’t necessarily care if the dollar lives or dies, they just want to control the world’s reserve currency. They would ultimately like to have an global international currency that would be far away from the pesky national politicians. So if the dollar is doomed, how can the elite fail forward? The answer: create a financial crisis so incredible that desperate people will beg the elite to make the pain stop. They did it in 1907 to set the stage for the Federal Reserve. They did it in 2008 when they held up America for $700 billion. They will do it again and use the line of stability as the main reason why we should accept their new corrupt plan.

I don’t think they can pull off something so large like that without a much larger distraction to silence the masses, which brings me to the second threat. The only thing I think big enough to scare the masses under the “protective” hug of the elite, is another World War. Nations outside the Anglo-American empire have been gaining power the further we slip into debt — and this is a huge threat. Countries like China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, South Africa and to a lesser extent Japan, Germany, and France have been on the losing end of the Anglo-American Empire for over a century. These nations have a history of Anglo-American losses like the Cold War, Opium Wars, Operation Ajax, CIA attempted coup of Chavez, Apartheid, Hiroshima, Treaty of Versailles, and Waterloo. These are only some of the examples our elite have used in the past to ensure our supremacy. The elite feed us some lie about us making the world safe for democracy, while they pull the most evil and disgusting power grabs to eliminate threats to their paradigm.

I believe that the collapse of the dollar will be blamed not on our corrupt and doomed monetary system that the elite are in sole control of. They will blame it on China. Let me first state that I am NO fan of China. Their elite have human rights violations against their own citizens that would make you sick to your stomach. Let’s be honest, China would not be a threat to us if our elite did not build them up. Our Military Industrial Complex needs an enemy to justify their war machine. The War on Terror was a good ride, but after almost a decade, it is getting a little old. Our banking system needed another country to buy into our paper Ponzi scheme. China became the most obvious target, after Japan gorged itself on our debt to death. Our elites made deals with their elites, to move our manufacturing overseas to use their slave labor and pollute their environment. The Chicoms got all of the technology, manufacturing and dollars to build up China as a threat. Our Elite did this to make tremendous profits and keep the dollar paradigm going. In the end, I believe the elite intend to use the Chinese as the next enemy in a paradigm-shifting war.

When China said no more American debt, the Federal Reserve stepped in as a buyer of last resort. This has bought us some time, but it is becoming obvious that even when QE3 happens, this won’t end good. The American economic system is like the heroin guy from the movie Se7en, any flash of inflation or deflation will create a massive heart attack. The Elite must some how solve Triffin’s Dilemma where a world reserve currency reaches its apex and must be allowed to default, but somehow not drag down the rest of the world with it. The elite have been trying to get regional and ultimately global currencies in place to solve this dilemma. Now no nation is going to give up their power to create money, especially now that we are looking at the Euro imploding. The only option in to do it the old-fashioned way: through war.

The only thing the United States is good for is exporting debt and bombs. There is way too much at stake for our elite to just walk silently into the night without a fight. They are trying to keep things going by fighting now four wars in the oil rich MENA region, but the writing is on the wall. The debt ceiling will be raised, more money/debt will be created and the war machine will churn. This will not end because the elite will say, “we can’t do this anymore.” If anything, history has shown when the chips are on the table and they are up against the ropes, they double down and go off to war. The destruction of the dollar will either be the cause of war or the war will be the destruction of the dollar. If there is a economic False Flag, like a massive treasury sell off, that will be the cause for war with China. Or if there is a military False Flag, that will be the cause for the dollar’s destruction and forced introduction of a new money paradigm, possibly a global currency. The elite will use this upheaval to destroy any competitors. In the smoking aftermath of the war, they will impose an new paradigm based off of the same destructive seeds of the old paradigm.


There is a third threat to the Eilte’s power paradigm: the Internet. There is no doubt that the Internet has gotten away from the elite and their lies have been exposed. As small sites like mine and hundreds of others show over and over again, the emperor has no clothes. I can see an internet False flag to coincide with this economic and military false flag. They will blame China for massive internet shutdowns of many sites. I believe that the big corporations will still have functioning internet, but small sites will be shut down. If this does not happen, they may do something more tyrannical, and shut down sites that speak out against this lie of war and debt.

Most tyrannies go after the heads of the revolution like local leaders and/or opinion-makers like journalists and bloggers. They may ignore us at first, then call us crazy or unpatriotic, but ultimately they may detain or kill us. My hope is that people see the big picture and spread this truth so that it becomes impossible to put the genie of truth back in the bottle.


My other hope is that those that are in charge of squelching dissent during these trying times will be Oath Keepers, who will not follow un-Constitutional orders against their fellow citizens. The most likely outcome is the the government minion’s pay checks will bounce and their pensions stolen before we get to that kind of tyranny. At that point, those minions will most likely be the strongest allies to the truth movement, as they spill the beans and point the fingers. I wrote an article Who Will Be the Most Dangerous Man in The World?, in it I describe a man that sees what he is doing evil and has the power to destroy the system he once created. Daniel Ellsberg exposed the Vietnam scam and ended that war. We cannot fight evil, we only need to expose evil and it will cease to have power. The real challenge is to show people that the good that they think they are doing is really evil and they will no longer do it. We need to convince our fellow citizens that debt and war are evil and that we rid this scourge from humanity once and for all.

The timing and order of all of this is unknown, but just know that it is going to get dramatically worse before this gets any better. Every 80 years or so a paradigm dies and a new one is born out of the ashes of the old. 80 years ago we had the Great Depression and World War II and this was the creation of the current paradigm. 80 years before that we had the Civil War and 80 years before that we had the Revolutionary War. So far the United States has survived and gone on to become a Global Super Power. This time around we could have the possibility of a Revolutionary War, a Civil War, or a World War or even the combination of all three. There is nothing in writing saying that America will go on. In fact, given our horrible record of debt and war, this system deserves to die an awful death.

What lays ahead? I don’t think the United States will be invaded, but we will retreat from our 777 military bases all over the world. We will no longer be able to consume 25% of the world’s oil and create unlimited amounts of debt. Our lives will become much slower and local. If the Internet does continue to be free, there is a great chance of a new Renaissance for humanity as we move past debt and war. If the Elite somehow win, you will see the rise of American Oligarchs. The Elite will fund and create front men to buy up strategic assets while there is blood on the streets. This happened during the collapse of the Soviet Empire and I believe it will happen here. During the collapse of the Soviet Empire the Ruble was devalued, the economy collapsed and people starved. The Rothschilds came in with hard currencies like the Dollar and the Deutschmark and set up average men with banks and capital to buy state assets for a song. When our crisis comes, the Banksters will be screaming for state assets like land, roads, buildings, mining and drilling rights and other assets. They are doing this in Greece and they will do it here.
While all of this may be too scary or too much for you to believe or even too big for you to deal with, I encourage you to not hide from this coming reality. Things are only scary if you do not understand them.

While talking heads like Glenn Beck continue to invoke the threat of radical Islam, they habitually ignore the blindingly obvious, that radical Islam is a creature of the US military-industrial complex. Case in point – the terrorist who trained the London bombers was a US informant and has been freed after serving only four and a half years of a possible 70-year sentence.
Citing his “exceptional co-operation,” in working with US authorities, a New York Judge released Mohammed Junaid Babar despite him pleading guilty to five counts of terrorism, an outcome that has, “Raised questions over whether Babar was a US informer at the time he was helping to train the ringleader of the 7 July tube and bus bombings,” reports the London Guardian.
Babar admits to consorting with high level “Al-Qaeda” terrorists, as well as “providing senior members with money and equipment, running weapons.” He also set up a training camp in Pakistan in 2003 where alleged 7/7 ringleader Mohammad Sidique Khan learned bomb-making techniques.
“Graham Foulkes, a magistrate whose 22-year-old son David was killed by Khan at Edgware Road underground station in 2005, said: “People get four and a half years for burglary. They can get more for some road traffic offences. So for an international terrorist who’s directly linked to the death of my son and dozens and dozens of people to get that sentence is just outrageous.”
But Babar’s release makes perfect sense given the fact that he was likely working for US authorities as an informant while training one of the alleged London bombers.
“A remark from the sentencing judge that Babar “began co-operating even before his arrest”, has raised the possibility, supported by other circumstantial evidence obtained by the Guardian, that he may have been an informant for the US government before his detention by the FBI in April 2004,” writes the Guardian’s Shiv Malik, who in a separate article goes into greater depth on how, “Babar may have been working for the US security services while pretending to be a jihadi – allegations that could imply serious failures to prevent the 7 July bombings.”
The Guardian article describes how a top US terrorism lawyer has seen sealed evidence in the case which “suggests Babar could have been working for the US authorities before his arrest in April 2004.”
“Having reviewed the court transcript himself, bereaved father Graham Foulkes said: “There’s a hint from one or two of the sentences [in the transcript] that do strongly suggest [Babar's] co-operation was going well beyond his official arrest. And it looks as if the Americans may well have known in detail what Babar was up to in Pakistan [at the time] and that is a very, very serious matter.”
The fact that Babar has served less than 5 years for playing a crucial role in attacks which killed 52 people and injured hundreds more clearly indicates that he is being rewarded by US authorities for his involvement in the 7/7 bombings.
Lest we forget that the the so-called mastermind behind the 7/7 London bombings, Haroon Rashid Aswat, was a British intelligence asset. Former Justice Dept. prosecutor and terror expert John Loftus revealed that the so called Al-Muhajiroun group, based in London, had formed during the Kosovo crisis, during which fundamentalist muslim leaders (Or what is now referred to as Al-Qaeda) were recruited by MI6 to fight in Kosovo.
The revelations about Babar once again underscore the myopic and ludicrous assertions of people like Glenn Beck, who constantly invoke the threat of radical Islam, particularly in the context of recent events in Egypt, while failing to point out that radical Islam is being fostered and fomented by the US military-industrial complex.
Almost every single major terror plot over the last decade plus blamed on “radical Islam” has had the combined or individual fingerprints of US, British, Canadian and Israeli intelligence agencies and federal law enforcement bodies all over it.

9/11

Every single shred of evidence concerning the alleged 9/11 hijackers points to the fact that they were patsies controlled by informants working for the US government.
The US Special Operations Command’s Able Danger program identified the hijackers and their accomplices long before 9/11, but when the head of the program, Colonel Anthony Shaffer, tried to pass the information on to the 9/11 Commission, he was gagged and slandered and the vital information his team had passed on was ignored and buried.
Curt Weldon, Former U.S. Republican Congressman and senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, documented how the US government tracked the hijackers’ movements before 9/11.
Louai al-Sakka, the man who trained six of the hijackers, was a CIA informant. A number of the other alleged hijackers were trained at US air bases. In the months prior to 9/11, alleged hijackers Khalid Almidhar and Nawaf Alhazmi were renting rooms in a house owned and lived in by an FBI informant.
In a 2002 article entitled The Hijackers We Let Escape, Newsweek’s Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidman documented how, “The CIA tracked two suspected terrorists to a Qaeda summit in Malaysia in January 2000, then looked on as they re-entered America and began preparations for September 11.”
The fact that there were numerous Al-Qaeda affiliated terrorists involved in the pre-planning stages of 9/11 is unsurprising given former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds’ testimony that Bin Laden was working for the US right up until the day of 9/11.
On the very morning of 9/11, the money man behind the alleged hijackers, Pakistan’s ISI Chief Mahmoud Ahmad, was meeting with U.S. government and intelligence officials.
Indeed, even after 9/11, the so-called spiritual leader of the very hijackers who allegedly slammed Flight 77 into the Pentagon, Anwar al-Awlaki, was himself invited to dine with Pentagon top brass mere months after the attack.

UNDERWEAR BOMBER

Al-Awlaki was later involved in directing the underwear bomber, who was allowed to board the plane by order of the US State Department aided by a well-dressed man who got Abdulmutallab on the airliner despite the fact that he was on a terror watch list and had no passport. Eyewitness and Delta 253 passenger Kurt Haskell subsequently blew the whistle to state that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was given the bomb by the US government to create a pretext for the implementation of naked body scanners and boost the TSA’s budget.

FORT HOOD SHOOTING

Fort Hood shooter Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan repeatedly communicated with alleged Al-Qaeda leaders for nearly a year before his rampage. The FBI knew Hasan was sending emails to terrorists, but they did nothing, allowed him to remain on a U.S. Army base, and even invited him to participate in Homeland Security exercises. Hasan was also being handled by US agent Al-Awlaki.

FORT DIX

Lawyers in a case relating to the much vaunted 2007 terror plot to attack Fort Dix and kill “as many soldiers as possible” concluded that FBI informants were the key figures behind the operation and that the accused, six foreign-born Muslims, were merely bungling patsies. US agent Al-Awlaki was again involved in training the would-be terrorists.

TORONTO PLOT

The “Toronto 18″ terrorists turned out to be “a bunch of incompetent guys who were primarily misled by a delusional megalomaniac”. The explosive fertilizer material the terrorist cell apparently planned to use was in fact purchased by an informant working for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, agents of which had radicalized the group. US agent Al-Awlaki was again involved in the plot.

PORTLAND PLOT

The man accused of attempting to blow up a Christmas tree in Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square, Mohamed Osman Mohamud, was a befuddled patsy, groomed and radicalized from start to finish by the FBI as part of a radicalization and entrapment program. Shortly after news of the attempted bombing broke, it emerged that the FBI had provided Mohamud with a fake bomb, van, and cell phone (to be used as a detonator) in the incident, as well as thousands of dollars in cash at every step of the plot.

MUMBAI MASSACRE

The man accused of being the mastermind behind the 2008 Mumbai massacre, David Headley, was a US government informant and was also at one time on the payroll of the Central Intelligence Agency.

SHOE BOMBER

Hundreds of terror suspects have been convicted in civilian federal courts, including convicted shoe bomber Richard Reid who attended the Finsbury Park Mosque in North London. The Finsbury imam at the time was Abu Hamza al-Masri who began working with British Security Services in 1997.

MIAMI PLOT

In the media-lauded Miami terror case in 2007, the supposed ringleader Narseal “Prince Marina” Batiste “had heard of Al-Qaeda, but wasn’t sure what it stood for. The FBI instigators made Batiste swear loyalty to al-Qaida; then had him call on his local buddies to form an ‘Islamic army’ in Miami. None had military training. Some could barely read. But Batiste assured the group in the midst of its collective marijuana buzz of greatness ahead,” wrote Saul Landau.
These were the men who comedian John Stewart referred to as “seven dipshits in a warehouse” after Attorney General Alberto Gonzales had ludicrously told the press that the group of semi-retarded gang-bangers had planned to “wage a ground war against America”.

NEW YORK SYNAGOGUE BOMB PLOT

A group of so-called Muslim terrorists were busted in New York for supposedly planning to blow up synagogues in the Bronx and shoot down military airplanes flying out of the New York Air National Guard base. The men were provided with fake explosives and inactive missiles by an FBI informant, reported the Christian Science Monitor. Two of the ringleaders of the “deadly” plot which was endlessly hyped by the media turned out to be semi-retarded potheads, exactly as we had predicted would be the case due to the innumerable past cases with the exact same modus operandi.
I could go on for pages and pages listing details of ever major terror plot since and indeed before 9/11 that were blamed on “radical Islam” yet in fact turned out to be completely contrived by the FBI, CIA, Canadian or British authorities.
It is a glaring and manifestly provable fact that radical Islam is being manufactured and provoked by the US military-industrial complex in order to provide itself with an enemy to justify billions every year in weapons sales along with giant federal government slush funds that enrich the coffers of public-private partnerships while crushing the constitutional rights of American citizens.
Glenn Beck is completely accurate when he says that radical Islam represents a direct threat to the future of freedom in the west. The ultimate “clash of civilizations” is a very real possibility. But by deliberately obscuring the fact that radical Islam is a creature of the US military-industrial complex, a bastard child of the new world order that is being strengthened by our own governments to be used as a weapon against us, Beck and others who regurgitate the same rhetoric are misleading Americans into thinking that radical Islam itself is the new world order, when in fact radical Islam is merely a tool of the new world order, being from its very inception completely owned and controlled by the US military-industrial complex.

Is a major earth-shattering event about to happen in America which could trigger global chaos?
Based on heavy speculation, and some startling facts, there seem to be some indicators that suggest something big may be about to occur.

• Fed stimulus, Part 2. Yesterday we had the announcement of more Federal Reserve stimulus, known as “quantitative easing,” which dumped another exorbitant amount of money on an already saturated system.  Nearly all independent experts agree that this is the death knell of the dollar.  The National Inflation Association just released a statement that this move will trigger inflation and starve the middle class.  The rest of the world is still weighing in on the global ramifications of such a move to the world’s reserve currency.  Brazil said that the U.S. fired the gun in the currency war and they are ready to retaliate; China is prepared to set up a firewall against the latest Fed move; and Germany warned of growing protectionism around the globe stemming from the latest U.S. manipulation.  Some are now predicting that a bank holiday is imminent, with a likely date set for November 11.  Is QE2 the final tipping point toward financial disaster?  Or will it weaken resistance against another imminent disaster?

Obama and warships to India. Much is being made out of the massive amount of armaments that Obama is taking with him on his trip to India:  34 warships, an aircraft carrier, and enough troops and security to be an invasion force.  As Indian press has stated, the very heart of The White House is moving to India.  Not much has been said, however, of the speculation that 200 corporate CEOs will be along for the ride.  Add this to an apparently last-minute decision to bring his family — all for an economic summit — and one might wonder what is being expected.  As Steve Quayle asks, “When in U.S. History has a sitting President taken off on an overseas trip for an extended period of time, with 65 airplanes, 34 warships reportedly 3,000 people including his friends and cohorts, at the pinnacle of an economic and political upheaval?”

November 6th false flag nuke. Forums are busy discussing hidden messages within The Simpsons contained in a recently posted video (see below) that offers a warning.  There was indeed a strange previous connection to 9/11 which appeared on a 1997 episode of the same show.  Curious parallels exist between the plot lines of these two shows that seem peculiarly focused on specific dates and numerological imagery.  Could there be indications in this cartoon of 9/11/01 foreknowledge and a coming event on 11/6/10? Invert the two dates, watch the video, and decide for yourself if this episode titled, “To Surveil With Love” is an indicator of a false flag event and the full implementation of a surveillance police state to follow.

The Web Bot Project. Half Past Human has released their latest “Tipping Point” graphs.  The period of time we are entering indicates “tension language” building around a major event in the coming week could set off 2 months of severe disruption.  This event is projected to be far larger in scope than 9/11 and all other terror events combined.

The four points above are indicators that only enhance the climate of disaster already being fostered by government and military announcements that range from aliens to asteroids to global pandemics.  Then there is always CERN’s Large Hadron Collider to offer up a disaster scenario.  With the government itself propagating conspiracy theories, anything is possible.  We’ll apparently know soon enough if this latest matrix of conspiracy data changes from theory to a terrible fact.

On Tuesday Feb. 23, Iran announced the capture of Abdulmalek Rigi, the boss of the terror organization Jundullah, which works for NATO. The capture of Rigi represents a serious setback for the US-UK strategy of using false flag state-sponsored terrorism against Iran and Pakistan, and ultimately to sabotage China’s geopolitics of oil. The Iranians claim to have captured Rigi all by themselves, but the Pakistani ambassador to Teheran is quoted in The Dawn as claiming an important role for Pakistan. The Iranians say that Rigi was attempting to fly from Dubai to Kyrgystan, and that his plane was forced to land in Iran by Iranian interceptors. This exploit recalls Oliver North’s 1985 intercept of the accused Achille Lauro perpetrators, including Abu Abbas, forcing their Egyptian plane to land at Sigonella, Sicily. But other and perhaps more realistic versions suggest that Iran was tipped off by the Pakistanis, or even that Rigi was captured by Pakistan and delivered to the Iranians.
