The use of unmanned aircraft belies America's rhetoric about its values.
TheCIA recently launched its first drone attack of 2012. Three people inNorth Waziristan were killed. If you haven't yet heard of theseTerminator-style US drones, it is likely you will soon. Their usage insurveillance, modern warfare and covert ''counter-terrorism'' measuresis rapidly expanding.
Drones, or unmanned aerialvehicles, are the new face of the war on terror and the latest attemptby the United States to circumvent international law in pursuit of itsalleged enemies. After failing to fulfil his promise to close themilitary prison at Guantanamo Bay, President Barack Obama spent NewYear's Eve signing the National Defense Authorisation Act (NDAA). TheNDAA codifies the indefinite detention, without trial, of US citizens.The third part of this trinity is the increase in a multi-agencynetwork of drones carrying out secret extrajudicial assassinations ofsuspected militants. In his inauguration speech, Obama said: ''As forour common defence, we reject as false the choice between our safetyand our ideals.'' Yet these policies enshrine just such a falsedichotomy.

Equipped with Hellfire missiles, Predator drones operate mainly innorth-west Pakistan. New America Foundation has attempted to map thestrikes, which have hugely escalated under Obama's presidency. Between2004 and 2011, the foundation conservatively estimates 1717 deaths haveresulted from drone strikes in Pakistan. It also estimates a 32 percent civilian death rate.
New York Timesreporter David Rohde, who was kidnapped and held in Pakistan for sevenmonths, referred to the drones as a ''terrifying presence''. Pashtuntribal elders have also spoken of the ongoing drone presence and livingwith the constant fear of death.
At a meetingheld in Waziristan, organised by the UK legal charity Reprieve, localswere encouraged to accumulate photographic evidence of the damage thesestrikes cause. Tariq Aziz, a 16-year-old boy, offered to collect thisinformation if it would help protect his family. Within 72 hours thecar he was travelling in was blown up by a drone.
American officials have reportedly praised the precision of the drone attacks. According to The Guardian,''the CIA does not comment on drones, but privately claims civiliancasualties are rare''. Was Tariq Aziz a militant? Was his 12-year-oldcousin - also killed - a militant? Was he involved in plotting attacksthat may have jeopardised American lives? Here is the problem: amidofficial secrecy and in the absence of an allegation tried, tested andproven or disproven in an independent and transparent court, we canonly guess. If Guantanamo and the NDAA represent an assault on theright to due process, drones dispense with the principle entirely.
Thesituation in Waziristan is further compounded by the absence ofjournalists who can refute claims that innocent people are killed orindependently investigate them.
The targets ofdrones are not only ''unpeople'' - people whose rights and lives aredeemed expendable in the pursuit of foreign policy objectives. InSeptember 2011, US citizen and radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki wasextrajudicially assassinated in a US drone strike in Yemen. Two weekslater, his 16-year-old son was also killed in a drone strike. That theUS government is practising a policy of death penalty without trial forUS citizens should be alarming for both progressives and conservatives.
HowardKoh, the State Department's top legal adviser, has stated drone strikes''comply with all applicable law, including the laws of war''. But onecan argue anything is legal if a ''self-defence'' or ''for securityreasons'' is placed in front of it. That doesn't necessarily make itjust, right or wise.
Drone strikes rely onfallible intelligence from local informants, which leads to errors. Theprice is innocent people's lives. It also sets a dangerousinternational precedent - that the secret extrajudicial execution byone country, to kill people in another country, with minimal oversightand no judicial process, is acceptable. This is the policy beingcarried out by drones.
At a very basic level, itis difficult to gauge whether the policy actually works. Supportersclaim the policy has successfully disrupted terrorist networks. Yetsuicide attacks in Pakistan and violence in Afghanistan and Iraq haveoften intensified following the drone deaths of senior al-Qaeda andTaliban operatives.
According to various sources,Taliban leader Hakimullah Mehsud has been killed multiple times,exposing both the imprecise nature of the policy and the prevalence ofmisinformation.
Drone strikes also fuelanti-American sentiment. Waziristan native Noor Behram has stated thattypically after a drone strike the view is: ''America is killing usinside our own country, inside our own homes, and only because we areMuslims … hatred builds up.'' As such, it is no surprise that theformer director of US National Intelligence, Dennis Blair, hascriticised the policy, saying: ''Drone strikes are no longer the mosteffective strategy for eliminating al-Qaeda's ability to attack us.''
Butany debate regarding merits, costs and legitimacy is obscured by thesecrecy within which it is conducted. In the absence of information,the people in whose names these actions are committed are denied theopportunity to make an informed judgment. But perhaps that is the point.

Washington’saccusations echo Israel’s and are contradicted by Washington’s ownintelligence agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Whydoesn’t Washington respond to Iran in a civilized manner withdiplomacy? Really, which of the two countries is the greatest threat topeace?

Edward Hendrie is a lawyer. His book, “9-11 – Enemies Foreign and Domestic” buildsa powerful case that 9-11 was an egregious fraud and act of treasonperpetrated against the American people. Clearly, a large segment ofthe US political, military and media class is complicit in the mass murder and/or cover-up, from the President on down.
Hendrie dissects and discredits the official story placing the blameon the Israeli Mossad. He presents the attack in the context ofnumerous other Zionist false flags against the US (Beirut Marinebarracks, USS Liberty) designed to change US policy. Hendrieeffectively explains the broad religious context, i.e. the Cabalist andTalmudic Jewish vendetta against mankind. I haven’t read anything for awhile that so vividly exposes the control Illuminati bankers have overour lives.
Their ownership of the mass media is a large part of this control.Hendrie shows how the media was an active collaborator in the 9-11fraud. As I suspected, no planes hit the Twin Towers or the Pentagon.The plane images were computer generated and synchronized withexplosions in the buildings.
Hendrie shows that many of the “eye witness” accounts were employeesof the TV networks and that many real eye witness reports of explosions but no planes were ignored.
Furthermore, the BBC reported the collapseof WTC-7, a 47-floor building, 20 minutes before it occurred. AP andCNN prepared obituary pictures for the 9-11 passengers three daysbefore the attack occurred.
It makes sense to me that since no plane crashed at Shanksville orat the Pentagon, no planes were involved at the WTC either. Thesepeople have a consistent MO.

SUPPRESSING THE TRUTH

Hendrie shows that the “news” suppresses the truth and literally creates reality according to the Illuminati script.
The truth is that the Twin Towers were designed to withstand hits bylarge passenger planes and that supposed fires ignited by jet fuelscould not reach temperatures necessary to melt steel girders. Hendrieattributes the fact that the two buildings and their contents becamedust to a “direct energy weapon” related to HAARP. This weapon reducedalmost everything to their molecular level. Cars and file cabinetsmelted but trees and paper were unaffected, let alone burned.
Hendrie reveals that Category Three hurricane “Erin”, packing 120mph winds was about 200 miles from NYC at the time of the attack. Hecites physicist Dr. Judy Wood who theorizes that the hurricane “actedas a massive Tesla coil creating field effects used by directed energyweapons on 9-11.”
The purpose of 9-11 was to create a Zionist police state and to justify wars against Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran. Hendrie believes the Iraq warwas prompted by Sadaam Hussein’s decision to stop trading oil indollars. Apparently, the bankers need petrodollars to support theburgeoning US debt and keep the $US from collapsing.
Hendrie speculates that the passengers of UA-93 were unloaded inCleveland and murdered at a NASA facility at the airport. The damage atthe Pentagon, which killed 125 people, was caused by explosions. Theattack targeted offices where accountants were investigating thedisappearance of $1.2 trillion.
Osama bin Laden died in late 2001 of Marfan syndrome. The recent“assassination” by Navy Seals was designed to rescue Obama, who wasembattled by “birther” and other issues.

CONCLUSION

This 300-page book is carefully documented and throws our commondilemma into stark relief. We live in a theater of the absurd wherepsychopaths and their enablers have taken control.
Hendrie makes clear that Cabalist Jewish bankers are at the heart ofthe conspiracy and Zionism is its most powerful instrument. He makes aconvincing case that Mossad organized and executed the 9-11 attack.Senior members of the Bush administration were active collaborators. Hecites admissions from insiders that this was an “inside job.”
Apart from Zionists, the Illuminati bankers depend on thecollaboration of millions of Freemasons and other non-Jews willing tosell their soul to the devil, and betray their country for personalgain.
Our situation is analogous the movie “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers” where an alien force has invaded the peoples’ minds and souls. The nations of the world have been profoundly subverted by evil.
The 9-11 official story demonstrates how the Cabalists think theycan turn their lies into reality. But the truth remains the truth.
Truthers are making the Illuminati hesitate before pulling off theirnext false flag. They know they will not be believed. In that sense,people like Edward Hendrie are taking that strategy away and saving usfrom disaster.

Dr. Faber has also expressed his views on prior occasions,suggesting that World War III is an inevitable outcome when nationsbegin to default on trillions of dollars worth of debt (whether byrefusing to pay or simply easing their monetary supply).

While several members of the Roundtable disagree with the idea thata conventional global war is out of the question, suggesting insteadthat conflicts will be dealt with through air superiority and incyberspace (in itself a potentially catastrophic battlefield for moderncivilization), they are ignoring the real possibility that an attack onIran, or even a rogue attack against Europe or the United States, couldescalate to such a level that China or Russia would have no choice but to get involved.
While hard to believe, we’ve seen it before. Twice just in the last century.
Not many people would have believed it prior to 1914 either. Butwithin just a few short months of the assassination of ArchdukeFerdinand in late June of that year, millions were dead and the Western front had extended hundreds of miles across Europe to the North Sea.

What do Codex Alimentarius with its official food standards, thefluoridation of our water and food supply, genocide at the Auschwitzconcentration camp, and Monsanto, the company responsible forgenetically altering the world’s food supply all have in common? Isthere a connection that binds these seemingly diverse organizationstogether? Yes, there is. In fact, they are so inextricably bound thatseparating them is all but impossible.

Let’s start at the beginning with Auschwitz and connect the dots.

Auschwitz
Auschwitz was known for its “network of concentration andextermination camps built and operated in Polish areas annexed by NaziGermany during the Second World War. It was the largest of the Germanconcentration camps (Wikipedia).”
Auschwitz also had a factory called I. G. Auschwitz:
I.G.Auschwitz, founded in Kattowitz on April 7, 1941, was intended to bethe largest chemical factory in Eastern Europe and at the same time abuilding block in the process of “Germanizing” the region. According tothe plan, the production facilities were to supply the Eastern Europeanmarket with plastics in peacetime, following their use for wartimeproduction. In addition to German skilled workers and forced laborersfrom all over Europe, increasing numbers of prisoners from theAuschwitz concentration camp were deployed at the gigantic constructionsite in Auschwitz. In fact, I.G. Auschwitz was designed from the very first to bean extremely complex chemical factory, producing, besides Buna,high-performance fuels (including aviation gasoline and fuel oil fornaval use), various plastics, synthetic fibers, stabilizing agents,resins, methanol, nitrogen, and pharmaceuticals. I.G. Farben, which consisted of BASF, Bayer, and Hoechst (now knownas Aventis), owned I.G. Auschwitz. A man called Frits ter Meer was onthe I.G. Farben Managing Board from its foundation, and was responsiblefor I.G. Auschwitz. I. G. Auschwitz had a cozy relationship with theAuschwitz concentration camp, in that it used forced labor of theprisoners to work in its factory, and also used them as guinea pigs.
Under Frits ter Meers direction, I.G. Farben used a fluoridationprogram to control the population at the Auschwitz concentration campin any given area through the mass medication of drinking watersupplies.“By this method they could control the population in wholeareas, reduce population by water medication (fluoride) that wouldproduce sterility in women, and so on.” (ShopUSI)
Frits ter Meer was ultimately convicted at Nuremberg of plunderingand slavery, but his sentence was commuted due to friends in highplaces. Fritz then went on to become one of the architects of the CodexAlimentarius Commission in 1962/3.
Codex Alimentarius
Codex was created by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) andWorld Health Organization (WHO) of the United Nations (UN). Accordingto the Codex official site:
The Codex Alimentarius Commission was created in 1963 by FAO andWHO to develop food standards, guidelines and related texts such ascodes of practice under the Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme. Themain purposes of this Programme are protecting health of the consumersand ensuring fair trade practices in the food trade, and promotingcoordination of all food standards work undertaken by internationalgovernmental and non-governmental organizations.(Codex Alimentarius)
The Codex Alimentarius Commission implements the Joint FAO/WHOFood Standards Program, the purpose of which is to protect the healthof consumers and to ensure fair practices in the food trade.(Organic Consumers)
In other words, under the auspices of “protecting the public healthand ensuring fair trade practices,” the Joint FAO/WHO Food StandardsProgram is implemented by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The FAOand WHO set the standards, and the Codex Commission implements them.All members of the UN are obligated to comply with these standards.
So, what does Codex have to do with fluoridation, and just how coulda mass fluoridation program be implemented without our knowledge orconsent under Codex guidelines?
The answer is – WHO has already determined that fluoride should beincluded in our food and water supply because it is “necessary forpublic health:”
Many countries that are currently undergoing nutritiontransition do not have adequate exposure to fluoride. There should bepromotion of adequate fluoride exposure via appropriate vehicles, forexample, affordable toothpaste, water, salt and milk. It is theresponsibility of national health authorities to ensure implementationof feasible fluoride programmes for their country. Research into theoutcome of alternative community fluoride programmes should beencouraged.

A 1994 World Health Organization expert committee suggested a level of fluoride from 0.5 to 1.0 mg/L (milligrams per litre) (Wikipedia)
Currently, compliance with WHO’s directive of the fluoridation ofwater, salt, and milk varies from country to country. Waterfluoridation has been introduced by varying degrees in many countries.View each country HERE.An interesting fact to note is that drinking water is not fluoridatedin any part of Germany. Is it mere coincidence that one of the foundersof the Codex Alimentarius Commission just happened to be in charge ofthe fluoridation program at Auschwitz, and that Germany is somehowexempt from fluoridation? Or, maybe they know something that we don’t.

The Public Fluoridation Deception
Most are aware of the water fluoridation program that has beenfoisted upon us as a “treatment for dental disease” and cure forcavities. This is proven propaganda and has been disputed in the EPA’sown documents, which list fluoride as a contaminant,as well as in countless other professional publications. Yet, the masswater fluoridation program continues, causing food and liquids that usethis contaminated water to contain fluoride also. According to our ownCDC Department of Health and Human Services:
“fluoridated water is diffused throughout the population asresidents of non-fluoridated communities increasingly consume foods andbeverages processed and bottled in fluoridated communities. Thus, manyindividuals residing in non-fluoridated communities have benefited fromfluoridation policies.”
This is called “Building Capacity to Fluoridate.” (CDC)
So you see, our country is complying with the UN/WHO/FAO/Codexfluoridation policy and we the people don’t even know it. Just like theprisoners at Auschwitz most likely didn’t know that they were beingsubjected to a fluoridation program and being poisoned with their wateruntil it was too late. If food is produced using fluoridated water,then it contains fluoride. All you have to do is contaminate the water,and the food issue takes care of itself.

And if some of you are still wondering if we are really following Codex mandates, wonder no more. Many do not know this, but ‘Codex’already consists of around 300 official food standards, some of whichhave been in ‘global effect’ since as long ago as 1966 (Rath Foundation). So it shouldn’t come as a big surprise to find out that fluoridation is just another facet of this program.
The Monsanto Connection
Monsanto,Cargill, BASF, Bayer, and Aventis (or I.G. Farben) are all inpartnership under the banner of Crop Science. They are partnered invarious ways, such as:
BASF Plant Science and Monsanto to expand their collaboration in maximizing crop yield.
Monsanto, Bayer team up on herbicide tolerance
Mergers and acquisitions
Monsanto and Cargill team up
Monsanto and Cargill are in a 50/50 joint venture partnership.Monsanto makes the seeds, which make the crops, and Cargill makes thefertilizer. Cargill also just happens to be responsible for 70-75% ofthe hazardous waste hydrofluosilicic acid used in fluoridationprograms. (Fluoride Action Network)
The U.S. government considers the basic chemical composition of hydrofluosilicic acid, a toxic waste, and fluoride to be the same when dumped in the water supply:
Due to the obviously intriguing aspect of this “waste disposalpolicy”, there has naturally been quite a bit of curiosity concerningthe safety of this public health practice. Apparently, however, thereare no government safety studies currently available on fluosilicicacid. This is because the government is basing their fluoridationpolicy on the assumption that there is no chemical difference, afterdilution into the water supply, between pharmaceutical grade sodiumfluoride and the industrial grade hydrofluosilicic acid.(Fluoride Action Network)
Oregon, which is very low on the compliance list with only 19.4%fluoridation, is attempting to increase that level considerably. In2007, HB 3099,the Oregon water fluoridation bill, would have required community watersuppliers serving more than 10,000 people to “optimally fluoridate.”Fortunately, it was not passed. If passed, it would have increased the fluoride levels in Oregon to 68%. Good for Cargill and Monsanto, bad for us.

It is up to us to stand up and say no to mass water fluoridation. Ifsomeone wants fluoride, then let him/her take it. I have no problemwith that. Russia Warns Ron Paul Victory Would Lead To American Civil War

An apocalyptic report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Prime Minister Putin circulating in the Kremlin today warns that the ascendency of US Presidential candidate Ron Paul among the American electorate could very well “sow the seeds” of a civil war in that country; a “virtual certainty,” it says, if he wins his Republican Party nomination to challenge Obama.

According to this report, the “dynamic confluences” of communistic socialism and nationalistic fascism havesplit the American electorate in half as has not happened since theearly 1920’s when the German Empire faced these same forces leading tothe rise of Nazism.

The parallels between the present day United States and 1920’s Germany, this report notes, are “too substantial” to be ignored and include: 1.) Staggering wardebt; 2.) Unprecedented budget deficits; 3.) Soaring rates ofunemployment at, or nearing, depression levels; 4.) Growing protestsviolently suppressed by police forces; 5.) The virtual elimination ofthe middle classes as tens of millions fall into poverty andhomelessness; 6.) Draconian new laws passed to eliminate all freedoms;7.) The rapid building of new prisons and concentration camps; 8.)Massively growing police forces and internal checkpoints; 9.) Thecreation of an elite upper class to which nearly all money flows; and10.) The takeover by the elite upper classes of the political processand all politicians and political parties.

Most critical to note about Ron Paul, this report says, are the “too many comparisons to be ignored” between him and the “savior” of a defeated German Empire that brought his nation back from the brink of destruction, Adolph Hitler, most notably among the youngest members of their respective societies.

Central to both Ron Paul and Hitler’s campaigns for the leadershipof their countries was their calling for the abolition of their CentralBanking Systems both of them blamed for the destruction of theirnations way of life.

Important to note about Central Banking Systems (like the FederalReserve System in the US, and European National Bank in the EU) arethat once they are established they become the main power behind allways of life usurping all political power and the rights of people todetermine their own fate. This is a harsh reality being ruthlesslylearned by many European nations todayincluding, Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal and Hungry whoselives are now dominated and controlled by bankers.

Upon Hitler’s rise to power one of his first acts was to destroy theCentral Banking System and set Germany upon its own path of fiscalindependence apart from the Global Economic System after which theireconomy “rose like a rocket and in just one year almost all the people in Germany got a well paid job.”

The most grateful Germans for Hitler’s actions in abolishing theCentral Banking System and restoring their economy were the youngestmembers of their society who formed a group known as “The Hitler Youth” and whose membership rose from 6,000 in 1926 to over 7.3 million by 1939.
Today in America, this report warns, the rise of a new “Hitler Youth” proletariat is coalescing around Ron Paul as evidenced by his rising support among both right-wing (Tea Party Movement) and left-wing (Occupy Movement) factions of youths who know their country has been stolen from them by their elite classes.

Like Hitler before him, this report continues, Ron Paul’s advocacyof abolishing the Central Banking System his country is enslaved to isunequivocal, and as he described the Federal Reserve recently: “It’ssort of like a drug. You get some benefits if you keep using it–youknow, run up debt, run up inflation, monetize the debt, make a biggerbubble. Just like a drug addiction, the drug addict feels better whenhe keeps getting drugs. But the high can’t last forever, and like somany cases of drug addicts, if you don’t do something about it, youkill the patient,” Paul said. “And right now the patient is very, verybig, and that’s the worldwide economy.”

Also, like Hitler before him, this report notes, racism appears to be a part of Ron Paul’s “overall makeup” as evidenced by past newsletters that were published under his name and include statements such as: “RacialViolence Will Fill Our Cities” because “mostly black welfare recipientswill feel justified in stealing from mostly white ‘haves.’” [Note: In numerous interviews, Ron Paul has disavowed knowledge of these racist statements.]

Even more disturbing about Ron Paul, this report warns, are his many “veiled” references to Jews, including blaming them for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City.
As history has long shown, this report says, the abolition of anynations Central Banking System to gain independence from the GlobalEconomic System is all too often accompanied by genocide (such as the Holocaust) when an enraged proletariat assumes power and begins its retribution against all of those“blamed” for destroying their country in the first place.

Even worse, this report notes, is the “trail of death” numberingin the tens of millions exacted by the Central Banking System over thepast 100 years alone against any nation seeking independence from it,and includes both World War I and World War II.

Important to note in this report is its not saying that Ron Paul isa modern day Hitler, but rather its noting that the influences behindhim are an “exact mirror image” of those that arose out of the German Empire in the 1920’s that can’t be ignored by the Motherland because “sooner rather than later” Russia will inevitably come into conflict with a United States seeking to prevent its demise by outright world domination.

As noted in the American author John Loftus’s book America’s Nazi Secret,it should, also, be mentioned that the United States of today, due tothe overwhelming influence of the Nazis brought by the tens ofthousands into that country after World WarII, it is not the same country the Motherland allied itself with duringthat last global conflict in the 1930’s and 1940’s, but with eachpassing day begins to resemble Hitler’s Germany more and more.

There is no greater example of this than Obama’s signing this past weekend ofnew law allowing for the indefinite jailing of anyone opposing thisregime without charges or trial in violation of the US Constitutionwhich strictly prohibits such actions and as warned about by theAmerican Civil Liberty Unions Executive Directors Anthony D. Romero whosaid: “PresidentObama’s action today is a blight on his legacy because he will foreverbe known as the president who signed indefinite detention withoutcharge or trial into law. The statute is particularly dangerous becauseit has no temporal or geographic limitations, and can be used by thisand future presidents to militarily detain people captured far from anybattlefield.”

Should Ron Paul become that “future president” and decide,like Hitler did before him, that the dangers of the Central BankingSystem outweighs the freedoms and lives of those who support it thenall of the laws needed to imprison those opposed to him are alreadythere at his disposal to use….with civil war being the inevitable outcome.

December 4^thparliamentary elections in Russia were marked by outside interferenceby US-based NGO’s. Nearly 50,000 Muscovites – most members of theCommunist Party – protested the fraudulent results in Bolotnaya Squarenear the Kremlin.
Despite the National Endowment for Democracy/Freedom House-fundedruse, the Communist Party still picked up the most seats. Theseresults, along with Putin’s sending of an aircraft carrier to Syria andRussia’s Ambassador being kicked out of Qatar, indicate a Russia movingin a leftward direction.
This makes the Illuminati banksters very nervous.
Last week Mikhail Dmitrievitch Prokhorov announced that he would runfor President in 2012. Prokhorov owns the New Jersey Nets basketballteam and is worth $18 billion. He is the 3^rd richest man in Russia and the 32^nd richest man in the world.
Prokhorov is likely a Mikail Khodorkovsky-protégé front-man for theinternational bankers. He will play the same role that Croatbillionaire Milan Panic filled when he ran for President of Yugoslaviain 1992. Panic lost to Slobodan Milosevic, whose country was shortlythereafter torn asunder by the banksters. Milosevic was later poisonedin the Hague after he embarrassed prosecutors via his vigorous defense.
If Prokohorov loses, will the banksters resort to violence against the Russian state?
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time the Illuminati has targeted resource-rich Russia.
Unholy Alliance
While the international banking syndicates had always dealt with theSoviet Union, access to its vast oil resources remained limited. Ronald Reagan entered the White House in 1980 determined to splinterthe Soviet Union into little pieces and open the country’s oilfields tothe Four Horsemen. His point man in doing so was CIA Director BillCasey, whose Roman Catholic Knights of Malta connections werethoroughly exploited.
The Vatican’s secretive Opus Dei “saintly Mafia” was behindthe ascent of Polish Cardinal Karol Wojtyla to the Papacy. Wojtylabecame Pope John Paul II and launched an Opus Dei/Vaticanoffensive to roll back Latin American liberation theology movements andEast European communism. Fascism came naturally to Karol Wojtyla. During the 1940’s he was a chemical salesman for Nazi combine I. G.Farben. Wojtyla sold the Nazis the cyanide they used at theirAuschwitz death camps. One of his best friends was Dr. Wolf Szmuness,mastermind of the 1978 Center for Disease Control Hepatitis B study inthe US, through which the AIDS virus was introduced into the gaypopulation. [722]
In 1982 Reagan met with Pope John Paul II. Prior to the meetingReagan signed NSD-32, authorizing a wide range of economic, diplomaticand covert activities to “neutralize the USSR’s hold on EasternEurope”. At the meeting the two agreed to launch a clandestine programto tear Eastern Europe away from the Soviets. Poland, the Pope’scountry of origin, would be the key. Catholic priests, the AFL-CIO,the National Endowment for Democracy, the Vatican Bank and CIA wouldall be deployed.
The Vatican is the world’s largest owner of equities, using Swiss affiliate Banco di Roma per la Svizzerato conduct its more discretionary business. Italian fascist BenitoMussolini gave the Vatican generous tax exemptions which it stillenjoys. Banco Ambrosiano’s P-2 leader Robert Calvi’s GrandOriente Freemason’s supported reconciliation with the Vatican. Relations between the Vatican and the Freemasons were strained in the11th century when the Greek Orthodox split from the Roman Catholics.Knights Templar and the Knights Hospitaler of St. John factionsemerged. The latter was the Catholic faction. They changed their nameto the Knights of Malta, after the island where they found refuge aftertheir Crusades defeat, with help from the Vatican. Malta is a nexus ofCIA/MI6/Mossad intrigues.
In the 13th century Pope Clement V, backed by France’s King Philip,charged the Protestant Knights Templars with heresy, citing theirpenchant for drug running, arms peddling, gambling and prostitutionrings. These activities are what made the Templars “filthy rich”. Pope Clement made an example of Templar leader Jaques de Molay, whom heburned at the stake on Friday the 13th. [723] The Templars took theirloot and fled to Scotland to found Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Theybankrolled the House of Windsor, which controls Britain and presides atthe apex of Freemasonry around the world. Masonic Lodge members enrolltheir children in the de Molay Society, which is named in honor of thetoasted Templar pirate.
Calvi’s attempt to reconcile protestant and Catholic secretsocieties was a success. He became paymaster to the Polish Solidaritymovement, while Nixon Treasury Secretary David Kennedy’s dirtyContinental Illinois Bank served as conduit for CIA funds sent by Bankof Cicero asset Bishop Paul Marcinkus to fund Solidarity. [724] TheVatican teamed up with Europe’s Black Nobility, the Bilderbergers andCIA to launch the top-secret JASON Society and armed South Americandictators to quash liberation theology. In 1978 when Pope John Paul IItook power, the Vatican issued a commemorative stamp featuring anEgyptian pyramid and the Roshaniya all-seeing eye. [725] The Vatican and the Illuminati Brotherhood were reunited.
Reagan’s meetings with Pope John Paul II were an affirmation of thispowerful new alliance, which would now focus on bringing the SovietUnion to its knees. Even before Reagan met with the Pope the CIA hadgroomed an informant at the Polish Ministry of Defense- Colonel RyszardKuklinski. Kuklinski reported to the Vatican and helped organize thePolish Solidarity Movement, led by the wealthy Radziwill family who hadfunded JFK assassins via Permindex. Most Solidarity leaders were old-money aristocrats.
The precursor to Solidarity was the National Alliance ofSolidarists, a Russian/Eastern European fascist hit squad funded byRD/Shell’s Sir Henry Deterding and German Vickers Arms CorporationPresident Sir Basil Zacharoff. Sir Auckland Geddes of Rio Tinto Zinc,which bankrolled Francisco Franco’s fascist coup in Spain,also contributed to the Solidarists. Geddes’ nephew- Ford IrvineGeddes- was chairman of the Inchcape’s Peninsular & OrientNavigation Company from 1971-1972. [726]
The Solidarist’s US headquarters was the Tolstoy Foundation, whichis housed in the same building as Julius Klein Associates, which ranguns to the murderous Haganah and Stern Gang Zionist deathsquads who stole Palestinian lands to found Israel. Klein was an M16Permindex insider who helped plan the JFK hit.
The Solidarists stepchild, the Solidarity Movement, was touted inthe Western media as a great Polish liberating force. With boatloadsof CIA help, Solidarity toppled the Communist government in Warsaw.Their straw man Lech Walesa became President of Poland. In 1995 Walesawas defeated by former Communist leader Aleksander Kwasniewski. Walesawas rewarded for his boot licking with a job at Pepsico.
CIA Director Casey demanded a constant focus on Eastern Europe atCIA. Casey met often with Philadelphia Roman Catholic Cardinal JohnKrol to discuss the Solidarity Movement. He utilized his Knights ofMalta connections, leaning heavily on Brother Vernon Walters, whosespook resume read like a James Bond novel. Walter’s latest incarnationwas Reagan Ambassador at Large to Vatican Secretary of State AgostinoCardinal Casaroli. [727] By 1991 Walters was US Ambassador to the UN,where he successfully beat the drums of war against Iraq. He was inFiji that same year, just prior to the overthrow of that left-leaninggovernment.
Other Knights of Malta members involved in the Eastern Europeandestabilization effort were Reagan NSA and Robert Vesco lieutenantRichard Allen, Reagan NSA Judge William Clark, Reagan Ambassador to theVatican William Wilson and Zbigniew Brzezinski. Other prominentKnights of Malta members include Prescott Bush, Nixon TreasurySecretary William Simon, Nixon coup-plotter Alexander Haig, contra supporter J. Peter Grace and Venezuelan Rockefeller lieutenant Gustavo Cisneros.
The Reagan team had a five-part strategy in its efforts to destroythe Soviet Union. First, it would pursue the JASON Society’s Star Warsconcept in an attempt to engage the Soviets in a space-based arms racewhich they knew Moscow could not afford. Second, the CIA would launchcovert operations in Poland, Czechoslovakia and Hungary in attempts tooverthrow those Soviet-allied governments. While Walesa emerged inPoland, poet Vaclev Havel became CIA white knight in Czechoslovakia. Like Walesa, Havel became unpopular and was soon tossed out of hispuppet presidency.
A component of the CIA destabilization program was to buy weaponsfrom these East European nations to arm CIA-sponsored rebels inNicaragua, Afghanistan, Angola and Mozambique, using BCCI and later BNLas conduits. The US also wanted to get their hands on the high-techSoviet arsenal. Poland secretly sold the US an array of advancedSoviet weaponry worth $200 million. Romania did the same. Bothcountries saw their foreign debts reduced significantly. [728]
The third component of the Reagan strategy was to make financial aidto the Warsaw Pact contingent on economic privatization. Fourth, theUS would blanket East European and Soviet airwaves with pro-Westernpropaganda, using fronts like Radio Liberty, Radio Free Europe and theVoice of America. The CIA financed local newspapers and magazines.
The Company got help inside the Soviet Union from its Mossad buddiesin an effort spearheaded by media mogul and Mossad paymaster RobertMaxwell. When Maxwell threatened to reveal a meeting between KGB headVladimir Kryuchkov and Mossad brass aboard his private yacht at which acoup against Mikhail Gorbachev was discussed, Mossad ordered ahit on Maxwell. On November 4, 1991 as he sailed around the CanaryIslands Maxwell was assassinated by Israeli commandos. The mass exodusof Russian Jews to Israeli-occupied settlements in Palestine was partof the secret deal between Mossad and Kryuchkov, who is still servingtime in a Moscow prison for his treasonous role in the Gorbachev coup. [729]
But it was the fifth and final component of Reagan’s strategy thathad the Four Horsemen salivating. Reagan’s spooks initiated aneconomic warfare campaign against the Soviet Union, which included afreeze on technology transfers, counterfeiting of the Russian ruble and the sponsoring of separatist Islamist groups in the Soviet Central Asian Caucasus. The jihadiswho were instructed to target a key transcontinental natural gaspipeline which the Soviets were building. The Soviets had more naturalgas than any country on earth and saw the completion of this pipelineas their cash cow for the 21st century. [730] Big Oil wanted to milkthat cow.
It’s the Oil, Stupid
When the Soviet Union’s last President Mikhail Gorbachev announced his perestroika and glasnost campaigns to privatize his country’s economy, he was aiding the Illuminatiin destroying his country. Was Gorbachev duped, an unwittingaccomplice, a CIA deep-cover agent or a mind-controlled OperationPresidio Temple of Set victim? Whatever the case, he played a key rolein dismantling the Soviet Union.
The Soviets controlled not only the vast resources of their ownnation, but Third World resources in Soviet-allied Comecon nations. Part of perestroika was to cease Soviet aid to thesedeveloping nations to ease the growing Soviet debt burden which, likethe US debt, accrued largely from decades of Cold War militaryspending. The two superpowers’ debt was held by the same internationalbanks, which now used this debt lever to pick a winner and to openRussian and Third World resource pools to their corporate tentacles.[731]
When the Berlin Wall fell and Gorbachev was overthrown in favor ofIMF crony Boris Yeltsin, the Four Horsemen rushed to Moscow to beginmaking oil deals. Oil and natural gas had always been the Soviet’smain export and it remained so for the new Russia. In 1991, thecountry earned $13 billion in hard currency from oil exports. In 1992Yeltsin announced that Russia’s world leading 9.2 billion barrel/dayoil sector would be privatized.
Sixty percent of Russia’s Siberian reserves had never been tapped.[732] In 1993 the World Bank announced a $610 billion loan tomodernize Russia’s oil industry- by far the largest loan in the bank’shistory. World Bank subsidiary International Finance Corporationbought stock in several Russian oil companies and made an additionalloan to the Bronfman’s Conoco for its purchase of Siberian Polar LightsCompany. [733]
The main vehicle for international banker control over Russian oilwas Lukoil, initially 20%-owned by BP Amoco and Credit Suisse FirstBoston, where Clinton Yugoslav envoy and Dayton Peace Accords architectRichard Holbrooke worked. Bush Sr. Attorney General Dick Thornburgh,who orchestrated the BNL cover-up, was now CS First Boston’s ChiefFinancial Officer. A handful of Zionist Russian oligarchs,collectively known as the Russian Mafia, owned the rest of Lukoil,which served as the Saudi ARAMCO of Russia for the Four Horsemen, apartner to Big Oil in projects throughout the country which involvedtruly staggering amounts of capital.
These included Sakhalin Islands projects known as Sakhalin I, a $15billion Exxon Mobil venture; and Sakhalin II, a $10 billion deal led byRoyal Dutch/Shell which included Mitsubishi, Mitsui and Marathon Oil aspartners. Siberian developments were even larger. RD/Shell is a 24.5%partner in Uganskneftegasin, which controls a huge Siberiannatural gas field. At Priobskoye, BP Amoco operates a $53 billionproject. At Timan Pechora on the Arctic Ocean a consortium made up ofExxon Mobil, Chevron Texaco, BP Amoco and Norsk Hydo runs a $48 billionventure.
In November 2001 Exxon Mobil announced plans to invest another $12billion in an oil and gas project in the Russian Far East. RD/Shellannounced a $8.5 billion investment in its Sakhalin Islandsconcessions. BP Amoco made similar proclamations. [734] In 1994Lukoil pumped 416 million barrels of oil, making it fourth largestproducer in the world after RD/Shell, Exxon Mobil and part-owner BPAmoco. Its fifteen billion barrels in crude reserves rank second inthe world to Royal Dutch/ Shell. [735]
The Soviet Caucasus, with encouragement from Langley, soon splitfrom Russia. The map of Central Asia was re-written as Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan,Ukraine and Georgia all declared their independence. The pipelineReagan ordered targeted carried Soviet natural gas east to the NorthPacific port of Vladivostok and west to the Black Sea port ofNovorrossiysk from the world’s richest known natural gas fields lyingbeneath and abutting the shoreline of the Caspian Sea, which lies inthe heart of Caucasus.
The Four Horsemen coveted this resource more than any in the world. They wanted to build their own private pipelines once they got theirhands on the Caspian Sea natural gas fields, which also contain anestimated 200 billion barrels of crude oil. Oil industryprivatizations were quickly announced in the new Central AsianRepublics which had, by virtue of their independence, taken control ofthe vast Caspian Sea oil and gas reserves. By 1991 Chevron was holdingtalks with Kazakhstan. [736]
The Central Asian Republics became the largest recipients of USAIDaid, as well as ExIm Bank, OPIC and CCC loans. Azerbaijan,Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan were especially favored. These countriescontrol the shoreline of the Caspian Sea, along with Russia and Iran. In 1994 Kazakhstan received $311 million in US aid and another $85million to help dismantle Soviet-era nuclear weapons. PresidentClinton met with Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev. They signedan array of agreements ranging from disarmament deals to space researchcooperation. Kazakhstan, with an estimated 17.6 billion barrels of oilreserves, had been a strategic part of the Soviet nuclear weapons gridand was home to the Soviet space program.
The two leaders also signed an agreement providing investmentprotection for US multinationals. The Free Trade Institute and USChamber of Commerce sent officials to train Kazakhs in the finer artsof global capitalism. The Four Horsemen moved in swiftly. ChevronTexaco laid claim to the biggest prize- the $20 billion Tenghizoilfield- then grabbed another gusher at Korolev. Exxon Mobil signed adeal to develop an offshore concession in the Caspian. [737] Tengizchevroil is45%-owned by Chevron Texaco and 25%-owned by Exxon Mobil. [738] President George W. Bush’s NSA and later Secretary of State CondaleezaRice, an expert on Central Asia, sat on the board at Chevron alongsideGeorge Schultz from 1989-1992. She even had an oil tanker named afterher.
Across the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan was receiving hundreds ofmillions of dollars in US aid. BP Amoco led a consortium of seven oilgiants who spent an initial $8 billion to develop three concessions offthe coast of the capital Baku- historic base camp of Big Oil in theregion. [739] BP Amoco and Pennzoil- recently acquired by RoyalDutch/Shell- took control of the Azerbaijan Oil Company, whose board ofdirectors included former Bush Sr. Secretary of State James Baker.
In 1991 Air America super spook Richard Secord showed up in Bakuunder the cover of MEGA Oil. [740] Secord & Company did militarytraining, sold Israeli arms, passed “brown bags filled with cash” andshipped in over 2,000 Islamist fighters from Afghanistan with help fromGulbuddin Hekmatyar. Afghan heroin began flooding into Baku. Russianeconomist Alexandre Datskevitch said of 184 heroin labs that policediscovered in Moscow in 1991, “Every one of them was run by Azeris, whouse the proceeds to buy arms for Azerbaijan’s war against Armenia inNagorno-Karabakh”. [741]
A Turkish intelligence source claims that Exxon and Mobil were behind the 1993 coupagainst elected Armenian President Abulfaz Elchibey. Secord’sIslamists helped. Osama bin Laden set up an NGO in Baku as a base forattacking the Russians in Chechnya and Dagestan. A more pliantPresident Heidar Aliyev was installed. In 1996, at the behest ofAmoco’s president, he was invited to the White House to meet PresidentClinton- whose NSA Sandy Berger held $90,000 worth of Amoco stock. [742]
Armenian separatists backed by the CIA took over the strategicArmenian regions of Nagorno-Karabakh and Nakhnichevan which borderTurkey and Iran. When Turkish President Turgut Ozal mentionedintervention in Nakhnichevan to back the Azerbaijani seizure, TurkishPremier Suleyman Demirel quickly played down the statement from the keyUS ally. These two regions are critical to Big Oil plans to build apipeline from the Caspian Sea across Turkey to the Russian Black Seaport of Novorrossiysk. The same route is utilized by Turkey’s GrayWolves mafia in their Central Asia to Europe heroin endeavors. WhenGray Wolf Mehmet Ali Agca tried to assassinate Pope John Paul II in1981, the CIA used its Gladio strategy, trying to pin it on Bulgaria’sCommunist Lukashenko government.
Lukoil owns 26% of the Russian Black Sea port at Novorrossiysk. Itspresident Vayit Alekperov wanted to build the Caspian pipeline throughGrozny in Chechnya, while the Four Horsemen preferred the route throughTurkey. CIA support for Armenian separatists and Chechen Islamistrebels ensured chaos in Grozny. Alekperov finally agreed to the Turkishroute.
In 2003 the Defense Department proposed a $3.8 million militarytraining grant for Azerbaijan. Later they admitted it was to protectUS access to oil. As author Michael Klare put it, “Slowly but surely,the US military is being converted into a global oil-protectionservice”. [743]
Turkmenistan, which borders the Caspian Sea on the southeast, is avirtual gas republic, containing massive deposits of natural gas. Italso has vast reserves of oil, copper, coal, tungsten, zinc, uraniumand gold. The biggest gas field is at Dauletabad in the southeast ofthe country, near the Afghan border. The Unocal-led Centgas set aboutbuilding a pipeline which would connect the oil fields around Chardzhanto the Siberian oilfields further north. More crucial to Centgas was agas pipeline from Dauletabad across Afghanistan and Pakistan to theIndian Ocean. [744] Advisers to the project included Henry Kissinger.Unocal is now part of Chevron.
With the Four Horsemen firmly in charge of Caspian Sea reserves, theCaspian Pipeline Consortium was born. Chevron Texaco took a 15% stakewith the other three Horsemen and Lukoil splitting the rest. Pipelinesecurity was provided by the Israeli firm Magal Security Systems, whichis connected to Mossad. Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan have especiallycozy relations with Israel via Special Ambassador YusefMaiman, who is president of the Israeli Mehrav Group. Mehrav isinvolved in a project in Turkey to divert water from the upper Tigresand Euphrates Rivers to the southeast part of Turkey and away fromIraq. [745] The Caspian pipeline was built by Bechtel in partnershipwith GE and Wilbros Group. The pipeline quietly began moving oil andgas in November 2001, just two months after 911.
Bechtel also built the oilfield infrastructure at Tengiz for ChevronTexaco. In 1995 Bechtel led a USAID-funded consortium to restructurethe energy sectors of eleven Central and Eastern European nations inline with IMF mandates. Bechtel received a massive contract to upgradeRussia’s many ailing aluminum smelters in tandem with Pechiney. Lukoilcontracted with New Jersey-based ABB Lummus Crest (formed whenengineering giants Asea Braun Boveri and Lummis Crest merged) to builda $1.3 billion refinery at the Novorrossysk port and to do a $700million upgrade on its refinery at Perm.
The Bush Jr. Administration now planned a series of additionalCaspian Sea pipelines to compliment the Tenghiz-Black Sea route. ABaku-Tblisi-Ceyhan pipeline was built by a Four Horsemen consortium ledby BP Amoco. The law firm representing the BP-led consortium is JamesBaker’s family law firm- Baker Botts. The BP Amoco pipeline runs thelength of the country of Georgia through its capital Tblisi.
In February 2002 the US announced plans to send 200 militaryadvisers and attack helicopters to Georgia to “root our terrorism”.[746] The deployment was a smokescreen for pipeline protection. InSeptember 2002 Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivaniov accused Georgia ofharboring Chechen rebels. In October 2003 Georgian President EduardSchevardnadze was forced to step down in a bloodless revolution. According to a December 11, 2003 article on the World Socialist Partywebsite, CIA sponsored the coup.
In September 2004 hundreds of Russian school children were killedwhen Chechen separatists seized their school building. RussianPresident Vladimir Putin said of the incident, “Certain politicalcircles in the West want to weaken Russia, just like the Romans wantedto weaken Carthage.” He accused “foreign intelligence services” ofcomplicity in the attacks. His adviser Aslanbek Aslakhanov wentfurther, stating on Russian Channel 2 News, “The men had theirconversations not within Russia, but with other countries. They wereled on a leash. Our self-styled friends have been working for severaldecades to dismember Russia… (they are the) puppeteers and arefinancing terror.” Russia’s KM News ran the headline, “School Seizurewas Planned in Washington and London”. [747]
Lukoil epitomizes the corruption so rampant in Russia since theSoviet collapse. Bribery is the norm. Lukoil has given luxury jets tothe mayor of Moscow, the head of Gazprom (the state-owned natural gasmonopoly) and Kazakhstan President Nazarbayev. In the mid-1990’sLukoil announced that it would sell another 15 % stake to foreignstockholders through its largest owner and financial adviser CS FirstBoston and the Bank of New York. [748] In 2002 they announced plans tosell off another big stake.
According to Kurt Wulff of the oil investment firm McDep Associates,the Four Horsemen, romping in their new Far East pastures, saw assetincreases from 1988-1994 as follows: Exxon Mobil- 54%, Chevron Texaco-74%, Royal Dutch/Shell- 52% and BP Amoco- 54%. The Horsemen had morethan doubled their collective assets in six short years. This quantumleap in Anglo-American global power had everything to do with thetakeover of the old Soviet oil patch and the subsequent impoverishmentof its birthright owners.

As 2011 draws to a close, an award-winning US magazine hashandpicked a dozen of the most monstrous lies that Washington hasdelivered to the world over the past year.
“I live in Washington where lying is an art form,” David J. Rothkopf wrote on the Foreign Policy website.
Before enumerating the most egregious US lies of 2011, Rothkopfdivides the fallacious statements uttered by Washington into threecategories.
Some, he says, are known for their “subtlety”, like President Barack Obama wanting to get special interests out of American politics. They “almost” feel true, Rothkopf says.
Others stand out for their “audacity”, like Newt Gingrich bringing down communism.
And last but not least are those which capture our attention forbeing offered with a “straight face,” like Mitt Romney saying he hasdeeply held political convictions.
Rothkopf, however, says among the plethora of US mendacious claims there are some which are most outstanding.

“They are the big lies that have defined our times,” he says, proceeding to catalogue those fibs.

1. “The war in Iraq is finally over after nine years.”
Rothkopf notes the US has been militarily engaged in Iraq since theearly 1990 and this will likely be just the end of another installmentin the long running series of US warmongering policies in the region.

2. “America’s mission in Iraq was a success.”
He expresses astonishment at such a claim while Iraq is divided,undemocratic, corrupt, and the US invasion has cost USD1 trillion,thousands of US lives, hundreds of thousands of Iraqi lives, and itsnational reputation. US war in Iraq bears greater semblance to a full-scale “fiasco”, he says.

3. “We are winning in Afghanistan.”
Rothkopf describes this one as a hot from the oven “howler” by theUS Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta. Washington has strengthened theregion’s extremists and the threat of instability in nuclear Pakistanis now actually higher than it was when US went in, he says.

4. Tie: “Pakistan is America’s ally” and “Afghanistan is America’s partner.”
Neither Pakistan nor Afghanistan can by any “credible definition” becalled a US ally. This is attested to by the animosity of Islamabadtowards Washington and Kabul’s belittling of the US on the world stage,Rothkopf says.

5. “America is unthreatened by China’s growth.”
A “prayer” by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Rothkopf says. “It should be true. But it’s not,” he adds.

6. Tie: “Republicans are the problem” and “Democrats are the problem.”
Rothkopf dubs this one as “the great lie of American politics.” He says the problem with US politicsis not the parties, but the money. “The system is so resolutely corruptthat recent scandals have only resulted in more money flowing into thesystem and past reforms being undone,” he notes.

7. “Cutting the taxes of millionaires helps create US jobs.”
There is not even one single solitary shred of evidence to support this “idiotic” suggestion, Rothkopf notes.

8. “This next summit of European leaders will be decisive …”
Rothkopf says despite the fact that this claim has been made everyfew weeks for the past months, the “supposedly sophisticated financialmarkets” of the United States continue to fall for it.

9. “The Obama administration is committed to serious financial services reform.”
The US financial system is still plagued by all the threats thatinstigated the 2008 recession. “Not an inch of progress,” Rothkopf says.

10. “Only nine percent of Americans approve of Congress.”
“This can’t possibly be true. There can’t possibly be that many,” Rothkopf says in a stinging sarcastic tone.

11. “The operation in Libya will be over in a matter of days or weeks.”
Rothkopf says the operation was wrong to begin with, “and then wrong and then wrong again for months.”

12. “I love Israel.”
Even though everyone in US politicsmakes such an assertion, nobody really means it, Rothkopf notes. Whatthe politicians really mean, however, is that “I want American Jews tothink I love Israel enough to vote for me and give me money,” he says.

“Those are just a few of a bumper year for duplicity, mendacity, and craven misstatements,” Rothkopf concludes.

This has become the climate of America, simply put. We are willingto give up everything for one special interest group or to feel alittle safer at night. What I am referring to are two pieces oflegislation that could be the most outrageous since the infamousPatient Protection and Affordable Car Act, also known as Obamacare.These two pieces of legislation are worlds apart but both carry thesame disease of big government. The legislation I am referring to isthe Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the National DefenseAuthorization Act amendment SB 1867. They say that a frog will beslowly cooked to death as long as the water starts out cold. With thesetwo pieces of legislation currently in Congress, the burner has beenlit, oh and we are the frogs!

The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA)was introduced to the House of Representatives on October 26, 2011.Lamar Smith (R-TX) and a bi-partisan group of representativesintroduced it to the House floor as a way to stop online copyrightinfringement in the United States. It’s odd that it came out so closeto Halloween as it was dressed up as a harmless bill. On the surface itsounds like anyone can get behind this, unless you are stealing moviesand music that is. The interesting thing is that unlike most Halloweencostumes it gets scarier when the mask is removed. SOPA would allow theDepartment of Justice (DOJ) and interested parties such as copyrightholders to seek court hearings and eventual injunctions to shut downthe web sites that are accused of copyright infringement. Also withinthis bill the parties can seek injunctions to bar payment sites likePaypal and compel search engines like Google to exclude these sitesfrom search resultsunder force of law. It would also force Internet service providers toblock access to these sites engaging in copyright infringement. Thisbill would make it a FELONY to stream copyrighted material. To put itin prospective, most of you reading this have committed a felony today.There is a stipulation that copyright holders who “knowingly” falselyaccuse a website will be held liable for punitive damages. Good luckever proving that anyone knew, let me remind you that these are thesame courts that just allowed Casey Anthony to skate.
Let’s get into the ramifications of SOPA. This legislation extendsinto a lot of areas outside of the Internet. If the law goes intoeffect the government could dictate to Paypal, Visa and many others whothey could and could not do business with. There is not anotherindustry in America where this would fly. Google and others would berequired to remove sites from their registry or be prosecuted. Thesesearch engines have the right to supply people with any sites that areavailable and to force them to comply with this would be to violatetheir rights to do business as well. Again the government would compelInternet service providers to block out these sites and would be forcedto unfairly censor the Internet to their customers. What this amountsto is the government’s ability to turn off someone’s mouthpiece atanytime under the auspices of protecting copyrights. If the governmentdecided that they were getting to much bad press from a news source orif international news was leaking in that wasn’t supposed to they couldin theory shut it off immediately. You see the government has known fora while that their worst enemy going forward is the Internet due to thelack of regulation. They are dealing with a more educated and informedpopulous then ever before. More people then ever get their news fromonline sources other than the big three ABC, NBC and CBS. Gone is theday of controlling a news story. So what do they do? They find a way tokill it by saying that we must protect the rights of our copyrightholders. There is no secret that business and the government tends tobe intertwined and there is nothing saying that a well-placed bribe byCompany A couldn’t get Company B shutdown. By the time all the appealsand red tape are gone through Company A has now defeated Company B. Iam sorry Congress but I am not willing to give up my rights forcopyright holders.
On to monster number two. The Amendment SB 1867is in my opinion the beginning of the end for American freedom. Thelength of the bill adds to its vagueness but the scary part is found inSect 1032(a). The gist of it is that the United States Military wouldbe allowed to hold a suspected “terrorist” indefinitely until theirdisposition under the laws regarding war. There is no regionalrestriction on this directive and so one must assume that it can happenin the United States as easy as Afghanistan. It states that therequirement doesn’t extend to United States citizens but it doesn’tplace a ban on it either. The scariest thing about this bill is thatthey were trying to sneak it by us. During the Thanksgiving holidaySenators John McCain (R-AZ) and Carl Levin (D-MI) met in secret anddrafted this amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act, whichcomes before Congress on many occasions. This amendment containing suchan inflammatory proposal was buried underneath a lot of financialmatters and other legal jargon. It then passed a closed door committeemeeting with no hearing at all. This has been slid through the systemand is on the eve of being law as the Senate has passed it. John McCainand Carl Levin as well as anyone else involved in this should bebrought up on charges. This clearly is allowing the President to loosethe United States military on American citizens at will. Man, it seemslike I have heard this somewhere. Oh yes, that’s right, the AmericanMilitia Movement that everyone thinks is crazy. That’s where I heardit. Now let’s look at who is a terrorist shall we. According to a Federal Bureau of Investigation handoutbeing distributed in military surplus stores and gun stores, it isanyone who makes racist or extreme religious statements, is missingfingers, pays in cash and makes comments regarding anti-US ideology. Itcould also anyone who buys a large quantity of ammunition, food, highcapacity magazines, night vision, flashlights or gasmasks and bi-podsfor rifles.
Let’s break this down even further so we can see the craziness ofthis and I guarantee when I am done you will know no less then fivepeople who fit this description. Makes extreme religious remarks, Howabout abortion is a sin and homosexuals are going to hell? Someone whois missing fingers, I know guys who are missing fingers from workaccidents and so on. Persons paying in cash, you know up until like ayear or so ago my father paid for everything in cash. I have madeseveral comments regarding my displeasure with the United States inthis article so I guess that is anti-US ideology. Last but not leastthe final large quantities envelop the entire “Prepper” community andanyone like myself who is a gun enthusiast. This is how easy it is tonow lock any of these people up indefinitely for whatever reason thosein power can think up. I am by no means a conspiracy person but I canconnect the dots. Pretty much any of us are suspicious to the Feds inone way or another and some of us are in more than one category. I mustask, since when did being responsible and stocking up for the worstmake you a terrorist? I will tell you when. The government only fearsit’s own people when they know they are overstepping. I will leave youwith a quote on this subject from our founding father GeorgeWashington, “Firearms are second only to the Constitution inimportance; they are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth.”
Both of these bills are dangerous in their own right but togetherthey are a signal of a coming storm in America. The time is right forthe government to begin to slowly take our rights away and it hasalready begun. SB 1867 and SOPA are not the first of their kind. If youdo not believe me take a look around at the political landscape. Doesthe Patriot Act ring a bell? What about Fast and Furious? Due to Fastand Furious the debate on tighter gun restrictions have “spontaneously”begun. I am here to tell you that this is a plant. The goal of Fast andFurious was to inflame the United States over “assault” rifles. Did youknow that the people of North Korea don’t know that they are one of thepoorest countries in the world? They actually pity countries like theUnited States because of the poverty we live in. Do you know why theythink this? Because the government has absolute control over all theinformation coming in and going out and it’s all in the name ofnational security. Just a thought.

Speculationis running rampant after Iran claimed to have shot down a US RQ-170surveillance drone Sunday, and while Tehran has yet to show proof, itappears their announcement coincides with the delivery of this piece ofequipment.
Stephen Trimble from Flight Global reports Russia delivered the Avtobaza ground-based electronic intelligence and jamming system to Iran six-weeks ago.
Whilemost weapons deliveries to Iran are blocked, a jamming system like theAvtobaza is allowed because it's a passively defensive machine"designed to jam side-looking and fire control radars on aircraft andmanipulate the guidance and control systems of incoming enemy missiles."
Possiblywhat NATO regulators didn't plan on was the jammer's potential as acommunications link allowing UAVs to be controlled remotely.
Whether that's how it was used Sunday is another matter.

Givenmy personal role in the relevant international matters, an unfortunateremark concerning Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin which has beenattributed to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has been exploited tothe effect of putting the possibility of avoiding a thermonuclear warinto jeopardy.

So far, since an impeachable U.S. Presidency’srole in the authorship of the outright murder of an already defeatedand captive Libyan President Muammar Qaddafi, the immediate danger of acount-down to a thermonuclear warfare among nations, had been delayedchiefly by the opposition to such action from, chiefly, both leadinggeneral officers of the United States and carefully crafted actionsfrom the present government of Russia.

I do not presume thatthe intention as such of either Hillary Clinton or Vladimir Putin isoriginally at fault in this case; but, there is no doubt that Mrs.Clinton’s reported remarks have been a very serious blunder in theireffects on the present global situation. Given the circumstances,including the role of the monstrously insane Emperor Nero-like Britishpuppet, President Barack Obama, which I shall not explain at this time,the remarks attributed to her have been, most unfortunately, a gravemistake to have been uttered at this time. The effect has been to playinto the hands of a man long-known to me as a British agent-in-fact,and a long standing personal enemy of mine and also of Prime MinisterVladimir Putin, former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachov.

Nominally, it is to be admitted, that the U.S.A. is, most unfortunatelytied to and something like a captive of a morally and mentallyincompetent madman whom most American citizens presently despise, butwhom most of our leading political figures have so far lacked thecourage to impeach, President Barack Obama. Secretary Clinton is thusplaced in the difficult position of seeking to defend U.S. interestsdespite her being held, virtually as a British imperial captive to areigning, Emperor-Nero-like madman in the White House.

Justto make clear the relevant global issues presently in sight, for thosewho are not actually silly, or worse kissers of the British Royal,drug-pushing butt, consider the following points.

Only thewarning signs from both the U.S. military leaders, combined with thevaluable preponderance of sane senior circles within the veteranleadership of Israel, have exhibited actual signs of strategiccompetence in respect to the present British monarchy’s efforts tocontinue its destruction of continental western Europe, combined withthe Royal family’s presently explicit commitment to a massive genocide.

In short, the world hovers over the steaming furore ofthermonuclear genocide, at the brink of a sudden and wide-spreadingeruption globally.

The essence of the crisis now menacing theworld in its global entirety, is the present role of a President of theUnited States, who is not only a mass-murderously insane President, buta mere puppet of a British monarchy which has avowed itself determinedto effect the sudden and rapid depopulation of the population of thisentire planet, from a currently estimated seven billions persons, to nomore than one billion. The problems of that set of British imperialcircles make minor the Adolf Hitler who was lifted to power by thecombined efforts of the British empire and Wall Street’s Hitlerboosters such as the Anglo-American gang of Wall Street’s Harriman.

Some will say that the British were our allies in two World Wars. Inthe first so-called World War, the war itself, according to FieldMarshall von Moltke, had been unleashed, as a new “Seven Years War,” bymeans of the ouster of Germany’s Chancellor Bismarck on orders of theBritish imperial Royal family.

Notably, Winston Churchillbegged piteously for President Franklin Roosevelt’s help, only when aHitler, who had been a British puppet helped to power by the circles ofFrance’s Petain, was now was about to gobble up the British empire.This was a Britain which had wished to be rescued, temporarily, by aRoosevelt, but a Britain which often acted, during the war, through aidof some among its such rabidly racist tools as Montgomery, aidingChurchill’s Britain to delay an Allied victory in Europe in one fashionor another.1 In the meantime, Britain waited for President FranklinRoosevelt to die, so that a puppet of Wall Street and London, theWall-Street-owned, asinine Harry S Truman could sell the United Statesto London. Since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, wenever really regained our United States once President John F. Kennedyand his brother Robert had been assassinated.

However, more than that must be said, urgently, at this time.

On The Subject of Nuclear War

My own introduction to thewarfare of the post-John F. Kennedy time, was conditioned to asubstantial degree by the outgrowth of my part in the founding of whatbecame influential as the Fusion Energy Foundation (FEF). My own mostsignificant role in that setting was developed during a period of mysojourns in Germany, during the period following my U.S. Presidencycandidacy of 1976 against the Democratic Party pack during Brzezinski’sorchestration of the Jimmy Carter campaign. During the late Summer andmy preparations for a new U.S. Presidential candidacy, conceptionsrespecting thermonuclear fusion had been built up, especially since my1976 campaign, to the point that my strategic outlook and intentionsfor the next elected Presidency were already based upon the urgency ofan outlook which I adopted during the Summer and Autumn of 1977, ofwhat I identified then as a strategic defense initiative.

Thefirst question which I was obliged to consider was the implication ofthe role of thermonuclear, rather than merely nuclear weaponry. It wasevident, that only a feasible form of total systems of defense againstthe deployment of either thermonuclear or nuclear weapons, werepracticable; furthermore that the response to this fact must be apracticable policy of strategic defense against systems of delivery forthermonuclear assaults as such.

Thus, when my earliernegotiations and related advocacies on behalf of both the United Statesand certain western and other European partisans, and discussions withleading Indian circles were superseded by, first, the London-connectedYuri Andropov. and the similarly pro-British Mikhail Gorbachov soughtto destroy the effort at establishing a mutual defense between theU.S.A. and its associates, on the one side, and the Soviet Union on theother, I presented the warning that the posture of the Andropov regimewould tend to ensure the crack-up the Soviet system within five years,as it did.

Unfortunately, the U.S. Congress rejectedPresident Reagan’s declared support of what had been precisely mydesign for strategic defense, and that led to the process ofaccelerating wreckage left by President George H.W. Bush, and, despitePresident Clinton’s entertaining a defense policy, the net collapse ofthe U.S. economy over the entirety of the recent more than two decades.

British embassies in the eurozone have been told to draw up plans to help British expats through the collapse of the single currency, amid new fears for Italy and Spain.
As the Italian government struggled to borrow and Spain consideredseeking an international bail-out, British ministers privately warned that the break-up of the euro, once almost unthinkable, is now increasingly plausible.
Diplomats are preparing to help Britons abroad through a banking collapse and even riots arising from the debt crisis.

The Treasury confirmed earlier this month that contingency planning for a collapse is now under way.
A senior minister has now revealed the extent of the Government’s concern, saying thatBritain is now planning on the basis that a euro collapse is now just a matter of time.
“It’s in our interests that they keep playing for time because that gives us more time to prepare,” the minister told the Daily Telegraph.

Recent Foreign and Commonwealth Office instructions to embassies and consulates request contingency planning for extreme scenarios including rioting and social unrest.

Greece has seen several outbreaks of civil disorder asits government struggles with its huge debts. British officials thinksimilar scenes cannot be ruled out in other nations if the eurocollapses.
Diplomats have also been told to prepare to help tens of thousands of British citizens in eurozone countries with the consequences of a financial collapse that would leave them unable to access bank accounts or even withdraw cash.

Fuelling the fears of financial markets for the euro, reports inMadrid yesterday suggested that the new Popular Party government couldseek a bail-out from either the European Union rescue fund or theInternational Monetary Fund.
There are also growing fears for Italy, whose new government wasforced to pay record interest rates on new bonds issued yesterday.
The yield on new six-month loans was 6.5 per cent, nearly doublelast month’s rate. And the yield on outstanding two-year loans was 7.8per cent, well above the level considered unsustainable.
Italy’s new government will have to sell more than EURO 30 billionof new bonds by the end of January to refinance its debts. Analysts saythere is no guarantee that investors will buy all of those bonds, whichcould force Italy to default.

The Italian government yesterday said that in talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Prime Minister Mario Monti had agreed that an Italian collapse “would inevitably be the end of the euro.”
The EU treaties that created the euro and set its membershiprules contain no provision for members to leave, meaning any break-upwould be disorderly and potentially chaotic.
If eurozone governments defaulted on their debts, the European banks that hold many of their bonds would risk collapse.

Some analysts say the shock waves of such an event would risk the collapseof the entire financial system, leaving banks unable to return money toretail depositors and destroying companies dependent on bank credit.

The Financial Services Authority this week issued a public warningto British banks to bolster their contingency plans for the break-up ofthe single currency.
Some economists believe that at worst, the outright collapse of the euro could reduce GDP in its member-states by up to half and trigger mass unemployment.

Analysts at UBS, an investment bank earlier this year warned that the most extremeconsequences of a break-up include risks to basic property rights and the threat of civil disorder.
“When the unemployment consequences are factored in, it isvirtually impossible to consider a break-up scenario without someserious social consequences,” UBS said.

The ascension of Mario Monti to the Italian prime ministership isremarkable for more reasons than it is possible to count. By replacingthe scandal-surfing Silvio Berlusconi, Italy has dislodged theundislodgeable. By imposing rule by unelected technocrats, it hassuspended the normal rules of democracy, and maybe democracy itself.And by putting a senior adviser at Goldman Sachs in charge of a Westernnation, it has taken to new heights the political power of aninvestment bank that you might have thought was prohibitivelypolitically toxic.

This is the most remarkable thing of all: a giant leap forward for,or perhaps even the successful culmination of, the Goldman SachsProject.
It is not just Mr Monti. The European Central Bank, another crucialplayer in the sovereign debt drama, is under ex-Goldman management, andthe investment bank’s alumni hold sway in the corridors of power inalmost every European nation, as they have done in the US throughoutthe financial crisis. Until Wednesday, the International MonetaryFund’s European division was also run by a Goldman man, Antonio Borges,who just resigned for personal reasons.
Even before the upheaval in Italy, there was no sign of GoldmanSachs living down its nickname as “the Vampire Squid”, and now that itstentacles reach to the top of the eurozone, sceptical voices areraising questions over its influence. The political decisions taken inthe coming weeks will determine if the eurozone can and will pay itsdebts – and Goldman’s interests are intricately tied up with the answerto that question.
Simon Johnson, the former International Monetary Fund economist, inhis book 13 Bankers, argued that Goldman Sachs and the other largebanks had become so close to government in the run-up to the financialcrisis that the US was effectively an oligarchy. At least Europeanpoliticians aren’t “bought and paid for” by corporations, as in the US,he says. “Instead what you have in Europe is a shared world-view amongthe policy elite and the bankers, a shared set of goals and mutualreinforcement of illusions.”
This is The Goldman Sachs Project. Put simply, it is to huggovernments close. Every business wants to advance its interests withthe regulators that can stymie them and the politicians who can givethem a tax break, but this is no mere lobbying effort. Goldman is thereto provide advice for governments and to provide financing, to send itspeople into public service and to dangle lucrative jobs in front ofpeople coming out of government. The Project is to create such a deepexchange of people and ideas and money that it is impossible to tellthe difference between the public interest and the Goldman Sachsinterest.
Mr Monti is one of Italy’s most eminent economists, and he spentmost of his career in academia and thinktankery, but it was when MrBerlusconi appointed him to the European Commission in 1995 thatGoldman Sachs started to get interested in him. First as commissionerfor the internal market, and then especially as commissioner forcompetition, he has made decisions that could make or break thetakeover and merger deals that Goldman’s bankers were working on orproviding the funding for. Mr Monti also later chaired the ItalianTreasury’s committee on the banking and financial system, which set thecountry’s financial policies.
With these connections, it was natural for Goldman to invite him tojoin its board of international advisers. The bank’s two dozen-stronginternational advisers act as informal lobbyists for its interests withthe politicians that regulate its work. Other advisers include OtmarIssing who, as a board member of the German Bundesbank and then theEuropean Central Bank, was one of the architects of the euro.
Perhaps the most prominent ex-politician inside the bank is PeterSutherland, Attorney General of Ireland in the 1980s and another formerEU Competition Commissioner. He is now non-executive chairman ofGoldman’s UK-based broker-dealer arm, Goldman Sachs International, anduntil its collapseand nationalisation he was also a non-executive director of Royal Bankof Scotland. He has been a prominent voice within Ireland on itsbailout by the EU, arguing that the terms of emergency loans should beeased, so as not to exacerbate the country’s financial woes. The EUagreed to cut Ireland’s interest rate this summer.
Picking up well-connected policymakers on their way out ofgovernment is only one half of the Project, sending Goldman alumni intogovernment is the other half. Like Mr Monti, Mario Draghi, who tookover as President of the ECB on 1 November, has been in and out ofgovernment and in and out of Goldman. He was a member of the World Bankand managing director of the Italian Treasury before spending threeyears as managing director of Goldman Sachs International between 2002and 2005 – only to return to government as president of the Italiancentral bank.
Mr Draghi has been dogged by controversy over the accounting tricksconducted by Italy and other nations on the eurozone periphery as theytried to squeeze into the single currency a decade ago. By usingcomplex derivatives, Italy and Greece were able to slim down theapparent size of their government debt, which euro rules mandatedshouldn’t be above 60 per cent of the size of the economy. And thebrains behind several of those derivatives were the men and women ofGoldman Sachs.
The bank’s traders created a number of financial deals that allowedGreece to raise money to cut its budget deficit immediately, in returnfor repayments over time. In one deal, Goldman channelled $1bn offunding to the Greek government in 2002 in a transaction called across-currency swap. On the other side of the deal, working in theNational Bank of Greece, was Petros Christodoulou, who had begun hiscareer at Goldman, and who has been promoted now to head the officemanaging government Greek debt. Lucas Papademos, now installed as PrimeMinister in Greece’s unity government, was a technocrat running theCentral Bank of Greece at the time.
Goldman says that the debt reduction achieved by the swaps wasnegligible in relation to euro rules, but it expressed some regretsover the deals. Gerald Corrigan, a Goldman partner who came to the bankafter running the New York branch of the US Federal Reserve, told a UKparliamentary hearing last year: “It is clear with hindsight that thestandards of transparency could have been and probably should have beenhigher.”
When the issue was raised at confirmation hearings in the EuropeanParliament for his job at the ECB, Mr Draghi says he wasn’t involved inthe swaps deals either at the Treasury or at Goldman.
It has proved impossible to hold the line on Greece, which under thelatest EU proposals is effectively going to default on its debt byasking creditors to take a “voluntary” haircut of 50 per cent on itsbonds, but the current consensus in the eurozone is that the creditorsof bigger nations like Italy and Spain must be paid in full. Thesecreditors, of course, are the continent’s big banks, and it is theirhealth that is the primary concern of policymakers. The combination ofausterity measures imposed by the new technocratic governments inAthens and Rome and the leaders of other eurozone countries, such asIreland, and rescue funds from the IMF and the largely German-backedEuropean Financial Stability Facility, can all be traced to thisconsensus.
“My former colleagues at the IMF are running around trying tojustify bailouts of €1.5trn-€4trn, but what does that mean?” says SimonJohnson. “It means bailing out the creditors 100 per cent. It isanother bank bailout, like in 2008: The mechanism is different, in thatthis is happening at the sovereign level not the bank level, but therationale is the same.”
So certain is the financial elite that the banks will be bailed out,that some are placing bet-the-company wagers on just such an outcome.Jon Corzine, a former chief executive of Goldman Sachs, returned toWall Street last year after almost a decade in politicsand took control of a historic firm called MF Global. He placed a $6bnbet with the firm’s money that Italian government bonds will notdefault.
When the bet was revealed last month, clients and trading partnersdecided it was too risky to do business with MF Global and the firmcollapsed within days. It was one of the ten biggest bankruptcies in UShistory.
The grave danger is that, if Italy stops paying its debts, creditorbanks could be made insolvent. Goldman Sachs, which has written over$2trn of insurance, including an undisclosed amount on eurozonecountries’ debt, would not escape unharmed, especially if some of the$2trn of insurance it has purchased on that insurance turns out to bewith a bank that has gone under. No bank – and especially not theVampire Squid – can easily untangle its tentacles from the tentacles ofits peers. This is the rationale for the bailouts and the austerity,the reason we are getting more Goldman, not less. The alternative is asecond financial crisis, a second economic collapse.
Shared illusions, perhaps? Who would dare test it?

THE Pentagon has successfully tested a flying bomb that travels faster than the speed of sound and will give military planners the ability to strike targets anywhere in the world in less than a hour.
Launched by rocket from Hawaii, the “Advanced Hypersonic Weapon,” orAHW, glided through the upper atmosphere over the Pacific “athypersonic speed” before hitting its target in Kwajalein on theMarshall Islands, a Pentagon statement said.
Kwajalein is about 4000km southwest of Hawaii.
The Pentagon did not say what top speeds were reached by the vehicle, which unlike a ballistic missile is maneureable.
It comes as the US Air Force also took delivery of America’s heaviest non-nuclear bomb on order from Boeing.
At 30,000 pounds (13,607kg) the “Massive Ordnance Penetrator” isnearly five US tonnes (4535kg) bigger than the heaviest in its arsenaland designed to destroy targets deep underground.
For the flying bomb, scientists classify hypersonic speeds as thosethat exceed Mach 5 – or five times the speed of sound – 6000km/h.
The test aimed to gather data on “aerodynamics, navigation, guidanceand control, and thermal protection technologies,” said LieutenantColonel Melinda Morgan, a Pentagon spokeswoman.
The US Army’s AHW project is part of “Prompt Global Strike” program which seeks to give the US military the means to deliver conventional weapons anywhere in the world within an hour.
On August 11, the Pentagon test flew another hypersonic gliderdubbed HTV-2, which is capable of flying 27,000 km/h per hour, but itwas a failure.
The AHW’s range is less than that of the HTV-2, the CongressionalResearch Service said in a report, without providing specifics.
The Pentagon has invested $US240 million in the Global Strike program this year.

If you can believe it, during the financialcrisis of 2008 some members of Congress were making huge stock movesthat would only pay off if the stock market crashed really hard at atime when they should have been focusing on creating legislation thatwould help the U.S. financial system survive. It is hard not to feelsick after learning how low some of our "leaders" have stooped toenrich themselves. Now that the American people are learning thetruth, how can they ever trust Congress again?
Even before these revelations about insider trading by members ofCongress came to light, the approval rating for Congress was sitting at about 11 percent.
There is a widespread feeling in this country that our political system simply does not work any longer.
Nearly all of our "leaders" seem to be wealthy elitists that are rapidly becoming wealthier. Today, the average net worth for a member of Congress is approximately 3.8 million dollars, and the collective net worth of all of the members of Congress increased by 25 percent between 2008 and 2010.
It would be one thing is they were accumulating all of this wealthlegitimately. However, it is just not right for members of Congress touse government secrets and inside information that is not available tothe general public to make huge profits in the stock market.
If any of the rest of us engage in insider trading, it could get us thrown into jail.
But as a recent CNBC article noted, members of Congress can pretty much get away with it as much as they want to....

When you buy and sell stocks based on secrets you learned at the office, it could be insider trading.
But when a United States Senator does it, it's probably perfectly legal.
That's because the SEC has largely determined that tradingstocks based on advance knowledge of action in Congress is not insidertrading.

But just because it is legal, that does not make it right.
Former Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff made headlines recently when he claimed that "a dozen members of Congress and their aides took part in insider trading".
Well, it turns out that there has been a whole lot more insider trading going on than that.

One of the politicians featured in the 60 Minutes story was Nancy Pelosi.Pelosi has been doing incredibly well financially in recent years. For example, her net worth soared by 62 percent in 2010. If you can believe it, Nancy Pelosi is now worth 35.2 million dollars.That is a nice chunk of change.So has she been getting a little bit of "extra help" along the way?According to a recent CNN article, one very preferential stock deal involving a credit card company went very well for her. It also turns out that there was credit card legislation that was pending in the House at the time.... Pelosi and her husband participated in an initial public offering of Visa in 2008, according to CBS. They bought 5,000 shares at the initial price of $44; two days later, shares were trading at $64, CBS said. The network reported the investment came at the same time a piece of legislation that was opposed by credit-card companies was making its way through the House.But what is even worse is what many members of Congress did with secret information that they were told by U.S. Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke at the start of the financial crisis of 2008.On September 16, 2008 Paulson and Bernanke held "closed door meetings" with members of Congress and warned them that the financial system was about to totally collapse.But instead of racing out to save the financial system, author Peter Schweizer says that many of our representatives in Congress raced out to save their stock portfolios.In his new book, Schweizer alleges the following....*Schweizer says that U.S. Senator Dick Durbin sold $74,715 worth of stock on September 17th and $42,000 worth of stock on September 18th.*Schweizer says that U.S. Representative Jim Moran sold off shares in 90 different corporations on September 17th.*Schweizer says that U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse sold off at least $250,000 worth of stock between September 18th and September 24th.*Schweizer says that U.S. Representative Spencer Bachus bet very heavily against the stock market in the days following the September 16th meeting and made tens of thousands of dollars doing so.*Schweizer says that U.S. Senator John Kerry bought up approximately $350,000 of Bank of America stock and approximately $550,000 of Citigroup stock during October 2008 and November of 2008. It was during this time period that the bailout programs for the big banks were being developed and debated.Are you feeling sick to your stomach yet?But it isn't just members of Congress that are using secrets to make money in the stock market. According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, quite a few Congressional staffers have also been making questionable trades.... "At least 72 aides on both sides of the aisle traded shares of companies that their bosses help oversee, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of more than 3,000 disclosure forms covering trading activity by Capitol Hill staffers for 2008 and 2009."But nobody is getting into trouble for any of this.This is how corrupt our system has become.And there are scientific studies that show that members of Congress have been doing significantly better in the stock market than the general public has been doing.For example, one study from 2004 found that members of Congress do even better in the stock market than corporate insiders do.... "A 2004 study of the results of stock trading by United States Senators during the 1990s found that that senators on average beat the market by 12% a year. In sharp contrast, U.S. households on average underperformed the market by 1.4% a year and even corporate insiders on average beat the market by only about 6% a year during that period. A reasonable inference is that some Senators had access to - and were using - material nonpublic information about the companies in whose stock they trade."A recent CNBC article mentioned another recent study that found that investments by members of the U.S. House of Representatives beat the market by about 6 percent a year.... In the 2011 study “Abnormal Returns From the Common Stock Investments of Members of the U.S. House of Representatives,” four university professors found that a portfolio that mimics the purchases of House Members beats the market by 55 basis points per month, or approximately 6 percent annually. That study looked at 16,000 common stock transactions made by approximately 300 House delegates from 1985 to 2001.Clearly all of this is not just some huge coincidence.So why doesn't Congress just pass a law to make it illegal for members of Congress to make trades based on insider information?Well, a few members of Congress have actually tried to introduce such legislation, but it has never gone anywhere.It turns out that members of Congress like things just the way that they are.Being a member of Congress is one of the best jobs in the country. New reports emerging in the Kremlin today from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit (APEC) in Hawaii are stating that both Russian and Chinese diplomats were “stunned” upon learning that the United States Nobel Peace Prize winning leader, President Barack Obama, has ordered US Militaryforces into both Nigeria and Australia in what they describe as hisplan to take over the entire world for his crony-capitalist backers.
According to these reports, Nigerian military sources have confirmed Obama’s plan to deploy US Military forces in their country in yet another expansion of the Pentagon’s “Shadow War”on the African Continent designed to take control of this regions vastoil and mineral resources, and he is, also, planning on announcingduring his upcoming visit to Australia the deployment of US Marineforces to ward off what the Americans are calling the “China threat.”
With more than 900 US Military bases on all seven continents, and with a defense budget that outspends all of the other nations in the world combined, Russian diplomats warn that these latest deployments “strip bear” Obama’s true intentions which they describe as being nothing short of “total world domination.”
To understand Obama’s true motivations, these reports say, one has to realize that the West’s most powerful bankers who have given him more money than any politician, in any country, in modern human history far surpassing the millions given to Nazi Germany’s Adolf Hitler by US and European industrialists led by the former US President George W. Bush’s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, who was charged for his crimes under the Trading With Enemies Act during World War II.
Sensing the rise of a growing American dictatorship headed by Obama,Prime Minister Putin this past week lashed out at the West bydescribing them as“arrogant world powers” who would stop at nothing to achieve their goals, and reserving special condemnation of both the US and UK for violating the UN Resolution against Libya that now finds NATO under investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the many war crimes it committed.
China, likewise, this past week mocked the US that they said wascontrolled by fawning political leaders seeking re-election who havecreated an“entitlement culture” where the American public has grown dependent on government largesse, and at the opening of the APEC engaged in a “testy exchange” with the US over a new proposed Pacific Trade Pact.
Not just to Russia and China are fears of Obama rising either as USCongressman, and 2012 Presidential hopeful, Ron Paul warned this pastweek that the “Obama Presidency Warned Is On The Verge Of Being A Dictatorship” and US Supreme Court Justice Breyer further warned that the Obama regime was on the verge of creating an “Orwellian government.”
Important to note about Obama’s United States is that never before in modern history hasthe world’s leading economic power experienced a saving shortfall ofsuch epic proportions as America is now experiencing and is leading totheir fast total economic collapse, and with the European Central Bank (ECB) now warning that there is little left it can do tosave the Eurozone this catastrophic event may very well be alreadyunderway caused the head of China’s biggest ratings agency, DagongGlobal Credit Rating, to warn of another US credit downgrade.
Unfortunately for the American people in all of these events is their not being allowed to know about any of them due to their “mainstream” media not telling them, a point brought up in an article today detailinghow in the past two weeks they have been subjected to nearly 120stories about the sex life of Presidential contender Herman Cain whileat the same time: 1.) Only 3 major networks covered Obama’s sending UStroops in Uganda. 2.) Only 1 major news network covered the scandal ofthe Obama regime sending guns to Mexico’s gun cartels. 3.) No majornetwork covered the 8^th largest bankruptcy inUS history ofMF Global whose CEO was top Obama advisor, and former Goldman SachsCEO, and former Democratic Governor of New Jersey John Corizine. 4.) Nomajor network has covered the Solyndra scandal that allowed $500million in US taxpayer money to be swindled away by Obama regimecronies.
And in, perhaps, the most egregious example of how far “mainstream” journalismhas fallen in the US was the ABC Television News Network morning showhost George Stephanopoulos attacking Herman Cain over the sexallegation made against him…the “same” George Stephanopoulos who when he was a top aide of President Bill Clinton praised the “mainstream” media for keeping what they knew secret from the American people…and in his own words on page 267 of his autobiography “All Too Human,” “Most important, I wanted to keep reports of Paula [Jones'] press conference off television … It wasn’t a hard sell.”
In a country whose President, a former professor of constitutional law nonetheless, can take an oath to uphold the Constitution and then spend every waking moment trying to dig its grave, and who is now warned has become prosecutor, judge and jury in the targeted killings of any American citizen he so chooses, one can see clearing why China is now seeking to protect its vast oil wealth in the South China Sea and why Putin has called for a Eurasian Union to protect Russia’s energy future.
What remains to be seen is if Obama and the powerful Western bankersbacking him can succeed in their plans to take over the entire worldwithout plunging us all into total war…history says that they can’t…time will surely tell.

November 9 2011:Crime at the top level of the financial sector, Greece in crisis, MFGlobal had a curious meltdown, Europe a failure, Merkel tries to save asinking Greece, the economic heart ripped out of America.

We have been in or associated with gold and silver related assetsand commodities for well over 50 years and we find we are not convincedthat the failure of MF Global was just that, a failure.
John Corzine’s background makes us wonder if something else may havebeen afoot. He had been a former CO-chief operating officer of GoldmanSachs, a high-level, political operator and a Senator and governor fromNew Jersey. From our viewpoint this is cause for questioning.
In 2005 Man acquired Refco, which had failed. That became MF Global. The forced takeover worked out well.
This time it worked out differently. There was liquidation only andall MF Global employees were dismissed and prohibited from functioning.This meant clients were frozen in their accounts, something thatheretofore had never happened previously.
Within this tragic event Mr. Corzine was to receive $12.1 million inseverance, which we are told he is going to forego. We find thatunusual. That is a lot of money. Could it be that Jon Corzine is aslippery sociopath? Corzine was a professional and a former top personat Goldman Sachs. Was he capable of making such a monstrous error? Wedo not know for sure, but we don’t think so. He was wired into all theright people in government and within brokerage businesses,particularly at Goldman. Could Corzine have deliberately taken MP down,so Goldman could move in and pick up the pieces for a pittance? Couldthe buyer be a connection to Goldman? Could it be that Corzine’smission was to destroy MF Global? This is a connected professional; whywould be load up on the junk bonds of Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Italyand Spain? He had a lot more intelligence than we had and we would nothave done that. We believe the possibility exists that MF’s failurecould have been a giant fraud. We will get a better idea when we seewho the buyer is.
Then we ask, where was the CFTC? As we have written Mr. Gensler wasbrought to power at Goldman Sachs by none other than Mr. Corzine. Mr.Gensler is the head of the CFTC. Does that ring any bells? This is thesame CFTC that took three years to find out if big banks, such as JPM,HSBB, GS and Citi were rigging the silver market. They come up withnothing and all the evidence was given to them 2 to 3 years ago. Wecall that criminal and the SEC has done similar things, such as theMadoff affair. We can promise you the CFTC knew exactly what was beingdone at MF Global and probably covered up for them. We never had muchcontact with the CFTC but we can speak with authority on the SEC. Theyalmost never go after large firms. They attack small brokers,newsletter writers and firms. Some call these agencies useful idiots –we call them crooks who prey on those who cannot fight back. Theagencies are trying to cull small and medium sized firms for years.They want their friends at the biggest firms to have all the business.
It could be Corzine was set up at MF Global to destroy it. Afterthis really gets underway we wonder which will be the next firm to gobust. Our corporatist fascist government loves monopolies and that iswhere the stock and commodities brokerage business is headed.

It will be of great interest to see how this turns out. Crimeusually pays at the top level of the financial sector. MF Global islast, but unbeknownst to others the euro and the EU are in a similarposition. They are in the middle of a totally corrupt system. Bankswere overexposed 70 to 1. At the beginning of the credit crisis andthey are still leveraged by 30 to 1. Worse yet, they lie about theirquality of assets. We are looking at a Ponzi scheme of giganticproportions, which is aided and abetted by the CFTC and the SEC. Westarted writing about these conditions in 1967 and in the interveningyears we have brought on the wrath of government, the SEC and WallStreet for calling them the crooks that they are. We have done this toalert the people to the truth. In years past we worked with Gary Allen,Alan Stang, G. Edward Griffith, Stan Monteith and Anthony Hilder tothis end. One sure sign we are being effective is that getting deliveryof silver and gold is at times as difficult as it has been in pastyears. The message is reaching the public worldwide. It could be thatthe elitists’ plans are being upset and we are very happy about that.What we see is a stage show that even includes bogus statistics. Thisis the greatest monetary debasement in history.
You do not want to own any currency except for day-to-day living.The rest of your wealth should be in gold and silver coins, bullion andshares. Greece and Rome between 500 B.C. and 400 A.D. was the cradle ofcivilization in the Western world. We were one of the lucky ones tohave had 4 years of Latin, the language of Rome. Later was our course ofstudy, but that in no way means Greek had to take a back seat. Greecegave us our laws, republic, democracy and politicians almost all whohave been fools and crooks. Not much has changed over the past 2,600years. We compare what we have seen since 1929 and the advent ofDeweyism to what the Colonial Empire builders did for centuries andthat is to keep their subject dumb and docile. All we are seeing todayis a replay of a long-playing policy. Today it is laced with the art ofpropaganda and brainwashing. If the people do not understand theycannot be an adversary. Today these tactics make it more difficult toreach the people with the truth. It is all there in the 7 volumes ofGibbon’s “Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire,” which few in oursociety has ever heard of. If you delve into those pages and into theGreece of antiquity you will find how our society evolved and part ofthose lessons included the only way to handle debt and default was topurge the system and expunge all debt. Far be it for today’s bankers toexecute something so simple today. That is why more and more money andcredit is thrown into the system to buy time. When the time runs outthe bankers plan and execute another war. As you can see the only wayto eliminate unpayable debt is to purge it and renew the system basedon gold. It is all that simple, but the bankers cannot allow thatbecause they will lose their power base from which they control us.
The euro and the European Union, an unnatural association, has beena failure. Bankers and their purchased politicians are running hitherand yon trying to provide a solution that does not exist. Starting twoyears ago on radio, TV and in press editorials, we told the Greeks todefault, exit the euro, return to the Drachma at 50% of the value ofthe euro, and over a five year period phase in austerity to avoidfuture debt. The majority of Greeks want to do this, but surely thebankers do not, because they’ll be irretrievably insolvent. They wouldrather put Greeks into servitude for the next 50 years and if possibleconfiscate Greece’s state assets. Now you can understand why thefinancial structure in Europe, the UK and US are being saved andnothing is being done to save those economies.
European bankers, because they are buried in debt and politiciansbecause they know an election is coming, want the bailout fund withleverage of 5 to 1 if they can get away with it. They also want theEuropean Central Bank to be a lender of last resort. Both would meanmajor European inflation and endless debt. It never occurred to thepeople that many governments are unable to service their debt. Thus,usually they end up destroying their currencies. We have been enmeshedin central banks buying government debt in a big way for more than adozen years. In the final analysis a depression is assured fordeliberately corrupting the system.
As we recounted in the last issue, Mrs. Merkel pleaded with theBundstage to help Greece survive. What she was really saying was saveour banks and the euro. Of course, if this failed 60 years of peacewould be lost. You would have to be a moron to believe that. That votewill cost at least 1/3 of representatives their jobs in the nextelection. Voters, 65%, told their representatives not to vote foreither measure. The vote was a classic betrayal of the German peopleand another banker bailout.
As we write gold is trading at $1,770.00 and silver at $34.45. Bothare substantially above recent manipulated lows. Every time they areattacked they come back strongly for a number of reasons. It can beseen by an astute observer that problems in the EU have not beensolved. The German Constitutional Court decision has to be dealt with.Berlusconi in Italy and Papandreou may soon be out of office. For thepast three years gold has assumed the role as an alternative worldreserve currency, as inflation roars in many countries. Europeanbanking has gone too far this time. The debt created cannot be paid andthe only thing governments can do is continue to increase money andcredit resulting in higher inflation. At the same time economiesreceive no relief and unemployment rises. Projections show a muchslower economic climate in the year ahead, and again, nothing to helpthe situation. The only consideration is saving the euro, pound, the USdollar and banking. These players are well aware that if the systemgoes down their power structure collapses. From our viewpoint there isno ultimate solution until the system is purged. The opposite side tothis negative situation is gold and silver and why they must soar invalue as a result of these facts. Some say the US dollar is a safehaven. How can that be with guaranteed losses annually in purchasingpower of 10? Then it should be no surprise that gold and silver willsoon revisit their former highs, and break them. Those of you who arelong gold and silver coins, bullion and shares have to be patient. Youmust not be tempted to trade corrections, because you are notprofessionals and you will lose or worse not get back into a long-termbull market. All the fraud and crime in financial markets will bereflected in the prices of gold and silver, along with theirfundamental values. This cannot be avoided no matter what the elitistsdo to paint the US dollar as a safe haven. What else would you expectwhen quantitative easing assists banking and transnationalconglomerates and stimulus assist foreign job formation and the resultis the gutting of American services and industry. The jobs are gonewithout tariffs, so what need is there anymore for higher education?The economic heart has been ripped out of America, so why should thedollar remain strong or as a perceived safe haven? The answer of courseis that it shouldn’t. That simple lesson has to convince you that theonly place to be with investable assets is in gold and silver.
There is now no question that gold and silver are soon headed to newhighs. Foreign central banks have been buyers and continue to be so.They were just given another gift by the elitists who recently drovegold and silver prices down to offset what has been going on in Europeover the past month. That game for the moment is over so the pressureon prices will be removed and shorts covered. The reversal process willbe very powerful, so hold on or be a buyer.
We are anticipating that Lucas Papademos will be interim PM untilelections in February. Go to the European section and get hisbackgrounder. He is the ultimate sell out of the Greek people. AndPapandreou and Samaras are responsible. Greece is about to be sold outbig time, unless the public has massive demonstrations. He was with theBank of Greece in 1985 when this sellout started under AndresPapandreou when he looted the country. He was VP to Trichet in the ECBfor 8 years. His crowning achievement is his membership in theTrilateral Commission since 1998 and, of course, he is a Bilderberg.

A leading Japanese journalist recentlymade two incredible claims about the Fukushima power plant thatsuffered a nuclear meltdown in March 2011, sending shockwaves aroundthe world. First, the former editor of a national newspaper in Japansays the U.S. and Israel knew Fukushima had weapons-grade uranium andplutonium that were exposed to the atmosphere after a massive tsunamiwave hit the reactor. Second, he contends that Israeli intelligencesabotaged the reactor in retaliation for Japan’s support of anindependent Palestinian state.

According to Yoishi Shimatsu, a former editor of Japan Times Weekly,these nuclear materials were shipped to the plant in 2007 on the ordersof Dick Cheney and George W. Bush, with the connivance of Israeli PrimeMinister Ehud Olmert. The shipment was in the form of warhead coressecretly removed from the U.S. nuclear warheads facility BWXT Plantexnear Amarillo, Texas. While acting as the middleman, Israel transportedwarheads from the port of Houston, and in the process kept the bestones while giving the Japanese older warhead cores that had to befurther enriched at Fukushima.

Shimatsu credits retired CIA agent andmercenary Roland Vincent Carnaby with learning the warheads were beingtransported from Houston. In a strange twist, Carnaby was mysteriouslyshot dead less than a year later by Houston police at a traffic stop.He was shot once in the back and once in the chest. He did not have aweapon in his hands. Intelligence sources said he had been tracking aMossad unit that was smuggling U.S. plutonium out of Houston docks foran Israeli nuclear reactor.

In an even more explosive charge, thejournalist says that 20 minutes before the Fukushima plant’s nuclearmeltdown, Israel was so upset with Japanese support for a Palestiniandeclaration of statehood that it double-crossed Japan by unleashing theStuxnet virus on the plant’s computers. The virus hampered theshutdown, leading to fallout from a section of the plant housinguranium and plutonium retrieved from the warheads supplied in 2007.

While it is impossible to verify someof Shimatsu’s claims, there was a massive cover-up at the time of theFukushima disaster in March. Explosions at the site were immediatelydownplayed. While it was subsequently reported that three reactorssuffered meltdowns, Japanese authorities tried to rate the disaster asa Level 4 on the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale,although outside experts declared it a 7, which is the highest level.

Something worth noting is how in 2009,two years after Shimatsu says the warheads were secretly moved toJapan, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued a veiledwarning to Japan not to abandon its anti-nuclear weapons policy.

The IAEA had to know, however, thatJapan has long retained the potential to build nuclear weapons. Thatwas made clear as far back as 1996 when a leaked Ministry of ForeignAffairs document exposed how Japan had been promoting a dual strategyin respect to nuclear weapons since the mid-1960s. It would oftenpublicly profess a non-nuclear policy while maintaining the ability tobuild a nuclear arsenal. The Liberal Democratic Party, which hasdominated Japanese politics, has always said there is no constitutionalimpediment to nukes.

A factor that undoubtedly would haveencouraged the Bush-Cheney White House to provide Japan with the meansto secretly build nukes was the growing power of China. Cheney and Bushsought to arm Japan and India with nuclear weapons as a means ofcurbing China.

An audit of the Federal Reserve has revealed that the privatelyowned Federal Reserve secretly doled out more than $16 trillion in zerointerest loans to some of the largest financial institutions andcorporations in the United States and throughout the world. Thenon-partisan, investigative arm of Congress also determined that theFed acted illegally. In fact, according to the report, the Fed providedconflict of interest waivers to its employees and private contractorsso they could keep investments in the same financial institutions andcorporations that were given emergency loans. The report is evidencethat reveals major securities fraud in the embezzlement of $16 trillionby the Federal Reserve.
$16 trillion is 10 times more than what the U.S. Congress authorizedand Bush ($700 billion) and Obama ( $787 billion) signed off on. TheFederal Reserve was only authorized by Congress to use $1.487 trillionin federal tax dollars in bailouts. The Federal Reserve embezzledanother $14.5 trillion.
The Congressional report determined that the Fed secretly hide mostof the embezzled money into their own banks. The rest the Fedunilaterally transfered trillions of dollars to foreign banks andcorporations from South Korea to Scotland. Foreign banks andcorporations which the Federal Reserve bankers had a personal financialinterest or stake in.
The report reveals that the CEO of JP Morgan Chase served on the NewYork Fed’s board of directors at the same time that his bank receivedmore than $390 billion in federal money from the Fed – conflict ofinterest. Moreover, JP Morgan Chase served as one of the clearing banks(money laundering banks) for the Fed’s emergency loans programs (aka –embezzlement schemes).

Secret panel can put Americans on 'kill list'

WASHINGTON — Americanmilitants like Anwar al-Awlaki are placed on a kill or capture list bya secretive panel of senior government officials, which then informsthe president of its decisions, according to officials.

There is no public record of the operations or decisions of thepanel, which is a subset of the White House's National SecurityCouncil, several current and former officials said. Neither is thereany law establishing its existence or setting out the rules by which itis supposed to operate.
The panel was behind the decision to add Awlaki, a U.S.-bornmilitant preacher with alleged al Qaeda connections, to the targetlist. He was killed by a CIA drone strike in Yemen late last month.

#2 ATF agents were specifically ordered not tointercept the guns before they crossed the border. The following is abrief excerpt from a CBS News report that detailed the fierce objections that many ATF agents expressed when they were ordered to stand down....

On the phone, one Project Gunrunner source (whodidn't want to be identified) told us just how many guns flooded theblack market under ATF's watchful eye. "The numbers are over 2,500 onthat case by the way. That's how many guns were sold - including some50-calibers they let walk."
50-caliber weapons are fearsome. For months, ATF agents followed50-caliber Barrett rifles and other guns believed headed for theMexican border, but were ordered to let them go. One distraught agentwas often overheard on ATF radios begging and pleading to be allowed tointercept transports. The answer: "Negative. Stand down."
CBS News has been told at least 11 ATF agents and seniormanagers voiced fierce opposition to the strategy. "It got ugly..."said one. There was "screaming and yelling" says another. A thirdwarned: "this is crazy, somebody is gonna to get killed."

#3 Operation Fast and Furious remained a secret until the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry last December. Two guns that were sold during Operation Fast and Furious were found at the scene of the murder.
#4 ATF Special Agent John Dodsonwas one of the first to blow the whistle on Operation Fast andFurious. Dodson explained to the House Government Reform and OversightCommittee on June 15, 2011that many ATF agents were becoming extremely frustrated when they wereordered to cut off surveillance on the weapons that were being sold because they knew"that just days after these purchases, the guns that we saw theseindividuals buy would begin turning up at crime scenes in the UnitedStates and Mexico."
#5 It appears that Operation Fast and Furious begansome time around September 2009. At that time, the ATF beganpressuring gun shops near the border with Mexicoto participate in a new covert operation that was being set up. Thegun store owners were told to help the ATF get guns into the hands ofpeople that would take them back to the Mexican drug cartels.
The following description of the mechanics of Operation Fast and Furious comes from a recent Los Angeles Times article....

In the fall of 2009, ATF agents installed a secretphone line and hidden cameras in a ceiling panel and wall at AndreHoward's Lone Wolf gun store. They gave him one basic instruction: Sellguns to every illegal purchaser who walks through the door.
For 15 months, Howard did as he was told. To customers withphony IDs or wads of cash he normally would have turned away, he soldpistols, rifles and semiautomatics. He was assured by the ATF that theywould follow the guns, and that the surveillance would lead the agentsto the violent Mexican drug cartels on the Southwest border.
When Howard heard nothing about any arrests, he questioned theagents. Keep selling, they told him. So hundreds of thousands ofdollars more in weapons, including .50-caliber sniper rifles, walkedout of the front door of his store in a Glendale, Ariz., strip mall.

#6 In some gun stores, cameras were set up so thattop ATF officials could actually watch these transactions take place. Back in June, U.S. Representative Darrell Issa stated the following....

"Acting Director Melson was able to sit at his desk in Washington and himself watch a live feed of straw buyers entering the gun stores and purchasing dozens of AK-47 variants."

#7 It has also come out that in some cases ATFagents were actually the ones buying the guns and getting them into thehands of Mexican drug cartels. The following is how author Michael A.Walsh recently explained this in an article in the New York Post....

This just might be the smoking gun we’ve beenwaiting for to break the festering “Fast and Furious” gun-runningscandal wide open: the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms andExplosives apparently ordered one of its own agents to purchasefirearms with taxpayer money, and sell them directly to a Mexican drugcartel.
Let that sink in: After months of pretending that “Fast andFurious” was a botched surveillance operation of illegal gun-runningspearheaded by the ATF and the US attorney’s office in Phoenix, it turns out that the government itself was selling guns to the bad guys.

#8 According to the Los Angeles Times,guns that were purchased during Operation Fast and Furious have "turnedup at dozens of additional Mexican crime scenes, with an unconfirmedtoll of at least 150 people killed or wounded."
#9 Mexican authorities were never informed that thousands upon thousands of guns were being allowed into Mexico.
#10 Authorities in Mexico have asked the U.S.government over and over to explain what in the world happened duringOperation Fast and Furious but they have not been given an adequateanswer. In fact, according to the Los Angeles Times, the Obama administration has not even responded to questions from the attorney general of Mexico....

Marisela Morales, Mexico's attorney general and alongtime favorite of American law enforcement agents in Mexico, toldThe Times that she first learned about Fast and Furious from newsreports. And to this day, she said, U.S. officials have not briefed heron the operation gone awry, nor have they apologized.

#11 U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has been withholding key documentsabout Fast and Furious from Congress and has been consistentlystonewalling U.S. Representative Darrell Issa, U.S. Senator ChuckGrassley and other members of Congress that have attempted to look intothis matter.
#12 The acting director of the ATF, Kenneth Melson,had been cooperating with the investigation. At the end of August hewas suddenly transferred to the Justice Department's Office of Legal Policy.
#13 Several other key officials that were heavily involved in Operation Fast and Furious actually got promoted.
#14 On May 3rd,U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder testified under oath in front of theHouse Judiciary Committee on Operation Fast and Furious. During thattestimony, Holder made the following statement....

"I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

#15 Since that time, a large amount of evidence has come out that Holder was not telling the truth. For example, a recent Fox News article discussed some of the very revealing memos about Fast and Furious that have been discovered recently....

However, newly discovered memos suggest otherwise. For instance, one memo dated July 2010shows Michael Walther, director of the National Drug IntelligenceCenter, told Holder that straw buyers in the Fast and Furious operation"are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were thensupplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."

#16 Holder now claims that he simply misunderstood the question. He now says that he had heard of Operation Fast and Furious previously but that he was not aware of the specific details.
#17 Emails exchanged between two Department of Justice officials last October make it abundantly clear that high level officials at the DOJ were very aware of what was going on...

Two Justice Department officials mulled it over in an email exchange Oct. 18, 2010."It's a tricky case given the number of guns that have walked but is asignificant set of prosecutions," says Jason Weinstein, DeputyAssistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division. Deputy Chief ofthe National Gang Unit James Trusty replies "I'm not sure how muchgrief we get for 'guns walking.' It may be more like, "Finally they'regoing after people who sent guns down there."

#18 House Republicans are now asking for a special prosecutor to be appointedto investigate whether or not U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder lied toCongress during his recent testimony in front of the House JudiciaryCommittee on Operation Fast and Furious.
#19 U.S. Representative Darrell Issa believes that those involved in the Fast and Furious gun trafficking operation may have violated international arms trafficking agreements and could potentially face very serious criminal charges.
#20 U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley is absolutely convinced that a major coverup is going on....

"But I can tell you this. They're doing everythingthey can, in a fast and furious way, to cover up all the evidence orstonewalling us. But here's the issue, if he didn't perjure himself anddidn't know about it, the best way that they can help us, CongressmanIssa and me, is to just issue all the documents that we ask for andthose documents will prove one way or the other right or wrong."

#21 Did Barack Obama ever know about Operation Fast and Furious? He says that he did not authorize the program. On March 22, 2011 Obama made the following statement....

"I did not authorize [Fast and Furious]. EricHolder, the attorney general, did not authorize it. There may be asituation here in which a serious mistake was made. If that’s the case,then we’ll find — find out and we’ll hold somebody accountable."

#22 CBS News investigative journalist SharylAttkisson claimed on the Laura Ingraham show the other day thatofficials in the Obama administration were literally screaming and yelling at her for aggressively investigating the Fast and Furious scandal....

Ingraham: So they were literally screaming at you?
Attkisson: Yes. Well the DOJ woman was just yelling at me. The guy from the White House on Friday nightliterally screamed at me and cussed at me. [Laura: Who was the person?Who was the person at Justice screaming?] Eric Schultz. Oh, the personscreaming was [DOJ spokeswoman] Tracy Schmaler, she was yelling notscreaming. And the person who screamed at me was Eric Schultz at theWhite House."

Where there is smoke there is usually fire.
Something about this whole thing really stinks.
It would be a shame if Operation Fast and Furious is allowed to be swept under the rug.
The weapons sold during Operation Fast and Furious are going to beused to kill a lot of people. The legacy of this scandal will be felton both sides of the border for years to come.
The Mexican government deserves some answers.

23 farmers in Honduras were slaughtered in cold bloodby hired mercenaries as they tried to protect their land from beingseized by a corporation who wanted to use the land to produce biofuelsas part of a United Nations-accredited EU carbon trading scheme.

“Protests erupted in July when six international humanrights advocacy groups presented a report to the EP detailing what theycalled murders and forced evictions of peasants in El Bajo Aguán Valleyof northern Honduras, ” reports the New American.

“The International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH)report accuses UN-sanctioned palm oil mills of stealing farmland fromHonduran natives and killing or wounding them when they attempt todefend their property. It says the companies, acting with governmentimpunity, regularly target members of local land-rights movements whoend up murdered in feigned car accidents or hunted down and shot byprivate security guards.”

The United Nations’ CDM (Clean Development Mechanism)responded to news of the killings with a collective shrug of theshoulders.

“We are not investigators of crimes,” a board member told EurActiv.“We had to take judgements within our rules – however regretful thatmay be – and there was not much scope for us to refuse the project. Allthe consultation procedures precisely had been obeyed.”

The CDM board’s chairman, Martin Hession, also refusedto take responsibility and argued that the EU didn’t have the resourcesto investigate the crimes.

However, members of the European Parliament havepromised to visit the area later this month as part of an ongoinginvestigative mission.

“Examples of the violence are gruesome,” writes RebeccaTerrell. “Security guards ambushed 15-year-old Rodving Omar Villegasnear his village and shot him to death with an AK-47. A car ran downand killed 60-year-old Juan Ramon Mejia. And José Leonel Guerra Álvarezwas murdered inside his home in front of his wife and children by armedassailants firing from outside the house.”

The murders were facilitated by the “direct involvementof private security guards from some of the local companies who arecomplicit with police and military officials,” a report by anInternational Fact Finding Mission that was presented to the EuropeanParliament’s Human Rights Sub-committee stated

Writing about the deaths, Czech theoretical physicist Luboš Motl stated,“We are dealing with a group of fanatical people who won’t demonstrablystop when they need to kill people in the name of their breathtakingdelusions (the comment about their need to follow their “rules” is justtotally scary) and in the name of the millions that, according to theirbeliefs, belong to them.”

“We are dealing with a dangerous international fascist organization(I mean the climate alarmists) and I am telling you, if we won’t showthem that we have teeth, they will show it to us sometime in thefuture.”

“Who didn’t this coming?” asks the Soylent Green blog.“Oh that’s right, the EUrotards. Who would have thought thatThird-world Kleptocrats and bankers would steal land to cash in on theThermageddon Carbon Trading Scam of the Millennia? And if any peskyfarmers get in the way–kill them.”

As we have previously documented, this is not the firsttime that armed troops have killed poverty-stricken villagers afterstealing their land in the name of global warming.

Last month we reportedon how New Forests Company, a British outfit backed by the World Bankthat seizes land in Africa to grow trees then sells the “carboncredits” on to transnational corporations, worked with the Ugandangovernment to evict villagers from their homes.

Armed troops stormed the village of Kicucula, settingfire to residences and beating anyone who resisted. An eight-year-oldchild was killed during the terrifying raid.

The New York Times later reported that the bloodshed was all “For a good cause: to protect the environment and help fight global warming.”

The lucrative scramble for arable land in Africa and South America is worth millions to carbon trading companies.

As we have previously documented, the manufacturedthreat of man-made global warming is being used as a tool ofneo-colonialism in the third world, not only through the seizure ofland and infrastructure, thereby preventing poor nations from usingtheir resources to develop, but by literally starving poverty-strickenpeople to death.

Climate change alarmism and implementation of global warmingpolicies is a crime of the highest nature, because it is already havinga genocidal impact in countries like Haiti, where the doubling of foodprices, directly attributable to biofuels replacing land that wouldhave been used to grow crops, is resulting in a substantial increase instarvation, poverty and death, with the population being forced to liveon mud pies.
Seizing private property and killing those who try to protect theirhomes and families betrays the fact that while the movement againstman-made climate change likes to project an image of itself as atouchy-feely liberal cause, in reality it is a brutal and arcane formof savagery led by eugenicists obsessed by greed who have no concernfor human suffering.

The heads of the world’s leadingcentral banks announced in a joint statement on Sept. 15 that, in orderto quell concerns about a deepening of the global economic crisis, theprivately owned and controlled U.S. Federal Reserve would have to floodthe upper tier of the world’s financial system with even more U.S.dollars by providing “unlimited U.S. dollar liquidity” to any financialinstitution around the world that asks for a handout.

Financial analysts were quick tocharacterize the move as nothing more than a transparent attempt tobail out the European Union’s struggling euro currency and defer animminent default on Greece’s massive debt.

The concern here is that the move willfurther tie the United States to European countries like Portugal,Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain, which have been struggling underdebts accrued by past governments as well as onerous economicregulations set by the European Central Bank.

But more importantly, the latestbailout will only serve to benefit the mega-bankers, just as all theother sweetheart deals and zero-interest-rate loans that came before it.

For instance, as the dust settles onthe Federal Reserve’s much- ballyhooed $2 trillion “quantitativeeasing” program, which was ostensibly intended to help Main Street byproviding a boost to the U.S. economy, critics now charge that thebanks that took part in the program either pocketed the money tobolster their own books or invested it for their own profit.

And keep in mind that this will not bethe first time that the Fed has bailed out the world’s central banks.In August 2009, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke was put on thehot seat at a congressional hearing after he could not remember whichforeign central banks the Fed had loaned a half trillion dollars.

“So who got the money?” asked Rep. AlanGrayson (D-Fla.) at the time. “I don’t know,” responded Bernanke. “Halfa trillion dollars, and you don’t know who got the money?” counteredGrayson.

To this day it remains unknown just howmuch the Federal Reserve is on the hook for, since the Fed has neverbeen fully audited. Geoffrey Yu, the director of foreign-exchangestrategy at UBS Bank in Switzerland, told London’s Telegraph newspaper: “This doesn’t change anything. It helps the banks for the next couple of months, but that’s it.”

Lyndon LaRouche today demanded that the United States Congress act immediately,this week, to stop U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner fromcarrying out his proposed bailout of the entire bankrupt Europeanbanking system, by leveraging tens or hundreds of billions of U.S.dollars provided by the Federal Reserve, into trillions in bailoutfunds in Europe.

With Europe's entirebanking system spiralling out of control, the European Central Bankannounced today that it will be offering euro-area banks emergencydollar loans, with funds provided by the U.S. Federal Reserve throughswap facilities. These unlimited swap facilities have been in placecontinuously since the 2008 crisis, and are now to be activated on amajor scale.

At the same time, Geithner announced that hewill participate in the meeting of European finance ministers in Polandthis Friday and Saturday, Sept. 16-17, where he will urge them to use"overwhelming force" to address the banking meltdown. EU officialsadditionally told Reuters that Geithner will press the Europeans toleverage their bailout fund, by as much as a 10/1 ratio, along thelines of the U.S. TALF program—the Term Asset-Backed Securities LoanFacility, which was a major component of the 2008-2009 $17 trillionbailout of the bankrupt banks by U.S. taxpayers.

Geithner isreported to be acting under British instigation in this suicidal,hyperinflationary scheme. Indicative of this is the fact that thepolicy-setting "Lex Column" in today's Financial Times of Londonpromotes the identical policy that Geithner is now preparing toexecute. "The best tool to address solvency concerns is the EuropeanFinancial Stability Facility," the "Lex Column" states. "The model isthe US Troubled Asset Relief Program [TARP] of 2008, which succeeded byshifting its focus from liquidity to solvency. It is time to launcheuro-TARP for eurozone banks."

A high level former U.S.government economic official yesterday confirmed the plans for a Fedmega-bailout of Eurozone banks. The European debt crisis is worseningby the hour, and is far more dangerous than 2008, the former officialsaid. The Fed is going to have to open up new facilites and get in themiddle of bailing it out; U.S. banks cannot avoid contagion from this.

"To hell with the swap lines," LaRouche stated. "Stop the BritishEmpire's bailout gambit. We have to bankrupt them before they kill you.This plan is going to kill Americans, and it has to be stopped now. Ifwe need to impeach the President of the United States to stop this,then do it now."

    INTRODUCTION

    Strategic threats are carefully planned threats by predator nations or groups that transcend their own normal sphere of influence and threaten the entire world with conquest and/or control. In this analysis I will discuss three current strategic world powers, which constitute a premeditated threat to world liberty, and the complex tactical maneuvers between them as they position themselves for the coming, inevitable conflict. Two of these world powers are nations--Russia and China--and the third is a transnational conspiracy of power by a combination of individuals in the West attempting to maneuver the world into a New World Order (NWO) of global control, euphemistically masquerading as a "global democracy." I will refer to the latter as Western globalists. All less powerful nations in the world fall under the influence of one of these three powers, either as direct allies, client states for the purchase of arms, and/or diplomatic allies working in collusion to further strategic goals of global hegemony. There is one further complicating factor, however. The Western globalists are divided into two main factions: a US/British faction firmly in control of the financial means of the NWO, and a European faction of hard-core leftists, secretly aligned with Moscow, which controls the majority of votes in the General Assembly of the UN. I will attempt to describe each of the three power centers, their allies, and what I believe their individual strategy involves.

    THREE COMPETING PREDATOR CENTERS OF POWER

    RUSSIA

    Ever since the rise of the Bolsheviks in 1917 all of Russia's resources have been focused on building a world empire under Communism. Despite taking no pains to conceal its ultimate goal of destruction of capitalism, Russia has been curiously assisted by certain Western political and financial powers in its spreading Communism to other nations. Numerous books document damning evidence of US State Department collusion with the CIA and key Western journalists to facilitate Communist takeovers of Eastern Europe, China, North Korea, Cuba, Cambodia, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Iran, Angola, Mozambique and numerous other small nations. But the mother of all deceptions was reserved for the carefully planned "fall of the Soviet Union" in 1989 and 1990.

    THE PHONY DEMISE OF THE SOVIET UNION

    This last great ruse by Russia was a carefully planned gesture, not unlike previous attempts by Lenin and Stalin to put on a more human face in order to secure needed technology transfers and monetary assistance from the West. The latest and most sophisticated version of the masquerade will culminate in Russia's long anticipated attack on the West. Soviet defector Anatoly Golitsyn, in 1984, warned the CIA and the world about this ruse in his book, "New Lies For Old," but it was given little publicity, and the author was roundly discredited by our own government. Golitsyn, not yet savvy about the high level treason that had a grip upon the US government and the establishment media, could not figure out why no one was interested in his warning. Not only were Western intelligence agencies and the press not interested in Golitsyn's warning, they were about to join in the propaganda promoting this deception in order to make sure Western observers would believe it.

    The Berlin Wall did, in fact, come down in 1989 and the Soviet armies did leave Europe in 1990, but the freedom movement and the overthrow of Communist regimes by "reformers" were not as spontaneous as they were made to appear. Anyone close to the action could see huge holes in the story--holes that a scrutinizing press corps should easily have perceived, but chose not to. Uncharacteristically, the freedom movement among university students in Leipzig had suddenly begun to flourish, uninhibited by the Stazi, deep within the East German police state. No Western journalist dared utter the obvious question: why were students who had not dared to demonstrate the week before, suddenly free to do so without reprisal? Orders had obviously been given to the secret police to give the students a free hand. All student organizations had been infiltrated but no arrests of dissidents were made. Assurances were planted among student leaders that demonstrations would be tolerated. At least two heads of Eastern European states (Erik Honeker of the DDR and Nicolai Ceausescu of Romania) said prior to their deaths that the Russians had ordered them to step down (as if in response to public fervor), and to turn over power to specific groups that had quickly put on the mask of "reformers," but that were still Soviet controlled. Honeker obeyed and was allowed to live, while Ceausescu refused and was killed by his own secret police. Romanians weren't fooled by the sudden change in leadership in Romania; most knew the new "anti-Communist" leaders were still part of the old guard.

    Subsequent stories have emerged in Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and Poland about current leaders who act the part of reformers but hide their past (and presumed current) allegiance with the Communist Secret Police. The revelations of the following Eastern European experts are particularly revealing.

    A CRITICAL LOOK AT THE ATTEMPTED GORBACHEV "COUP"

    A close look at the failed "coup" against Russian Premier Mikhail Gorbachev will easily demonstrate that this was an obvious fraud set up for Western consumption. Anyone who believes the KGB was so bungling that it couldn't capture Gorbachev at his unprotected dacha, or so tolerant that it would allow any real democratic opposition to maintain uninhibited access to radio and television, hasn't studied modern Russian police state tactics. In fact, Yeltsin was never anything but a puppet figurehead present to give the illusion of an emerging democracy. Furthermore, when the supposed heads of the KGB, and GRU, as well as the Defense Minister and other top leaders "fled for their lives" after the "failed coup attempt," the press should have been asking: who were they fleeing from? These men were supposedly in control of all the organs of power in Russia. Either they really were the heads and were faking their own self-imposed exile, or they were not the real leaders and were toppled to further the ruse. Notably, all of these top "leaders," including Gorbachev, had been only mid-level bureaucrats two years before. How do we explain their sudden rise to power, except that others selected them? And if other hidden leaders selected them, those secret leaders hold the real power today. Everything else that gives the appearance of Russian democracy is just window dressing for Western consumption. That isn't to say that the Russians haven't allowed some legitimate opposition to arise, but it is always kept in a minority status and without access to the real reins of power.

    It is my contention that the Communist leaders are still in charge behind the scenes today. In fact they never were out of power. I'm not referring to the stodgy old hard liners that are playing the role of open Communist deputies in the Duma (Russian Parliament). The real Russian leaders, like Boris Berezovsky, Vladimir Guzinski, and Mikhail Khodorkovsky bequeathed to themselves all the former state enterprises (under the guise of "privatization") and are now referred to as the Russian Mafia. Even a cursory look at their backgrounds, shows that virtually every one of these "Mafia" chiefs was a top Communist leader in some part of the former Soviet leadership. The Communist bosses have also maintained tight control over the Russian banking system so as to shuffle Western aid money back and forth between their secret slush funds in Europe and the Middle East. As evidence of the power plays behind the scenes, one astute observer noticed that President Boris Yeltsin, at a high level meeting in the Kremlin, stepped aside and let Boris Berezovsky enter the room first. This would never be done in Russian protocol unless Berezovsky were Yeltsin's superior. Naturally, these real powers behind the Russian "democracy" generally stay behind the scenes and rarely take key government positions--just as in the West where powerful men direct affairs from behind the scenes.

    WHO ARE THE REAL LEADERS IN RUSSIA?

    To further the deception, current Russian president Vladimir Putin continually rails against Russian Mafia leaders like Berezovsky and Gusinsky, issuing a steady stream of indictments, as if the Russian government is actively pursuing these international criminals. Of course, it's all a ruse. As I have reported in my World Affairs Briefs, Spanish intelligence documented five visits last year that Putin made to Berezovsky's villa in Spain just prior to Yeltsin's downfall and Putin's rise to power. The transcripts of their overheard discussions were apparently centered around the need to dump Yeltsin, install Putin, and begin the process of slowly shedding Russia's feigned image of weakness in order to get the West accustomed to a new, assertive Russia. As if following a script, Putin has suddenly become the new champion of Russian nationalism. He's "tough on crime" and supposedly opposed by liberals and old-line Communists alike. Again, it's all a ruse. Even Gusinsky, head of the MOST media group--Putin's supposed arch enemy and media opposition--is playing the role of a persecuted capitalist Jew. In fact, he is a good friend of Berezovsky and has a villa in the same compound in Spain.

    In reality, Putin is not the real leader of Russia. He is a second level KGB/FSB agent who, like Henry Kissinger in the US, controls government actions by orchestrating key figures behind the scenes.

    A TOUCH OF TRUTH IN EVERY DECEPTION

    Am I saying that everything was faked in the so-called fall of Communism? Not at all. The yearning of Eastern Europeans and Russians to be free was real. That part didn't have to be faked. But virtually all of the former Soviet Eastern European states are still under Russian influence or direct control. Even the Russian pull-back of weapons was a partial lie. After negotiating the removal of US missiles and nuclear weapons from Europe (INF treaty) the Soviets allowed US inspectors to witness the destruction of the longer-range SS-20 missiles, which constituted the bulk of their European force. But in 1986 the Russians secretly moved in more modern, shorter-range SS-23s to deep underground bunkers in East Germany, Czechoslovakia and Bulgaria just prior to signing the treaty, and never declared them or destroyed them. They didn't remove them even after the so-called "fall of the Soviet Union," demonstrating Russia's follow-on role in this fraud, even during Yeltsin's supposed democratic regime. The missiles in Slovakia were discovered and removed during the mid-90s, but neither the US government nor the press has asked about the contents of other secret bunkers--which still exist today.

    A portion of the image of economic and military weakness in Russia is real, however. The civilian economy is truly in shambles--thanks to Western sabotage of the "free-market" reforms and continued hidden economic control by the Communist-Mafia hierarchy. What else would you expect when the US government pays millions of dollars to a leftist university like Harvard to direct the reforms? Essential elements such as private property rights and transportation were never freed from Soviet-style control. Regulations and bureaucratic red tape still abound, as does official corruption requiring huge pay-offs and bribes. When Russia complained about its dire straits and perennial threat of famine, President Clinton and European leaders shipped them millions of dollars in monetary and food aid. In fact, there was no famine. Russian farmers had plenty of crops to sell, but they were displaced in the markets by the US food aid, which was sold to the people by Russian leaders for a tidy profit.

    FEIGNING WEAKNESS TO HIDE STRENGTH

    As for military weakness, only the manpower side of Russian military was allowed to collapse. The Russians purposely failed to pay troops or to maintain normal living standards within the ranks, leading to bad feelings and discontent. However, Russian production and development of high tech conventional military equipment has been ongoing. Huge stockpiles of tanks and mobile artillery were simply taken out of current inventory and stockpiled. They remain dispersed in depots beyond the Ural Mountains as part of the Conventional Forces Treaty signed with the US and NATO. This neat little treaty allowed the Russians to match US reduction in forces without actually destroying equipment--the Russians only had to put their tanks "out of reach." In fact, the Russians brought back some of that inventory during the Chechen conflict, and the US let them get away with it without so much as an official protest. Additionally, although many of the rank-and-file soldiers have left the military, the Russians did not decommission their huge corps of officers and NCOs. Thus, Russia maintains a suspiciously top-heavy military officer and NCO corps allowing it to refill the ranks of enlisted soldiers in a matter of months should war break out.

    REAL DISARMAMENT?

    What about Russia's highly touted disarmament of nuclear forces? This, too, is a grand deception, aided and abetted by US arms controllers. The older, out-dated aspects of the Russian military complex are on display to give the appearance of disarmament. Much of that has been dismantled at US taxpayer expense. US public television and the Clinton Pentagon joined forces to promote the image of Russian nuclear weakness with a highly doctored presentation entitled Missiliers, about the crumbling Soviet arsenal. A naive US General Habiger of US Strategic Command lent his credentials to the widely publicized TV documentary, which supposedly showed an inside view of the old and decrepit Soviet-era nuclear bunkers. It fact, they were too old and too decrepit to be credible. US missiliers who saw the documentary refused to believe those facilities were operational. With the exception of one limited view of the new SS-27 missile launcher, the US has never been allowed to see Russian's modern arsenal of weapons. Many of the older SS-18 ICBMs were dismantled in the 1990s with US taxpayer funds. The warheads, however, were not dismantled, but were given back to the Russians for recycling into their new missiles. Even the recently signed Treaty on Strategic Offensive Reductions is a fraud. Less than a year after it was signed, with great fanfare, Russia announced it would not dismantle hundreds of its remaining SS-18s and other missiles until mid next decade. Not only did the US not protest, but our own nation continued its part of the agreement, unilaterally-our most powerful missiles, the MX Peacekeeper, will be completely dismantled by the end of 2004. The Russians are clearly implementing Sun Tzu's classic war doctrine of "feigning weakness" prior to a strike.

    ONGOING WEAPONS DEPLOYMENT

    The top secret Russian military-industrial complex is in full production, but it is now quite separated from the normal, visible economy. Many suspect that Western aid and loans are almost exclusively funneled into these hidden portions of the Russian economy. This sustains the need for continual funding from the West to support the deprived civilian economy in Russia. However, despite feigning weakness, the Russians are continuing to build tremendous new nuclear/biological and chemical weapons systems--all with the assistance of US technology transfers.

    In the late 1980s, the Soviet Union was seen deploying biological warheads for their multiple-warhead SS-18 ICBMs. As late as the early 1990s, after the signing of agreements pledging to destroy all biological and chemical warfare stocks, bona fide defectors from Russia gave testimony of massive cheating on biological and chemical weapons programs. Again, no protest was forthcoming from the US and no sanctions were imposed.

    Russia is now manufacturing, on average, one new SS-27 missiles (also called the Topol-M--a 6th generation ballistic missile with active maneuvering capability to evade interception) per month, and hiding them in underground facilities--replacing older SS-19 missiles located at the Sarakov missile based some 450 miles southeast of Moscow. The SS-27 can carry at least 3 medium weight warheads and up to 10 smaller nuclear warheads. It can also be armed with a single massive H-bomb developed by the Arzamas-16 site of the Russian Ministry of Atomics (MINATOM). According to Russian weapons engineers, the new Arzamas warhead has an explosive force equal to over half a million tons of TNT. The Washington Times has reported that, in 1995 and 1996, this weapons developer illegally obtained US-made IBM supercomputers exported with Clinton administration approval. The supercomputers were exported directly to the Russian weapons lab, using false commercial and non-military contracts. This was in direct violation of US law. IBM pled guilty to the illegal export and paid a $8.5 million fine for their illegal sale, but the damage was already done. Later evidence proved that the Clinton administration actually facilitated the sale and gave IBM assurances of protection. The Russians intend to build a total of 500 of these mobile missiles, each one capable of mounting the full range of nuclear, biological or chemical warheads. This is truly an ominous weapons system, and should be our main concern in terms of designing an Anti-Ballistic Missile Defense. We built our last modern ICBM (the MX "Peacekeeper" missile) over 20 years ago, and we unilaterally dismantled them in 2003, inspite of the fact that the Russians reneged on their part of the Strategic Forces Reduction agreement.

    The Russian ABM system is composed of hundreds of SA-5 and SA-10 anti-aircraft/anti-missile missiles.

    Moscow not only has its nominal 100 ABM missiles, as permitted by the treaty, but also several thousand other SAM interceptors, many of which have been upgraded with ABM capabilities. In total, Russia has 12,000 SAM/ABM interceptors at 280 sites. The SA-10 is a totally new missile now from what it used to be and continues to be fitted with nuclear warheads (unlike our dumbed-down proposed ABM system that has no warhead at all). Russia has 18 huge battle-management radar installations located around the periphery of the country, as well as in space, to direct their ABM system. Upgrades of these radar sites as new construction of several more were carried out during the ABM treaty negotiations. US and NATO spy satellites detected these violations, but only one radar unit was halted. It was finished two years ago and the US failed to protest this violation of the ABM treaty. Yet Russia still demands that we abide by the treaty.

    Further, the Russians are building huge underground nuclear bunkers and weapons production facilities in the Ural Mountains, clearly intended to function during a nuclear war. "Yamantau Mountain is the largest nuclear-secure project in the world," said US Congressman Roscoe Bartlett (R-Md). "They have very large train tracks running in and out of it [actually 5 tracks wide], with enormous rooms carved inside the mountain. It has been built to resist a half dozen direct nuclear hits, one after the other in a direct hole. It's very disquieting that the Russians are doing this when they [supposedly] don't have $200 million to build the service module on the international space station and can't pay housing for their own military people." Ken Timmerman, one of the best sources of information on the subject says, "The Russians have constructed two entire cities over the site, known as Beloretsk 15 & 16, which are closed to the public, each with 30,000 workers. No foreigner has ever set foot near the site. A US military attaché stationed in Moscow was turned back when he attempted to visit the region a few years ago..."

    In public testimony before a House Armed Services Subcommittee last October, KGB defector Col. Oleg Gordievsky said the KGB had maintained a separate, top-secret organization, known as Directorate 15, to build and maintain a network of underground command bunkers for the Soviet leadership -- including the vast site beneath Yamantau Mountain. When pictures of this complex were published on the front page of the New York Times in 1996, the CIA was asked to respond. Keeping pace with the long standing secret government policy to protect Americans from any information that would point to a Russian threat, the CIA spokesman said the agency wasn't worried--the huge Russian facility was purely "defensive." How do they know that when they admit that no US official has ever visited the site?

    In 1998, US Strategic Commander (STRATCOM) General Eugene Habiger, the same naive commander who took part in the NPR propaganda documentary Missiliers, called Yamantau "a very large complex -- we estimate that it has millions of square feet available for underground facilities. We don't have a clue as to what they're doing there." No clue, general? Not even one clue? People this stupid obviously get to be generals because they are predictable yes-men in a military determined to purge out any future George Pattons or Douglas MacArthurs. I noticed in Missiliers that Habiger never mentioned the Russian military's refusal to answer questions about Yamantau Mountain as he waxed eloquent about the deep camaraderie and trust he felt with his Russian military counterparts. If this is the best general we can find to head STRATCOM, the US is in mortal danger.

    The Yamantau Mountain complex is not far from Russia's main nuclear weapons lab facility, Chelyabinsk-70. Honest military analysts suspect that Yamantau's huge 400-square-mile underground complex houses nuclear warhead and missile storage sites, launch control, and several full-blown nuclear weapons factories--all designed to continue production after a nuclear war begins. The US has no equivalent to such extensive protected production facilities. According to Ken Timmerman, the Russian government has provided no fewer than 12 separate and contradictory explanations for the site, none of which are believed to be credible.

    Russia also has a massive national command and control system dispersed among three different hardened underground locations. Besides Yamantau Mountain, there is the Yavinsky Mountain underground complex and the Sherapovo bunker site, south of Moscow. Sherapovo is the primary command center for Russia's "civilian" leaders. The Kremlin is connected to Sherapovo and other bunkers by a secret subway line. Once at Sherapovo, they can conduct the war effort using a highly redundant communications system "allowing the leadership to send orders and receive reports through the wartime management structure," according to a 1988 Pentagon report.

    RUSSIA'S STRATEGIC PLAN OF ATTACK

    It is my considered opinion that the Russians do not want to begin their massive attack on the West with a conventional flow of armaments and troop build-up in Europe. These types of precursor movements would be easily detected by US and European reconnaissance satellites. Neither do the Russians want to destroy Europe if they don't have to. I believe that Russia is planning a massive preemptive nuclear strike on US and British military facilities sometime toward the end of this current decade--precisely because such a strike would decapitate Western military power within two days, with little loss to Russia, and instill fear in the rest of the world. By concentrating the initial attack on the US and Britain, the Russians believe they can turn to European leaders and intimidate them into submission without a fight. The Russians are optimistic they can count on Europe's leaders since many European heads of state are now aligned with the Socialist Internationale, a front for international Communism created during WWII by Moscow as a means of controlling Europe. Russian GRU defector Col. Stanislav Lunev's revelations about Russian military strategy and planning, including his claim that every Russian military exercise is based on the premise of a pre-emptive nuclear attack on the US military, tend to corroborate my suspicions.

    WHAT ABOUT TIMING?

    I do not believe the intended strike is imminent. It is my estimate that the Russians won't be ready to strike until sometime after 2015 and probably no later than 2022, despite ongoing preparations for war. Here's why: Despite the continual stockpiling of core supplies and other evidence of war preparations referenced in the excellent and ongoing work of J R Nyquist, the Russians lack several elements that would ensure success, and they won't strike until everything is in place.

    First, they desire to make sure that the US disarms as many of our nuclear missiles as possible. They have already succeeded in getting US leaders to complete the unilateral disarmament of the feared MX intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs). These 50 blockbuster ICBMs were located in hardened silos surrounding the Four Corners area of Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska and South Dakota have now all been dismantled. No comparable disarmament of the Russian Topol-M missiles is being required, despite Russian promises to dismantle all SS-18s. President Clinton's 1998 orders to the military (PDD-60) to absorb a first strike and not launch on warning still stands today, even though military planners think it is a mere theoretical "don't rely on Launch on Warning." Clinton told the military to be prepared to retaliate after a first strike, because no president since will give the order to launch until after we've absorbed the first strike--to ensure that the US begins the next war from a position of defeat. Dumbfounded (but compliant as always) the top military brass wanted to know, "retaliate with WHAT?" Good point! However, the Russians most likely are not counting on PDD-60. They suspect we won't abide by this suicidal order now that Clinton is out of office. Overall, the Russians are inherently suspicious of US disarmament. They think the US must be cheating just like they are. Criminal minds think alike.

    Second, the US in currently engaged in a number of important transfers of military technology to Russia involving missiles, aircraft, communications, supercomputers and space technology. Boeing has, in the recent past, made strategic partnership agreements with Zvezda-Strella, Russia's premier weapons lab, for building the top secret US Joint Strike Fighter. No one talks about that piece of treason encouraged by Washington. NASA transferred sensitive space technology and money to Russia when Russia claimed they couldn't afford to complete their portion of the International Space Station. The US Navy sent the Russians technical upgrades to their anti-ship missile systems which are now being deployed in Russia and China and targeting US warships. Many major US military contractors are similarly engaged with technology transfers to Russia or China or both. I think Russia wants to make sure these high tech modifications reach initial deployment within their arsenals before they strike. While technology development is always ongoing, and the Russians can't wait forever, they must at least ensure numerical superiority and technical comparability to the US. The Russians have long ago accomplished the former and we are busy helping them achieve the latter. In contrast, the potential of deep recession/depression that may descend upon the US in the decade will certainly slow the deployment of many of our high-tech new weapons (except black budget weapons, which likely are not being developed to defend America).

    Third, Russia will not strike until her people are sufficiently antagonistic to the West to form a wall of public opinion supportive of a nuclear first strike, initiating WWIII. US and NATO globalist leaders are helping Russia achieve this by establishing NATO as a force for aggression and intervention rather than defense. That was the real underlying reason why our globalist leaders fomented the war in Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, and eventually IRAN. The humanitarian excuse of opening Iraq to democracy was just a cover for other strategic intentions. It is also why the Clinton administration paid Harvard's leftist academics to sabotage "free-market" reforms in Russia. If the US government had been serious about facilitating Russian reforms, they would have hired the libertarian CATO Institute instead. Ten years ago, the Russian people admired America and longed to be like the West. There is now a deep sense of resentment among Russians for repeated humiliation in Europe, coupled with widespread bitterness and cynicism about economic freedom. The reforms are going nowhere and many Russians long for the return of the meager but stable flow of supplies they got under the stifling, but predictable, Soviet system. Russians are tired of seeing fellow Slavs and other allies (such as Iraq) pushed around by NATO in Kosovo, Serbia and Bosnia. America is hated by many and commonly distrusted--for good reason. They long to see Russia return to her pre-Cold War glory as a world power. Putin, instead of being viewed as the ruthless second level Communist hatchet man that he is, is ascending to the status of national hero.

    The war in Afghanistan and Iraq has done even more to antagonize the Muslim world, especially in Pakistan. The torture, abuse and humiliation of Iraqi prisoners, which came to light in 2004, has done more to dispel American pretenses of morality and democracy than anything to date. All of this is continuing to build antagonism toward America that will eventually erupt into a violent international backlash--and not by terrorism only.

    Fourth, Russia needs to further secure its back door with China. Russia would not dare attack the West without assurances of Chinese assistance on the Eastern front. A new "non-aggression" pact (reminiscent of the Hitler-Stalin non-aggression pact that helped facilitate WWII) is in force between China and Russia. However, China is not sufficiently strong militarily to handle its side of the bargain. Thus, Russia is busy helping the Chinese to build up sufficient military forces, especially naval and missile forces, to conquer and control all of the Pacific Rim during the opening months of WWIII. But there is a downside to this strategy which Russia cannot dismiss lightly. Russia knows that China is a predator nation like itself, and will ultimately challenge Russian hegemony when strong enough to do so. Thus, Russia must strike the West when China is minimally armed but before China gets so strong as to present a direct threat to Russia. For this reason, the current military technological transfers from the US to China worry the Russians--as they should.

    Fifth, the Russians and the Chinese are rabid about the potential threat a US anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system presents. This is not simply a cover, in my opinion. It is the foremost topic of heated discussions in every political forum the Russians or Chinese engage in, whether in public or in secret, with the US or with its allies. Clearly a viable ABM system threatens Russia's potential to pull off a successful nuclear first strike. Russia suspects that the US ABM system will consist of not a mere 100 interceptors, as claimed, but thousands instead. This ABM issue is a major key to understanding the Russian perception of timing. The US fixed base ABM system is still in the development stage, and only six interceptors have been installed as of 2005. So, we have a few token missiles in place, but they have never been tested fully, and serve a mostly symbolic purpose. The latest modifications of the Aegis shipboard ABM system is much more effective in allowing for flexible placement. If the Russian strike were imminent, they wouldn't be so worried about a future ABM system. Since they are concerned in the extreme, I can only presume that deployment of such a system in the latter half of this decade directly impinges upon their time of attack. I used to say the Russians would certainly intend to strike before the ABM system is deployed. That doesn't seem to be the case--perhaps it is because they know we have so few and that they have no explosive warheads. The system the US is installing is badly designed (lacking any warhead). I'm not sure the Russians really fear it--unless they suspect the US is arming it with a warhead, which is not happening. Land based Aegis style ABMs are now being planned for deployment in Europe and are clearly intended to target Russian missiles in their upward trajectory where they can be destroyed prior to disgorging their load of missile evading warheads and decoys. Precisely because such a system would be so effective, faster to reach deployment, and cheaper, it will meet with maximum environmental protests and resistance--especially from Moscow's lackeys in the "peace" movements of Europe.

    US COVERING FOR THE RUSSIANS

    The US intelligence community (under both Republican and Democratic administrations) has known all these facts for years and yet continues to actively cover for the Russians, on orders from the White House. At least, it appears that way to me. The US continues to play on the illusion that Russia and China are loyal partners in the "war on terror" despite evidence that Russia and China are still engaged in widespread proliferation of nuclear and other weapons technology via their client states like Pakistan and North Korea. The US uses Israel as a conduit for technology transfers to China as well.

    No information about the coming Russian threat is allowed to reach the American people. Furthermore, the US has taken every opportunity to encourage Russia in its hostile intentions. For example, to reassure the Russians concerning the fearsome ABM issue, the Clinton administration had agreed, in exchange for scrapping the ABM treaty, to impose technical limitations on the speed of anti-missile interceptors (the "Demarcation Agreement") so that no US interceptor would be effective against a Soviet ICBM. But this is more smoke and mirrors. In fact, the US has already been operating on an even wider range of technical limits ever since the 1970s. Worse, the new proposed replacement treaty would include the same provisions under the guise of new strategic arms limitations. I will attempt to explain this apparently suicidal behavior on the part of the US in the section on Western globalist strategy.

    China and Russia both share numerous inherent characteristics that lend themselves to becoming predator nations:

    A large population base of poorly educated people deprived of much open contact with the West, which can be manipulated through propaganda and can form the basis of huge armies.

    A long history of authoritarian leadership rather than government based upon principles of fundamental rights.

    A discouraged and intimidated people used to being controlled and ordered about.

    A certain brand of ruthlessness and insensitivity to conscience that tends to breed leaders and security forces capable of unspeakable horrors.

    This is not to say that all Russians or Chinese share these general characteristics--quite the contrary. However, these characteristics predominate within these two societies more so than in societies that rarely become predators.

    China clearly has its sights set on world hegemony. The attitude of oriental superiority over occidental bourgeoisie has long pervaded China and even predates Russian predatory tendencies. Realistic analysts who have long experience with both Russia and China know that neither will long be subservient to the other. Russia and China may attempt to use each other for short-term gain, but will eventually tangle for ultimate supremacy.

    For the present, Russia and China are teaming up against the West in a new unilateral quest for arms. This is no surprise. The Russians have been arming China, off and on, since the Chinese Communists came to power under Chairman Mao. But now, the Chinese are playing both sides of the fence, East and West. Knowing that Russia is willing to supply it with plentiful quantities of second-rate equipment, China is looking toward the West for advanced American technology and funding in order to upgrade its Soviet and home-grown equipment. At present the US globalist inside at the Pentagon cannot get away with arming China directly, but both Republican and Democratic administrations in recent years have been successful at making it easy for Chinese spies to pierce the US curtain of protection against espionage. It began in the George Bush Sr. administration when the Chinese were given open access to key US defense plants like Hughes Aircraft, and reached tidal wave proportions during the Clinton era. US technology transfers ontinued unabated during the George W. Bush presidency. The Bush Commerce Department allowed and regularly approved special exceptions to rules as they apply to dual-use transfers to China. This has continued during the Obama administration.

    THE BURGEONING CHINESE MILITARY

    No nation on earth is building military power faster than China, but it has further to go, so it is not yet a threat. However, it is an inevitable and formidable threat--all the more so in light of the seeming futility of the task facing China at present. In the end, the complacency of other nations regarding China will change into outright terror as the world one day wakes up and finds itself facing a military monster of incredible size and ferocity.

    The Chinese already have a formidable land based army of men, tanks and artillery. What it lacks is a world class navy, air transport and missile force, coupled with a sophisticated communications and control system sufficient to extend Chinese power worldwide. That's no small task to accomplish. Russia is supplying large quantities of equipment and the US is supplying much of the high-tech expertise. Naturally, China is harnessing its billions in trade dollars supplied by naive American champions of free trade to build their forces. The Chinese leaders are openly derisive of American Republicans who are convinced that peaceful trade will moderate Communism. For the Chinese, war with the West is inevitable. It's no longer a matter of if, but when!

    I will now go into some detail on China's weapons programs. While most people know about Russia's military power, few understand the growing Chinese threat. This information is for those who still harbor illusions about Chinese impotency and docile intentions.

    Since 1991 China has purchased at least $8.5 billion in weapons from Moscow, according to Russian understated statistics. The actual figure is two to three times higher.

    There are an estimated 10,000 Russian defense scientists and engineers working for China, on such projects as naval shipbuilding, missile production, uranium-processing for nuclear weapons, aircraft design and production, and nuclear missile submarines.

    China just announced trials of the first of six type 094 Russian-designed and Chinese-built ballistic missile submarines. The entire US will soon be at risk from Chinese medium range submarine launched missiles. The sub's Julang-2 or Dongfeng 31 type missiles, armed with 3 to 6 MIRVed warheads, have a range of more than 5,000 miles.

    Russia has sold rights to China to build the SS-27 (Topol-M ICBM) missile system. It will undoubtedly become the Chinese nuclear first-strike weapon of choice. The Chinese designation will be Dong Feng 41 ("east wind, DF-41") . The DF-41 will be armed with three Chinese nuclear warheads, most likely designed with the help of stolen US nuclear designs from Los Alamos. Russia claims the SS-27 has Maneuverable Re-entry Vehicle (MARV) capability designed to make it impossible for the current US ABM system to complete an intercept.

    Russia is selling the new Zvezda KH-31 anti-ship missile to the Chinese military. Remember, this was the missile system financed by the US and upgraded with American technology--at the expense of American defense jobs--when the Clinton administration insisted on buying this missile instead of the superior US version to serve as a target drone for the US Navy.

    China is in the midst of a large scale deployment of hundreds of CSS-5, CSS-6 and CSS-7 missiles, armed with precision conventional warheads along the China coast opposite Taiwan. The number of missiles indicates that China intends to neutralize Taiwan's entire military structure in a pre-emptive strike--thus negating Taiwan's current technological advantage. The dumbed-down Patriot missiles provided by the US to Taiwan are no match for this quantity and speed of missiles.

    Like Russia, China is developing anti-satellite and Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) weapons to disrupt, degrade or defeat the US command, control and surveillance systems.

    The Russians have sold China several Sovremenny-class missile equipped destroyers. The supersonic cruise missiles carried by these S-class destroyers surpass the current defense systems of the US Navy, according to Jamestown Foundation's Richard Fisher.

    Russia has recently made available the S-300PMU (SA-10C Grumble) anti-aircraft missile to the Chinese Army, which has deployed these weapons opposite Taiwan. The S-300PMU is a highly effective and fast SAM (surface-to-air missile) that is difficult to jam or evade for Western aircraft. Taiwan will be forced to sacrifice many hundreds of aircraft in order to eliminate this threat. The SA-10C also has anti-missile capabilities, allowing the Chinese to field an effective missile shield against US retaliatory strikes.

    Chinese fighter aircraft are already being upgraded with the Russian built Vympel R-77 air-to-air combat missile (NATO code named AA-12 Adder). The R-77 is designed to destroy other aircraft beyond visual range and is comparable to the most advanced US missiles--the AIM-120 AMRAAM.

    Russia has also deployed the SS-N-22 Sunburn cruise missile to China. The Sunburn flies in excess of 1,500 miles per hour and can be armed with a nuclear warhead. The US Navy has no effective defense against a missile of this speed and maneuverability. This is the same missile the Clinton administration declined to buy from the Russians. Such a purchase would have allowed our military experts to develop a proper counter attack.

    CHINA

    CHINA'S STRATEGIC PLAN OF ATTACK

    The world has only minimal concern any more about China's's ongoing and aggressive preparations to attack Taiwan. I do not believe this will happen until the start of WWIII or just prior to it, perhaps as a trigger event. The greater portion of China's strategic plan for military development is heavily, if not totally, dependent upon an increasing flow of money and technology transfers from the West, the US in particular. An aggressive taking of Taiwan by force, before finishing their preparations for war, would make it almost impossible for any US administration to justify business as usual. Globalist politicians would try, I'm sure, but it would be a tough sell.

    The Chinese have a knack for patience and are preparing for the long-term battle rather than settling for a short-term advantage. The only reason China might attack Taiwan prior to Russia's pre-emptive attack on the US would be to cause the US to divert naval resources to the Far East, drawing them away from any last-minute concern about the Russians. Ultimately, China intends to use Russia's instigation of WWIII to its full advantage. China will enter the war on Russia's side and quickly conquer the far eastern Pacific Rim of nations: Japan (payback time for the Japanese invasion of China prior to WWII), South Korea (through its surrogate North Korea), the Philippines, Micronesia, Indonesia, Burma--a nation that is not yet committed to either Russia or China. I'm not convinced China would take New Zealand or Australia, as such action would limit its credibility when it switches allegiance from East to West during the war (as Russia did in WWII). Clearly, if Russia's attempt to conquer the West gets bogged down in a long protracted conventional conflict, China will be tempted to attack Russia and finish it off. Historical precedent shows that the West can be depended upon to come to the aid of even their natural enemies and be suckered into a promise of mutual assistance.

    US ENVELOPMENT BY JOINT RUSSIA/CHINA STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

    For the initial Russia/China alliance to be successful, the following plan of encirclement of the Western powers will be necessary. For the past 50 years Russia has been building a circle of strategic alliances with the intent to isolate the United States from sources of strategic materials during the coming war. Russia is now allowing China to join in facilitating certain sectors of this encirclement. Many nations are partly in Russia's camp and partly in China's. During the next war, we will see further separations and conflicts within these alliances, but for now, most can be considered under the common Russia/China circle of influence. I will mention the exceptions. Some of these nations are also playing as if they are allies of the West--an integral part of the ongoing Russian and Chinese deception.

    EASTERN EUROPE: Russia completely released control of some countries in Europe (Hungary, East Germany, and Poland--although Russia still controls the major opposition in Poland), but has retained secret control of and powerful alliances in Romania, Bulgaria, Belorussia, Ukraine, Slovakia, and the Baltic States. Russia still has significant arms in several of these "former" Soviet states and is beginning to move more arms into position surrounding NATO, taking advantage of existing secret underground facilities. North of Poland, for example, Russia has moved in new stocks of nuclear weapons to Kaliningrad. Suspicious of Russian intentions, Poland is demanding inspection rights. Russia has refused and predictably, the US is backing Russia rather than Poland, downplaying and excusing Russia's moves. The Balkans are split between Russian influence in Serbia, and Chinese influence in Albania, although NATO is allowed to think it is currently in the driver's seat elsewhere in the Balkans. Much of what Russia has structured in Eastern Europe is a Trojan horse helping to gain access to NATO, compromise its secrets, and then change allegiances during the first weeks of the coming conflict. Russia intends to use the initial turmoil after the nuclear strikes on the US and Britain to quickly reposition its stocks of conventional forces from east of the Urals to the western borders of Belorussia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.

    AFRICA: The African continent is home to the second largest source of strategic minerals. Russia and China are the other sources, and they intend to control all sources of rare earth minerals including its numerous client states in Africa: Angola, Mozambique, Nigeria, the Congo, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Libya, and many others. Russia indirectly controls almost all African governments by having established a dependency on Soviet-era military hardware--even those that currently play as if they are in the UN's sloppy orbit. None of the African states are capable of governing themselves with stability anymore and thus are constantly susceptible to control or conquest. The Sudan is the sole African nation so far drifting into the Chinese sphere of influence as China desperately seeks to secure more exclusive contracts for oil--one of China's biggest strategic weaknesses. The kingpin of Russia's's African strategy, however, focuses on southern Africa. South Africa's ruling ANC Party has always been a not-so-secret Communist Trojan horse in that country and will eventually turn over all of South Africa's resources and strategic geographical advantage to Russia. The horn of southern Africa is one of the world's strategic choke points.

    FAR EAST ASIA: Although Russia has long had influence in North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and other small island nations in the Far East, all are consider by default to be in China's sphere of influence. That influence will give way to direct conquest and control during the initial phases of the next war.

    CENTRAL ASIA: All of the oil-rich southern underbelly of Russia, from the Caspian Sea eastward to Mongolia (Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Takzhikestan, etc.) is under the control of Russia through puppet governments. However, the area is inherently unstable with porous borders. Anti-Russian sentiment is high, contributing to my suspicion that Russia will not be able to hold on to these areas in the long term. They will revert to semi-autonomous states controlled by various Muslim rivalries until brought under the yoke of the next larger power to come along. The US currently maintains a puppet regime in Afghanistan as well as numerous US bases in the region (Manas airfield near the Kyrgyzstan, Karshi Khanabad airfield in Uzbekistan, Almaty airport in Kazakhstan, and land bases in Kyrgyzstan). In the general region, the US has bases or shared military installations in Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as on the island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.

    SOUTHERN ASIA: Pakistan and India are both densely populated, socialist, economic disasters with nuclear power capabilities, constantly threatening to annihilate each other over the issue of Kashmir. Pakistan is currently aligned with China while India receives its arms from Russia. Ultimately, both are seeking for armament self-sufficiency so as to be free from being pawns of these two international bullies. But, like the Arab countries, the India-Pakistan people are destined to be used as cannon-fodder by other powers as long as they refuse to unleash the economic potential of their masses, which can only happen through economic and religious liberty. The US will lose what limited influence it has in the region when war comes. The entire area from Pakistan to Burma will quickly come under Russian control, and then switch to China as Russia's power is depleted over the course of the war.

    CARIBBEAN: The Caribbean provides access to the soft underbelly of the United States and is another strategic choke point for shipping to the US. Russia still maintains its control of Cuba (90 miles from Florida), which serves as Russia's eyes and ears on America. It maintains at least 1500 personnel at its Cuban listening post at Lourdes. I suspect that Russia may still have some secret caches of weapons in the tunnel systems built for Cuban military purposes, but Russia is beginning to play its China card by allowing the Chinese to be the ones to introduce new weapon capabilities into the Americas. The pro-China lobby in recent US administrations has sufficiently disarmed American fears such that Russia believes China can get away with more intrusion in the Americas than Russia could. This is probably true. China, for its part, intends to use these American surveillance and control points (Panama, Cuba, Venezuela, and the Bahamas) for her own hegemonic purposes once Russia is defeated in the next war. China is currently working with Marxist Venezuela, Cuba, and Panama to provide them with medium and short range missiles. US intelligence is downplaying these overtures. Ultimately, I believe Mexico and Cuba will serve as the major access points of invasion by troops into the southern US.

    MIDDLE EAST: Iraq is now clearly in the hands of the US, where it intends to build up the bulk of its Middle East forces, despite its stated intentions to withdraw (leaving behind 50,000 combat troops designated as trainers). All of the base structure remains and can be quickly rejuvenated. The US is slowly extracting its bases from Saudi Arabia and building up its forces in the Iraq-Afghanistan theater.

    Russian client states in the Middle East include Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, and a variety of small Arab nations. Chinese technicians are also aiding several of these nations, but Russia is maintaining tight control over the triggers of war. A portion of the recent CIA's threat assessment regarding the Middle East is accurate: "The proliferation of MRBMs [Medium Range Ballistic Missiles], driven largely, though not exclusively, by North Korean Nodong sales, is altering strategic balances in the Middle East and Asia...the missiles include Iran's Shahab-3, Pakistan's Ghauri and the Indian Agni-2....Making these weapons even more worrisome is the fact that Russia, China and North Korea continue to proliferate chemical, biological and nuclear technology, as well as long-range missile technology, which can dramatically increase the lethality of the missiles." Clearly Israel is the target, but the longer range missiles will be used to deter interference by the US or NATO. These missiles are intended to provide the Russian-backed Arab regimes a crucial advantage over Israel's conventional forces that they have heretofore not enjoyed. The missiles will also be used to eliminate Israel's nuclear weapons production and storage sites (what sites they can find). Iran and Egypt intend to become self-sufficient in the production of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) but historically the controlling powers have shown no desire to let this happen.

    WESTERN GLOBALISTS: THE NEW WORLD ORDER

    INTRODUCTION

    The movement to establish a global system of control began somewhere back in the murky past of the Illuminati (1776) and has since morphed, grown and expanded till now there are numerous shadowy variants and groups that make it almost impossible to pin down exactly who is running things and where the real motive and power is coming from. Fortunately, it is not necessary to know all of the secrets underlying this movement. It is sufficient to establish that all of the existing globalist organizations--the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Aspen Institute, Bilderburgers, Royal Institute for International Affairs, Committee of 300, Club of Rome, etc., aspire to global control and elimination of national sovereignty. Numerous quotations of their own leaders and members state just that. That they have more sinister long-term motives and intentions concerning the eventual use of global control is not so clear or easy to prove. However, the track record of global intervention does not portend an optimistic outcome.

    Those who watch the way global insiders operate and cover up illegal operations of influence and control almost always come away convinced that there is some form of conspiracy involved. This conclusion is really not too difficult to establish if one has access to the details of each case. Look at the specific evidence pointing to government misdeeds and the subsequent cover-ups of economic manipulation, assassinations, terrorist attacks on airlines, illegal weapons trade, government coups, and high level corruption. In each of these cases, there is a common thread: the active involvement of a vast array of high officials, government agencies, the media, law officers, lawyers, judges, and sometimes international corporations and organized crime--coordinated and inter-connected enough to hide the truth, obstruct justice and cover for high level leaders.



    That's what a conspiracy is: a coordination between normally separable government officials who have no legal right or lawful need to collude in their official capacities. Sadly, it happens all the time. The excuse given, when discovered, that these unfortunate incidents are merely the workings of the proverbial "rogue agent" is rarely true. Upon close examination, the trail leads always to higher levels where the cover-up and obstruction gets serious.     THE NEW WORLD ORDER (NWO) AS A PREDATOR MOVEMENT

    NWO globalists take great care to mask their intentions by appealing to "democracy" and making constant references to free trade and "human rights" and the support of international law. But a close look at their justification for intervention in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Balkans and Indonesia clearly indicates that tyranny and ethnic cleansing was fostered, then overlooked, or even partially falsified until it festered enough to justify intervention and subsequent control. While most people in the Western world do not view the NWO as a predator movement, the Eastern world certainly is beginning to see it in that light. I will make the case that the changing role of NATO and the UN from a defensive organization to an aggressor in Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia, East Timor, and Africa was and still is intentional, meant to help stir up hatred and discontent sufficient to justify an eventual Russian and Chinese strike on the West as previously discussed.

    WHY?

    The big question is always, why would those who strive for global power and financial control want to engender a nuclear war that would destroy the whole world? In the first place, it is not true that the whole world would be destroyed. Millions would die, and over half the people in any country under attack would get very ill, but probably no more than 20% of the populace of any nation subjected to a military facilities first strike would die. Most countries will not be targeted. Russia, who is planning this war, is sensible enough to be prepared to shelter many of its citizens from nuclear effects. Among Western nations, however, only Switzerland has a comprehensive fallout shelter program for its citizens. However, US leaders have extensive shelters in place plus multiple contingencies to survive the attack they all know is coming. A few thousand savvy conservatives in America also have provided shelter systems for their families. Nuclear war is quite survivable, outside of the actual blast zones, with adequate preparations in place (see my book, The Secure Home for specific plans for installing a shelter in your home)

    The core of the question about the prime motive remains: why destroy the tremendous prosperity that even these conspirators for global power enjoy? Most people do not sufficiently understand real evil. To them, this scenario is simply unimaginable. But the fact remains, powerful men in government and business have knowingly colluded to finance war and destruction. It has happened before and it will happen again. For example, globalists bankers, corporation heads and government officials colluded prior to WWII to finance Hitler and Stalin, and undermine capitalist nations in order to pave the way for Socialism and war. A close look at the conduct of the war relative to aid and concessions to Russia paint a picture of Western complicity to play the Hegelian game-- building up an enemy in order to produce a controlled crisis and a later response in the direction of more globalist and socialist control. The West actively colluded in the betrayal of captive nations and paved the way for Soviet military dominance and conquest around the world in order to set the stage for future conflict.

    None of the World Wars in this century were accidents, in my opinion. Conflict was created with the long-term goal to facilitate a consolidation of world power in the hands of the NWO elite. It is true that many of the Wall Street bankers who financed Hitler and the Alfried Krupp-owned German war industries saw those investments destroyed, but they were always taken care of after the war and allowed to make even greater millions in the reconstruction process. That was much of the motive behind the Marshal Plan. German armorer Alfried Krupp, who was convicted at the Nuremberg trials for using slave labor, was pardoned by John J. McCloy, US Military Governor and High Commissioner in Germany. Mcloy was also the globalist insider who eventually became head of the CFR. Clearly there was a system of immunity and protection established for insider participants so that war could be used as an instrument of change, without destroying its own leaders and the power behind them. In each case, there was a common motive--to use the horrors of war to accelerate the demand for international institutions of control that would not otherwise be acceptable to free men and women.

    To fully understand the globalist mode of operation, we must address one of the great inconsistencies in US foreign policy: Why have US leaders (especially from Truman onward) actively undermined other pro-Western governments and secretly armed and supported Communist guerrilla operations in such countries as China, Korea, Cuba, Nicaragua, Laos, and Cambodia? Why do globalists attack some Communist regimes and support others? The main reason is that globalists are dedicated socialists, in terms of commitment to control, but want the benefits of a partially free market to finance that control system. They have a code name for this dualism--the Third Way--which is a euphemism for the old Fabian socialism (private ownership but government regulation and control). Naturally, globalists like the trappings of wealth that the capitalist component of a controlled economy provides.

    Communism has been a useful tool for the globalists to subvert liberty in the world. Communism takes the rap, while the globalists steadily undermine world independence and national sovereignty. The NWO boys are experts in the use of Hegelian tactics of creating enemies that produce a desired response. For example, Communism is often characterized by certain excesses in tyranny that engender a call for global intervention--very convenient. The Communists do the dirty work and the globalists step in to control the final outcome, after the Left has destroyed the middle class and created a large benefit-corrupted majority of voters.

    Often, the setup is not easy to control. When a Communist tyrant becomes unpredictable or messy the US State Department has to go in and undermine their own tyrant and replace him with another. Ultimately, US global leaders have to undermine any strongman, such as Milosovic in Serbia who refuses to become subservient to NWO control. Globalists have a nasty record of not being able to find moderate tyrants, especially in Africa and the Middle East.

    The globalists' first attempt to use war to create global government was WWI and the subsequent League of Nations. It ended in failure--unless we take into account the one-sided Versailles Treaty which became a catalyst for German hatred of the West, helping to foment the Second World War. WWII, in turn, successfully delivered the world into the arms of the United Nations, but the global architects were unable to create anything more than an international society of bickering social democrats, global guidance counselors and Communist thugs. Thankfully, it had no enforcement powers. But that did not deter the UN's ultimate mission of undermining national sovereignty. While preaching peace through intervention, the UN has created much mischief and genocide in the world which, in turn, has fomented predictable calls for change--including the addition of enforcement powers to the globalist organization. But, the world isn't buying into this trap yet, so enforcement continues to be primarily a US responsibility, and additional crises must be created to alter the world's reluctance to submit to global authority.

    During this post-WWII era (interspersed with periodic regional conflicts), the globalists have concentrated on developing world economic interdependencies to justify adding additional financial and structural elements of control. Their favored vehicle uses the popularity of "free-market" prosperity to rally support for regional common markets which, in turn, demand the creation of regional and international control agencies promoting "free trade." In the process, other goals are achieved like the increase of trade and aid to current tyrannies like Russia and China, and the diminution of self-sufficiency in essential goods within each nation, making them more vulnerable to shortages in future wars. People are also getting used to piecemeal sacrifices of sovereignty in exchange for increased prosperity.

    This slow-change, hide-the-real-effects process is meeting with increased resistance within the EU and the US as the control elements of the World Court, IMF, WTO, NAFTA and GATT become more and more obvious and the rigors of free trade cut into traditional socialist subsidies and high wages, especially in Europe. It is for this reason, primarily, that the NWO globalists will resurrect war again as the final catalyst to catapult the world over that final barrier of resistance. That is where we are headed, I believe.

    THE USE OF WAR TO INSTIGATE RADICAL CHANGE

    The globalists know that they cannot induce the world to give up national sovereignty outright or grant enforcement powers to the UN as long as the world is relatively at peace and the US is the dominant military force in the world. All governments are chronically short of funds due to the demands of social welfare programs. Why should they increase spending to support a UN army when the US will carry the load for them? Thus, it is the destruction of America's military, forcing the world to join and support a global military that provides the prime motivation of US global leaders to induce the Russians to strike their own nation. After the strike our leaders will emerge from their bunkers and claim total innocence--that the Russians and Chinese deceived them--that they didn't know this was coming. They will be lying, but the surviving public will forget all about national sovereignty and constitutional rights and beg government to save them. To do so, our leaders will say, now that our military is mostly destroyed, that we must join with other nations in a New World Order to fight the great evil of Russian nationalism. The people will go along and conjure up images of a new patriotic war like WWII. But, this time, after the war, our leaders will cement us into a NWO and national sovereignty will never be returned. This alone explains the suicidal and unilateral disarmament the US has engaged in for the past 30 years. It explains the rationale for covering up for Russia's constant cheating on arms control agreements and treaties. It explains why Bill Clinton would direct the US military to absorb a nuclear first strike (PDD-60) and NOT launch on warning. It explains why the US would keep stalling year after year to make sure America is undefended against a nuclear strike and that there are no provisions for civil defense shelters. It isn't that US leaders are stupid. They aren't suicidal. They simply can't get the world to take the final plunge into global control without a war.

    While the US is slowly being sucked into the NWO through gradualism, I still think war is necessary to get Americans to give up their core liberties. It's one thing to fool the people into thinking we are still sovereign as we slowly entangle ourselves in the United Nations, but it is another thing entirely to start hauling Americans to courts in The Hague over a wetlands violation in Virginia. When that starts happening, the Powers That Be know that Americans will rebel and start demanding that we extricate ourselves from globalism. War is designed to be so devastating to Americans (a massive nuclear strike is the "mother of all terrorism") that they will easily give up any liberties in order to have someone "save them." The Patriot Act's passage by a compliant Congress showed just how dumbed-down and stupid leaders and people can become after an appropriately motivated terror event such as the 9/11 attacks on the WTC.

    HOW DO YOU WIN A WAR AFTER ABSORBING A NUCLEAR FIRST STRIKE?

    Clearly the NWO globalists do not intend to lose a war to the Russians, which brings up the next question: how do the globalist plan to win a war with Russia when they allow Russia and China to launch a first strike and destroy most of the US and British military machine at the very onset of hostilities? I do not think Europe will be included in the first strike as Russia wants to preserve the economy of Europe by blackmailing it into submission. Certainly Europe's meager NATO forces would be incapable of taking on the Russians alone.

    The answer may lie in the fact that both Republican and Democratic administrations have been actively favoring China's acquisition of US military technology for the past 16 years. I suspect that the globalists have a secret pact with China whereby China has agreed to betray Russia during the next war, in return for promises of military technology transfers. China wins in three ways. It gets military aid from Russia before the war, receives aid from the West before and during the war, and eliminates a major world predator (Russia) in the prosecution of the war. The globalists of the 1930s had a similar secret pact with Russia. Russia's temporary "non-aggression" pact with Germany set Hitler loose on the world, and after the western front was secure, Russia, with promises of allied aid, turned on Hitler and contributed to his defeat. By establishing a second front at Hitler's rear, the pressure on the Allies was sufficiently relieved to allow them to take the offensive.

    In the coming war, I suspect China will play the same role and may even absorb the balance of Russia's nuclear weapon strikes. If the West has weapons strong enough to destroy Russia's underground weapons factories in the Ural Mountains, the war will turn conventional and Russia cannot win a conventional war with China's millions threatening its rear. I wouldn't be surprised if during the course of the war, China will be allowed to retain her conquests in the Far East, much as Stalin was promised control of Eastern Europe after the war. When the war is over, the world will have a new cold war and a new enemy--China. As in WWII, this is precisely what the NWO needs to justify maintaining international enforcement power in the hands of the UN. War will also justify a whole range of control mechanisms over people and business life. We may never see them completely lifted.

A FEW COMMENTS FOR THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND THE THREAT BUT DOUBT   CONSPIRACY

    There is one major mistake in the assumption that almost all people make who object to conspiracy--they assume that everyone or nearly everyone contributing to the conspirator's agenda must know there is a conspiracy and be privy to the entire plan and all its details. This is not true, but conjuring up this assumption allows people to easily dismiss conspiracy with the understanding that too many knowing people would make it impossible to keep the secret. I certainly have never made a case for all or even many of the participants knowing the whole plan or even substantial parts of it. Quite the contrary. All my writings have concentrated on explaining how and why top level conspirators use masses of predictable leftists, yes-men, ambitious lackeys and partially knowing ladder-climbers to do their bidding--specifically so as to limit the number who have "need to know" access. They cement together the whole conglomerate with subtle and not so subtle threats--and occasionally carry them out. Many are bought off with regular payments--like journalists and judges. Most know only parts of the puzzle.

    However, almost everyone in high places does know there is "power structure" above them they dare not challenge, they also know it isn't good for their job, advancement or health to "ask too many questions." Read any number of the tales by federal whistleblowers to confirm this general fear. Thus, most participants rationalize it all away as some benevolent control system, or believing that "whoever they are" must control the world in order to have stability. Others, especially in the enforcement ranks, are just too corrupt to care. But the bottom line is: very few know that the Powers That Be (PTB) intend to pull the nuclear trigger via Russia and China. All the little steps leading up to weakening the US and building up Russia and China are covered by liberal notions of "détente," "easing tensions," and "peace." The lesser officials who are tasked to defend these lies tend to believe their own propaganda.

    However, the ones at the very top, who do know how to use war to create Hegelian responses, are very very evil--something most of the world doesn't really believe in anymore, and that is why many people can't conceive of or believe in this horrible brand of conspiracy. But keep in mind what they did before in building up Hitler, only to set him loose on Europe during WWII. The war created a justification for the UN and facilitated the rise of a new enemy (Russia) in its aftermath. Remember Pearl Harbor--not because of the infamy of Japan, but the infamy of Roosevelt and his leftist crew who induced Japan to attack and hid the information from our own military in Hawaii. It happened before, so why should it be so hard to believe now? We are reaching the culmination of what George Marshall and his cohorts planned by creating a cold war enemy. Russia was allowed to rise and have hegemony over Europe in order to create the next war. The phony demise of "Communism" is merely the final effort to lull the West into complacency before the strike. We are about to see it descend upon the world.

    In all of this, I'm certainly not discounting the military-industrial complex argument, but it doesn't explain why people who are already fabulously wealthy and who control the reigns of power are still pushing the world toward greater and greater global control. None of this will give them any more personal power or wealth. How much money and power can any single person use? The military industrial complex argument doesn't explain the rush to suicide and disarmament at an alarming rate. Some participants are blind, but surely some must suspect this is a very dangerous game and are going along in order to please some other very powerful people above them.

    But let there be no doubt, the top echelon expects to survive this--why else have they built significant bunkers at US taxpayer expense, and private bunkers in resort homes in Colorado at their own expense. Somebody knows something is coming. Also, war is not as futile a tactic as most conspiracy debunkers assume. At least 2/3 of the world will survive this even without preparations, and virtually all the high level people who know that war is coming have made preparations to survive it.

    Jeff Nyquist and many others do not believe in conspiracy--at least on a broad scale. They try to explain things in terms of mistakes, blunders and attempts to cover for those blunders. The basic problem I have with Nyquist's reliance on standard psychological and sociological models is that it breaks down with the more specific information I have about the detailed actions of those involved in the government's undermining of our national interests--in exchange for global and leftist interests. I've never met an honest conspiracy debunker yet who has really read all the literature of the defectors from the CIA and other black agencies. Of course, virtually none of the defectors themselves sees the big picture either--but the evidence is clear that the whistleblowers all knew that the higher ups directly conspired to keep them silent. We have to look at the long historical trend of conformity to leftist ideology in these cover ups to perceive the unified purpose behind these actions. Few witnesses immersed in the details of a whistleblower's tragic battles with government have the talent to see the correlation and pattern of action that point to a coordinated plan of attack on liberty and national sovereignty. It's too easy to focus on the specific injustice.

    For example, the excuse that the betrayal of US security interests by CIA or State Department officials is a cover-up for past mistakes is a weak conclusion. Certainly, mistakes happen, no matter how much power the PTB have. But covering for blunders alone does not explain why high government officials keep making NEW MISTAKES in the same consistent direction (leftward) and why there are more and more NEW EFFORTS to cover for NEW threats from the Russians and Chinese . Why is it that we never see any official learn from the blunders of the past? Why is it that the betrayals keep accelerating and getting broader? The more diverse the agencies involved and the more people that are brought into the net of betrayal, the less possible it is that they are all acting only to cover for mistakes. There has to be some other explanation that keeps generation after generation of government officials moving toward a single direction.

    Cover-ups are what I consider my best evidence for conspiracy--simply because of the interconnectedness between disconnected officials and agencies that happens in a conspiracy. But now Nyquist comes along and, while admitting that cover ups exist, claims that there is no plan behind them--that it is only normal sociological motives of rogue individuals. I don't buy it--mainly because of the many many years this has been going on, and the fact that it has always had a powerful continuum of hostility toward the interests of liberty. If it were people covering for people, the process would clear itself from time to time or even reverse directions. It would be more random. But it isn't random. It shows all too much disturbing evidence of continual forward movement--purposeful movement, in my opinion.

    IS THERE ANY HOPE OF COUNTERING THIS EVIL STRATEGY?

    This strategy is wholly dependent upon shielding Americans and Europeans from Russian and Chinese intentions. Keeping people ignorant and naive also allows these same globalist leaders to claim that they didn't know of Russian and Chinese intentions. We must not let them get away with this, lest they claim the right to lead America into the war for global control. If you doubt what I say, check your feelings to see if you at least can sense that the Russians and Chinese are lying about their pretensions of peace. If you trust our government, remember Pearl Harbor. The evidence is now fully proven that Roosevelt induced Japan to attack in much the same way our own government now is helping to induce a Russian attack in the future (see Bob Stinnett's book "Pearl Harbor--Day of Deceit" for evidence of the Pearl Harbor conspiracy). The more people that know of this grand deception, the less success globalist leaders will have in escaping blame when it happens.

Four Years Later: The Kennebunkport Warning of August 2007 Confirmed by Dick Cheney in his New Autobiography

This week marks the fourth anniversary of the Kennebunkport Warning,whose text the reader will find elsewhere on this web site, togetherwith related documentation. The Kennebunkport Warning of late August2007 sought to prevent a false flag terror operation designed by theUS-UK rogue network to facilitate an attack on Iran and/or Syria.Today, four years later, world events have come full circle, and wemust once again be on guard for a new and wider war in the same region.This might take the form of an attack by Turkey on Syria, organized inadvance with the NATO command and occurring under the cover story ofevents inside Syria, where an uprising of armed commandos of the MoslemBrotherhood now appears to have been largely quelled by the Syrian Army.
In order to attack Syria without being portrayed as an aggressor,Turkey will need a better pretext. Given the traditions of NATO, it islikely that an attempt will be made to furnish such a pretext in theform of a false flag terror event inside Turkey to be blamed on Syriaor Hezbollah, or in the form of an staged Gulf of Tonkin incident topermit the charge that Syria attacked Turkey first. Or, a largemassacre of Moslem Brotherhood supporters inside Syria could be carriedout in reality or merely simulated on a Hollywood set in Doha, Qatar,to motivate an invasion based on humanitarian grounds.

Cheney’s June 2007 Demand for an Attack on Syria

Former US Vice President Dick Cheney is about to publish his autobiography, In My Time.Here, according to pre-publication press accounts, Cheney describes hisJune 2007 attempt to convince Bush to launch a bombing attack on Syriaover the alleged Syrian nuclear program. Cheney says that he raised theissue, apparently at a meeting of the National Security Council. Bushasked if there was any support for the idea, and there was none. So,Cheney’s attempt to launch the attack on Syria by way of legal andinstitutional channels failed.
Here is part of Cheney’s account:
“‘I again made the case for US military action against the reactor,’Mr. Cheney writes of a June 2007 White House meeting on the issue. ‘ButI was a lone voice. After I finished, the President asked, ‘Does anyonehere agree with the Vice-President?’ Not a single hand went up aroundthe room.” In the event, the site was destroyed three months later byIsraeli warplanes.” (London Independent, August 26, 2011, http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/cheney-tried-to-persuade-president-bush-to-bomb-syria-2344112.html)
Cheney does not relate in his book what happened then. The US roguenetwork (variously referred to as invisible government, secretgovernment, parallel government, or deep state – of which Cheney is aspokesman, operative, or appendage), having been rebuffed by the legalgovernment in the form of the Bush NSC, characteristically sought tocarry out the desired attack anyway, by illegal means.
It was around July 21, 2007 that I posted on the internet an article entitled “Cheney Determined to Strike in US.” This article became the headline story on the front page of the Rock Creek Free Press, and was thus widely distributed in boxes all over Washington DC, especially around Metro stations.
During August 2007, “Cheney Determined to Strike in US” was a veryaccurate description of the central political reality. This is whatCheney has now confirmed for us in his autobiography.

The Rogue B-52, Hijacked by the Parallel Government

Rogue network personnel embedded in the US Air Force hijacked a USAir Force B-52 intercontinental strategic bomber equipped with sixnuclear-armed cruise missiles and flew it from Minot AFB in Colorado toBarksdale AFB in Louisiana, the latter being the main point ofdeparture for US flights to the Middle East. This flight was madetotally outside of the command and control procedures of the US AirForce; it was an invisible government operation. It is clear that thisrogue B-52 was intended to join the Israeli attack on Syria, which didin fact occur at the end of the first week of September, 2007.
Fortunately, the flight of this hijacked rogue B-52 towards theMiddle East was blocked on the runway at Barksdale. This was donepartly by rival intelligence factions, whose clash enveloped officialWashington in a test of wills. In the end, the neocon faction wasdefeated, and the Brzezinski faction gained the upper hand.
In the background, it is entirely possible that the KennebunkportWarning, for which signatures had been organized by Bruce Marshall andothers, was on its way to being posted on over 110,000 websites,contributed something to blocking the flight of the rogue B-52.
In the wake of these events, a number of individuals and web sitesin the 9/11 truth movement outdid themselves in condemning not thefaction behind Cheney, but rather the Kennebunkport Warning and itssupporters. They should have been agitating for an immediateinvestigation of the rogue B-52, which might have exposed some of thetentacles of the rogue network, which has remained more or lessuntouched. By their actions, these individuals and web sites helpedusher in the substantial collapse of the 9/11 truth movement, whichlargely fell apart during 2008 and 2009.

The Kennebunkport Warning And The Rogue B-52 – Confirmation With A Vengeance

The events of August and September 2007 now allow us to evaluatethe accuracy of the August 26 Kennebunkport Warning, which generatedmuch attention and controversy from the moment it was issued. Thepreliminary verdict of history is now in, and establishes theKennebunkport Warning as one of the most remarkable successes of opensource intelligence forecasting in recent decades. It may even havedirectly helped to disrupt Cheney’s plan for a nuclear sneak attack onIran.
The Kennebunkport Warning was written in the afternoon of August24, 2007. Support signatures were obtained in Kennebunkport, Mainelater on August 24, and primarily on August 25. The document was sentout to a list of recipients in the US and abroad just before midnighteastern time on Sunday, August 26. The first known internet posting wason the Jeff Rense web site (www.rense.com), where the document appearedbefore midnight Pacific time on Sunday, August 26. The KennebunkportWarning was thus in public view all day on Monday, August 27.
On Tuesday, August 28, Bush signaled an escalation of tensions withIran in a raving speech before the American Legion convention inKansas. Here he warned that the Middle East now lay in the shadow of a“nuclear holocaust” because of the Iranian nuclear program. He accusedIran of acting as a state sponsor of terrorism, intervening against theUS forces in Iraq, and also made allegations about Iran as a backer ofHezbollah and Hamas. Diplomatic observers recognized that this tiradeconstituted an important intensification of US threats against Iran.
On Wednesday, August 29, Bush’s threats moved a step towardsfulfillment as US Air Force personnel loaded six cruise missiles ontothe wing mounts of a B-52 intercontinental strategic bomber at MinotAir Force Base in North Dakota. Each of the missiles carried a nuclearwarhead of between 5 and 150 kilotons of explosive power. Reportedlybecause of mechanical problems, the loading process took some 8 hours.
On Thursday, August 30, the rogue B-52, with its cargo of sixdeadly nuclear-armed cruise missiles, made the 3.5 hour flight acrossthe US to Barksdale, Louisiana. Barksdale is the number two USheadquarters for nuclear warfighting, second only to Offutt AFB inNebraska. Barksdale is also the jumping-off base for direct B-52bombing runs into the Middle East, a role which Barksdale played in theshock and awe campaign in Iraq in the spring of 2003. By the time therogue B-52 reached Barksdale, cataclysmic events were not far off. Thiswas exactly the kind of situation which the Kennebunkport Warning,which by that time had been circulating on the internet for about threeand a half days, had been concerned about.
At around this time, the rogue B-52 and its cargo appear to havecome to a halt. Between the late afternoon of August 30 and the publicannouncement of the rogue B-52 incident on the afternoon of September5, we enter a gray area which requires much further investigation.According to Wayne Madsen, it was a “revolt and push-back” by Air Forcepersonnel determined to block a wider war in the Middle East from beingset off by a nuclear sneak attack, with support from elements of theintelligence community, which blocked the rogue B-52 from proceedingtowards a possible appointment with Armageddon in Iran or elsewhere inthat region. This was exactly the case of loyal and patriotic militarypeople refusing to obey an illegal order which the KennebunkportWarning had pointed to less than four days earlier. As Madsen writes:“elements of the Air Force, supported by US intelligence agencypersonnel, successfully revealed the ultimate destination of thenuclear weapons and the mission was aborted due to internal oppositionwithin the Air Force and the US Intelligence Community.” (“Air ForceRefused to Fly Weapons to Middle East Theater,” September 24, 2007,Wayne Madsen Report.)
The Kennebunkport Warning thus represents an exceptionallysuccessful effort to alert public opinion to a grave and imminentdanger. Precisely the dangerous situation the Kennebunkport Warningtalked about occurred in reality less than four days after the documenthad been posted on the internet. The Kennebunkport Warning must beacknowledged as accurate, timely, necessary, and indispensable foranyone seriously interested in stopping a wider war with irreversibleconsequences.
On July 21, rense.com posted an analysis entitled “CheneyDetermined to Strike in US with WMD This Summer.” This article waspublished as the front page story of the Rock Creek Free Press, and wasdisplayed in news boxes in the Washington DC subway during August andinto September. With the exposure of the rogue B-52 affair, thiswarning was also fully vindicated.
But there may be a further dimension. It cannot be excluded thatthe loyal and patriotic military and intelligence people who blockedthe plan of the Cheney clique to use the nuclear cruise missiles in theMiddle East, or even against a target or targets in the United States,had some how been encouraged to act by having seen the KennebunkportWarning. The period of August 30 to September 5, when the crucialactions regarding the rogue B-52 would have had to occur, correspondsprecisely to the maximum diffusion of the Kennebunkport Warning on theinternet. On September 1, a Google search indicated that theKennebunkport Warning was either posted in full or was mentioned on72,000 web sites worldwide. By September 2, this figure had risen to102,000 web sites. On September 3, the maximum diffusion of 110,000 websites was attained. These figures do not include e-mailings and otherforms of attention generated by the vast interest and livelycontroversy generated by the document. In any case, those who stoppedthe nukes from going to the Middle East are unsung heroes who deserverecognition.
On September 5, the US Air Force made a public announcement of therogue B-52, which is quickly the subject of dispatches by Agence FrancePresse, The Army Times, The Air Force Times, and other wire servicesand web sites. Considerable press interest was generated, but, so faras is known, not one member of Congress or presidential candidate ofeither major party has lifted a finger to start the obviouslyimperative in-depth investigation of the entire incident, including thehalf-dozen deaths which may be a result of this incident. These deathsinclude:

Airman First Class Todd Blue, 20 years old, died Wyethville, Virginia, September 12
Two people from Barksdale Air Force Base (names unknown), died Caddo Parish, Louisiana, September 15
Airman Adam Barrs, aged 20, killed in an auto crash in Minot, July 5
Air Force 1st Lt. Weston Kissel, 28, B-52 pilot assigned to the23rd Bomb Wing at the Minot base, killed in a motorcycle crash inTennessee (date unknown)
Air Force Capt. John Frueh (age unknown), found dead in Skamania County, Washington state, September 2

On September 6, the Syrian News Agency SANA announced that theIsraeli Air Force had mounted an incursion into the air space ofnorthern Syria, and had jettisoned drop tanks and bombs along theSyrian-Turkish border. The Turkish Foreign Ministry protested theobjects that had fallen on Turkish territory. The Israelis firstdenied, but later admitted, that this illegal incursion, an ipso factoact of aggressive war, had taken place. Middle East experts estimatedthat the Israelis had been probing the Syrian and Iranian air defenses,but that they had been driven off by the new and superior Russian airdefense systems now fielded by these two countries. This meant that theUS-UK-Israeli model of air blitzkrieg was now in crisis, just as theIsraeli land blitzkrieg technique had been defeated by Hezbollah inLebanon in the summer of 2006. To cover up this humiliating defeat, theIsraelis later concocted a story that this had been a successful airattack on a nuclear facility operating in Syria with North Koreanassistance; this silly tale was then retailed by neocon John Bolton andalso by warmonger Democrat Hillary Clinton in a candidates’ debate. Butany bombing of a nuclear facility would have had to produce a cloud ofradioactive nuclear debris, which would have been registered by Iran,Pakistan, India, Russia, China, Japan, or some other state in theregion. Since no such reports have ever come to light, it must beassumed that the Israeli story was fabricated in an attempt to cover upthe repulse of the Israeli jets.
According to Madsen, the rogue B-52′s cruise missiles were verylikely linked to the Israeli sneak attack: “WMR has learned that a USattack on Iran using nuclear and conventional weapons was scheduled tocoincide with Israel’s September 6 air attack on a reputed Syriannuclear facility in Dayr-az-Zwar, near the village of Tal Abyad, innorthern Syria, near the Turkish border. Israel’s attack, code namedOPERATION ORCHARD, was to provide a reason for the US to strike Iran.”
On Friday, September 7, Joseph Cirincione is interviewed on theBill Press morning show on Air America. Cirincione argues thattransporting nuclear missiles by air is an exceedingly rare occurrence.It emerges that the US Air Force officially ceased air transport ofnuclear weapons around 1968, partly as a result of crashes and lostbombs in the US, Spain, and elsewhere.
Shortly after this, the USAir Force announced a highly unusual stand-down of the entire USAF forFriday, September 14. The announced goal was to have all units at alllevels review operating procedures and safeguards having to do with thehandling of nuclear weapons.
On Sunday, September 23, the Washington Post published a front pagearticle above the fold which offered a sanitized version of the rogueB-52 story. Even in this sanitized form, an article of this sort wouldnormally have been enough to trigger a congressional investigation,with hearings and witnesses subpoenaed to testify under oath. But theDemocratic leadership has done nothing to force such a probe meaningin effect that the Cheney clique has paid no real price for an attemptto start a nuclear war! This active complicity of the Democratic Partyin war and genocide, typified by the neocon-warmonger candidacy of Mrs.Clinton (the new Thatcher) mightily encourages the Cheney clique tohave another go at World War III.
On Monday, September 24, Wayne Madsen Report posted a story whichconcluded that “the B-52 transporting six stealth AGM-129 AdvancedCruise Missiles, each armed with a W-80-1 nuclear warhead, on August30, was destined for the Middle East via Barksdale Air Force Base inLouisiana. [] It is now apparent that the command and controlbreakdown, reported as a BENT SPEAR incident to the Secretary ofDefense and White House, was not the result of command and controlchain-of-command ‘failures,’ but the result of a revolt and push backby various echelons within the Air Force and intelligence agenciesagainst a planned US attack on Iran using nuclear weapons.”
This report does not however mention the possibility that one ormore of the cruise missiles was destined to be used against an Americancity, as prescribed by the Cheney Doctrine. A stealth cruise missilefired at night would be almost undetectable; all the public would seewould be a nuclear fireball. Predictably, the target city would beswarming with patsies and dupes carrying large suitcases or trunks with“Al Qaeda” or “Osama Bin Laden” monograms. At that point, Cheney wouldhave the “suitcase bomb” pretext he so ardently desires. Madsen alsodoes not discuss the half-dozen people connected to the Minot orBarksdale Air Bases who had perished under mysterious circumstancesbetween July and September 2007. But Madsen does stress one criticalfact: according to reliable sources, one of the six nuclear-armedcruise missiles was reported missing in the course of the incident, andthere was some indication that it was never found: “WMR has beeninformed by a knowledgeable source that one of the six nuclear-armedcruise missiles was, and still may be, unaccounted for. In that case,the nuclear reporting incident would have gone far beyond BENT SPEAR toa National Command Authority alert known as EMPTY QUIVER, with thespecial classification of PINNACLE.”
On October 2, David Swanson, an early critic of the KennebunkportWarning, issued a statement on Iran entitled “Leading Americans,” withthe signatures of a number of well-known personalities from politics,entertainment, and the arts. This belated statement is of course to bewelcomed, but at the same time its weakness and narrowness, especiallyif compared to the Kennebunkport Warning, must also be pointed out. Assoon as the Kennebunkport Warning had been published, Swansonchallenged the notion that there was “massive evidence” of a false flagprovocation by Cheney, to be used as a pretext to launch war with Iran.This new statement, coming five weeks after the Kennebunkport Warning,and thus too late to influence the rogue B-52 affair, now acknowledgesthe danger of an attack, and urges US military personnel to refuse toobey illegal orders. So far, so good. There is, however, no referenceto the rogue B-52 incident, in which Air Force personnel haveapparently done just what the statement urges. There is no reference tothe question of a false flag attack. There are warnings against a“preemptive” attack on Iran, but Bush and Cheney, as well as theiraccomplice Mrs. Clinton, are already presenting the attack on Iran asretaliatory, aimed at stopping Iranian interference in Iran. Any USattack on Iran predicated on a false flag terror attack inside the US(as noted by Zbigniew Brzezinski in his Feb. 1 testimony to the SenateForeign Relations Committee) would be portrayed as purely defensive.The Swanson statement therefore has an escape clause in it big enoughfor Cheney to sail an aircraft carrier battle group through. Instead ofsuch an uncertain trumpet, we must state unequivocally: NO ATTACK ONIRAN, SYRIA, PAKISTAN, SUDAN, LEBANON, VENEZUELA, NORTH KOREA or anyother country, including the United States, for any reason. False flagevents must be attributed to Cheney, and not to the governments orforces accused and scapegoated by US-UK propaganda.
As for the scurrilous “Cosmos,” “Colonel Jenny Sparks,”“Arabesque,” and Michael Wolsey, to say nothing of their comrade inarms, the Ford Foundation’s favorite Chip Berlet, they have no interestin doing anything to stop the new 9/11 and the threatened war withIran. Their sole focus is to harass and sabotage those who areundertaking action in that regard and remarkably effective action ithas turned out to be, despite the exertions of the wreckers.
We urge all persons of good will to support, endorse, anddistribute the Kennebunkport Warning, which is fully as relevant todayas when it was issued. Above all, it is necessary to agitate in everyway possible to force a public investigation of the rogue B-52 case,which allows us to address both the impeachment of the currentexecutive branch and blocking the planned war with Iran. In addition,all investigate journalists are called upon to contribute to thefindings of the research written herein.
